We've now been twice for bathing and grooming and once for a hair-cut/bathing/grooming. Both my dogs love the women who work with them. The little one is usually hesitant about going anywhere, and he jumped out, ready to go in, the last time. Clients may bathe dogs on their own (self-serve) or get full-services including nails, ears, anal glands. We opt for the latter. Other than flying dog hair from blow dryers , Wet Paws is clean, and they have gates to keep dogs from escaping. There is parking available in the strip mall, but it is shared with other businesses. You might have to park in the street on occasion. read more

I hadn't been back since the change in ownership, but did go in today. My terrier needed a full bath, and my IG mix needed her nails clipped. I opted to have them wash her as I had to get home. They were welcoming and friendly and took great care of and did a great job with both pups. And, they were super fast. I was back to pickup in less than an hour. Was greeted by a welcoming and friendly lady when I came in for a self dog wash. They have everything you need from towels and aprons. She made sure the water was the right temperature before handing it off to me. You can tell she loves dogs and wants to make sure you have everything you need. This was our second time here and it was a great experience. The women helping us were warm and welcoming and very helpful. They have three tubs in the main room and a private enclosed room with a tub for people who need more space for their dog. The pricing is very reasonable. I went in for their We Wash service. I have 2 dogs and they were able to fit me in a week after I called, on a weekend which was great considering most groomers don't have weekend availability for months out. I liked how they communicated their process well, from sign in, to weighing the dogs, and to giving approximate pricing before the service. When I picked my two dogs up, they looked so clean and fluffy, and they went over any concerns or observations they had when grooming the dogs. We love Wet Paws! My big guy Deuce is a German Shepherd male. He has chronic skin issues and needs a wash about every two weeks. My friend Kyle and I have been desperately looking for a place to bathe him properly because every Groomer that I've taken him to has not been able to take care of his skin issue. We use the private space that they have for bigger dogs and it has been a godsend. The facility is packed with everything you need even though I bring my own shampoo and supplies. We just call ahead of time to make sure that there is no grooming taking place in that room for everybody's convenience. I would put 0 stars if possible. Arrived (parked) at the store at 3:50 to wash my pet through the self service option, immediately staff walked outside and took their a frame sign inside. I attempt to go inside with my dog and the door was locked. The staff person had apparently also locked the door. I've been a fan of Wet Paws for a number of years, but the new ownership that took over a year ago continues to make it better and better. They were able to get my 3 dogs in rather quickly for nail trims and anal gland expressions. I've brought two of my dogs before, but never my cattle dog, Squirrel. Squirrel is a rescue that shows signs of water trauma (you can't go near her with a hose or put her in a bath without her coming unhinged) and also has typical heeler qualities (so she's an athlete that only trusts her people. You should see her 6-pack abs and how efficiently she can twist her 40 pound body right out of secure arms). I only hoped they might be able to trim her super sharp dew claws, but they were able to get all her nails filed without incident. The ladies were so sweet with all three of the dogs and showed such confidence in how they handled them. They went above and beyond and then charge such reasonable prices. I encourage anyone who needs any level of grooming for your pups to check them out. The level of service is far superior to other places and you won't regret it. I had a great time with the friendly staff and owner. The place is well kept with air conditioning although it may smell like wet dogs. They have many amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, ear cleaner, brushes, cotton balls/swabs, towels, and tools to assist in grooming. There are three main areas: open area with three washing sinks, room with washing sink and grooming table, and staff area for extra needs. I recommend calling to reserve the room for the grooming table if you want to perform a haircut; I was able to reserve it 30 minutes prior (you may need to call more than once as it can be loud there due to blowdrying). It took almost 2 hours to self groom my dog and I was only charge by the size of my dog - not by the minutes. Compared to other places, this business has great value and customer service. read more

Had the best experience here! Walked in to inquire about their services, but ended up getting a dog bath. We were greeted with the nicest, dog friendly team, who tended to our every need - from washing/drying our dog to guiding us on brushing our dog's teeth. Our dog Koko was treated like a celebrity! Their self wash price is $25 and comes with all the amenities and extras like ear cleaner, leave -in conditioner, etc. Koko was spoiled with attention and treats. I'd definitely choose this small business over a pet store chain. We will definitely be returning here in the future. read more

I loved wet paws when the old owner was around, I believe her name was Rosie. She had reasonable prices for a self serve dog wash where you are doing all the labor. She charged $15 for supplies and provided 2 towels for my large breed dog. She had ear cleaning materials as well and a cubby where you could safely place your belongings. The new owners are nice and they helped get my very scared foster dog in the tub, but they have a new, more expensive fee structure based upon dog size. Also, they dilute their shampoo to the point where it is literally just water. I used nearly the whole bottle and barely got any lather. I had to pay $22 for that, watered down conditioner, and a towel. They gave me a little bag with 3 treats at the end. Sorry, but I will not be returning here. For $22, I might as well pay $30 for a proper groomer. read more

I took my dog in for his first grooming after adoption and I wasn't sure how he would react so I opted to self groom. The staff guided me on how to use the tubs and products and were very friendly. He turned out not to be a fan of baths so the staff stepped in to help me control him. It turned out he also had an ear infection and they helped me to clean his ears and gave him ear medication at no extra charge. They even threw in a bandana.
