*** UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW *** Judy personally…read morecontacted me to resolve the matter and provided clear recommendations for mitigating our issue going forward. I'm sincerely appreciative of her professionalism and of the groomers' consistent attention to detail with our pup. Supporting local businesses is important to us, and Button Nose has continued to be an excellent choice for our family. ******** I have been bringing my dog here for several years, and my mother-in-law as well as many friends have entrusted their pets to this location for even longer. Throughout that time, my experiences with Judy have consistently been wonderful. She has always been incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely kind when assisting with scheduling my dog's appointments. I'm not sure where she is currently, but the past few weeks have been unexpectedly challenging. After accepting the earliest available appointment--which was two weeks out--I asked to be notified if any cancellations became available. The person assisting me seemed uninterested in honoring that request, despite the fact that Judy has always taken the initiative to reach out and fit us in whenever possible. On the day of the appointment, an unforeseen situation arose at my daughter's school. I contacted the shop in hopes they might be able to work with me, even slightly. I offered to arrive a bit earlier or, if necessary, twenty minutes later. I was told they were fully booked and unable to accommodate any adjustment. Every reasonable option I proposed was met with resistance. I am uncertain who is currently overseeing scheduling, but the level of customer service does not reflect the care and professionalism Judy consistently provided. I sincerely hope that Judy is only away temporarily. If not, I may need to seek a mobile groomer who can offer the same level of attentiveness and customer care that she always delivered.

Not only with the pets, but with her customers too! She takes the time to make sure every pet feels comfortable and cared for, and it really shows in the results. She has fantastic communication with pet owners too. The staff is just as incredible. You can tell they genuinely love every animal that comes through the door, and they treat them like their own. It's such a relief knowing your pet is in kind, capable hands. Even with my prickly pear of a chihuahua, they welcome her with compassion and understanding :) If you're looking for a groomer who combines skill, compassion, and top-notch service, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Not only do they consistently do a wonderful job grooming my dogs, but they also genuinely care about them. I always feel confident leaving my pups in their hands, knowing they're treated with patience, kindness, and attention. I've been surprised to see some one-star reviews related to cancellation fees or late pickup policies. Those policies are standard with any professional groomer--and really, with most service providers. Imagine needing an appointment and being told they're fully booked, only to find out someone didn't show. Or imagine them not being able to groom your dog because there's no space, since other dogs weren't picked up on time. These policies exist for good reason and help keep things running smoothly for everyone. Riley runs a fantastic small business and is deeply supportive of the local community. She shows up, gives back, and works incredibly hard to provide quality care and service. Businesses like hers deserve our support, and I'm grateful to have found a groomer I trust completely. Highly recommend.

It all began with a phone call and I knew that I could trust my dog with her. My dog is usually nervous around groomers but Wanda took the time to build rapport before ever touching a brush.
