Omg!! Love this place. Besides it having everything you need, towels, heated dryers, all kinds of shampoos, conditioners, they offered no cost extras like scented sprays, many options for brushes, etc.! The best part was the person attending the front... I believe her name was Rosa? She was fabulous and we highly recommend! read more

We brought our "little" baby doberman in for a bath. She loved it. We had all the necessary items to do a great clean. The owner even helped us out, showing us good techniques to wash her and how to care for her coat. Overall, it was fun and very convenient. Definitely recommend. read more

I took my 7 month old chocolate lab for the first time and it was the best experience. Linda and Maya were so helpful and sweet :) my pup felt very comfortable and happy. We will be coming back again! read more

I love this place. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they genuinely love dogs and it's worth the $$ to not have to break my back bathing my Shih Tzu in the bath tub at home. I will be coming here for years to come. It brightens mine and my pups day!! Thank you wet paws read more

We came last Saturday with our Max. Little did we know, it would be his last bath before he went to doggy heaven a few days later. We came 30 min before closing, but we still were warmly welcomed and Max enjoyed his last bath. We are thankful Max was able to be comfortable and clean on his last days. Thank you for being wonderful and kind hearted to us. We are heartbroken from his passing but thank you for providing a sweet memory for us. read more

Best Dog Baths Ever! Such a clean and beautiful spot for my doggies grooming needs. I highly recommend this business! Call in advance for an appointment they are busy. read more

I brought my new rescue here after work on a Thursday and we enjoyed having the place to ourselves. The employee here was beyond helpful and kind and walked us though the entire process. We got plenty of shampoo and conditioner to lather up plus tearless shampoo for the face, ear cleaner, clean towels, brushes and a blow dryer. The pricing is fair and actually saves me a lot compared to taking my dog to the groomers every month. Plus, she gave me half off my first bath because it was 'thankful Thursday' and I just adopted my doggo. I got started on a loyalty card as well! Overall, I love it here and will continue to bring my pup in every couple of weeks! Note: Cash only. Not a big deal. read more

Super convenient and friendly, helpful owner! Great for larger dogs as the stand-up sinks aren't going to break your back. read more

Rosie at Wet Paws is awesome! Everything you need to groom your dog is right there at your fingertips. You won't injure your back bending, stooping or chasing your dog back to the wash station. Rosie has several choices of shampoos, colognes, EVERYTHING! I was most impressed by the tiny little comb to clean the fur around the dog's eye. The dryers had a long enough nozzle that Charlie doesn't give me the side eye when aim the air at him. It took me a third of the time to groom my Poodle Charlie at Wet Paws than it does at home. Charlie and I are official devotees!!! So much so that we gave Rosie a tip and I did all of the work! read more

A great place to wash your pup yourself with reasonable prices and a lovely owner who clearly has a joy for dogs.

Love love love this place and so does my doggie Smokey! The owner and staff are super helpful! They have everything you need for a comfy bath experience for the pets as well as the one doing the deed! They are attentive and super loving toward the pets- makes the biggest difference! Perfect for our in-between grooming baths! read more

Rosie is so helpful! She knew by my description of my dog that she might shed a lot so we were put on the solo room. I didn't understood why until I started to dry my dog and saw how much fur went flying around! She also helped as we went through the washing and drying process to help keep my dog calm and happy. This place is not only a bargain, but it's a great way to bond with your dog. My dog is so clean an feels so soft we will go more often. Make a reservation and have a ball! read more

I love this place. Our Mastiff did not like getting a bath. Wet Paws has a large tub for her and we now book every 2 weeks. The prices are outrageously cheap so we tip to keep her in business. As for the dog, that doofus loves going to get a bath and knows Rosie has a pocket full of treats. Over the decades I've had several dogs. This dog has had more baths than all the rest combined. Thanks Rosie. read more

This place is WONDERFUL! My husband and I moved right across the street from Wet Paws right before Covid-19 shut everything down. Now that this place has reopened by appointment only and following the proper safety protocol I was able to take out ten year old pit mix to get a wash. The two women who assisted my dog Bronson and I were super friendly and helpful and the place itself was incredibly clean. We were greeted at the door with a smile and Bronson of course was handed a few treats, making him feel much more at ease in the new space. Since it was our first time, the owner pointed out how to operate the sink, the blow dryer, and offered all sorts of different shampoo and conditioner products to use which was well worth the price! Can't recommend this place enough and I hope they stay busy! Looking forward to bringing Bronson back! read more

Awesome place, this was her first time for her and us, we were explained how it works and they assist with walking her up the ramp and getting her in, this was very helpful., she was a bit nervous at first but when she realized we were not leaving her, her anxiety level went down tremendously, she had an awesome experience and so did we. We will be going back has regulars now, forgot to mention they have a $10.00, $15.00 and 25.00 package, well worth, your doggies happiness. read more

Wet Paws Altadena is our favorite self serve dog wash, by far!!! From the moment we walk in to the moment Rosie is handing a treat to my pooch as we leave we are there with a smile on our face!! Wet Paws is always so clean and prepped for my dog to be pampered! Rosie is the sweetest and always near by with a helping hand and great advice! I don't know what we'd do without Wet Paws and even travel 30 mins monthly for my dogs bath! I would HIGHLY recommend Wet Paws to anything with a furry friend, big or small! You'll love it!! :) read more

Great facility, lovely accomodating owners. I'm so glad they're here! Thank you Rosie!

I love my dogs and I'm very picky about how they are groomed. I've tried several self wash businesses and hands down this one is the best! Their equipment is professional and top quality. The people who run it are super nice and helpful! Aside from the great equipment, the other big plus is there is no time limit. So you can take as long as you need to dry your dog. They just opened in Altadena and are a great new addition to the community. Sofia and Jose - you're the best! read more

Great place to wash your dog. clean and Prices are very reasonable. Staffs are very friendly. Would definitely come back.

I brought my little dog to Wet Paws. He (my little dog) was so comfortable there. The groomer was great. I liked that I could be beside the tub as she washed him. The anxiety my dog has experienced elsewhere, was non-existent. The shop is so clean. It's priced right, friendly and reassuring. Free parking. We'll be going back to Wet Paws. read more

Better then places where you drop off your pet & pick up later All of the other pet grooming places make your dog wait in a cage. Sometimes for one or more hours. Why do you think the groomer tells you to pick up your dog at 2pm when you dropped your dog at 11:30? For those that can spare 1/2 hour to bath their own dog, go to Wet Paws. It's like bathing your child in a tub. It's personal and a caring way to groom your dog ESPECIALLY if your dog is old or has "issues" of any kind. The owner will help you if you need. Very caring lady. read more

I am so happy that I found this place! After such disappointing service elsewhere, Wet Paws exceeded my expectations. Both staff on duty while I was there were so helpful. For $15 I washed, towel dried (with two towels!!!) and blow dried my dog. They even gave me special brushes, and lent toe nail clippers. They could not have done more to make the visit great. Definitely returning! read more

My Pomeranian was filthy and needed a bath. I don't mind bathing her myself, just hat the mess. Luckily, Wet Paws was open on a Sunday! Took my lil girl in for a wash with Oatmeal shampoo & conditioner, for her dry skin, in an elevated tub. Bye bye back ache! Two fluffy towels and some time with the blow dryer made my girl look fab! I will definitely be back when she needs another bath! read more

Awesome customer service and very helpful! Great place for an easy going wash. It's usually a little fight with my pupers to get her clean cause she does NOT like water but this was the most easy going experience I've had so far! Definitely making this my regular spot and recommended my roommate there for her and her doggo read more

I'm fairly new to the area and based on all the reviews I wanted to give them a try. I'll just say this, in a world where customer service is a lost art, this was a refreshing experience. The prices are very fair, but it's the friendliness and help that makes Wet Paws great. Unlike some places I have been to where they show you the tub and that's it. At Wet Paws they are there checking on you and helping in anyway possible. If you don't mind getting a little wet, this is an awesome place to wash your dog. read more

Highly recommended. I've visited many times over the past year - enough to claim a free wash via their customer loyalty program. Clean. Well supplied. Friendly. No time limit on sinks. which is fantastic for me because my massive chocolate lab takes 1.5 hours to wash and dry. They provide everything: a variety of shampoos, conditioner, face cleaner, ear cleaner, eye cleaner, brushes and washing tools, wash clothes, towels. The only thing I think you might want to bring is medicated shampoo. Prices are reasonable. Cash only. read more
