Great job this was my first visit at Tiffanys-with my mini Schnauzer, Benny. I've been to several groomers over the years and usually he comes out with inconsistent cut or they forget to clip his nails. Also this is the first time I picked up Benny where I don't hear him barking like crazy, he really seemed happy for the 1st time with the groomer. They were really nice to him on arrival- also the first time I've seen genuine caring attitude towards my dog from the groomer. She came out and talked so sweet with Benny. I could see that she was being sincere and Benny knew he was in good hands. When most dogs don't love to be groomed it can make all the difference if the groomer develops a bond with the dog. I highly recommend Tiffany's they are top notch, provided great service and really care about you and your baby! Absolutely great care and super cute cut!

We just got a new puppy and, unlike our previous dogs that we could bathe at home, she needs regular grooming. I found Tiffany's online and and the reviews were great plus they had availability sooner than 10 days out which was the case for a few places I called. So glad I did! They did a great job and were very friendly and sweet with my very squirmy puppy. It took under 3 hours and they text you when the dog is ready to go. I will definitely be back!

I brought in my skiddish 100 lbs bernedoodle for a trim and groom. I was worried because she doesn't do real well with new people. The staff at Tiffany's was great! They do wonderful work and are wonderful people! Definitely a 5-start!

I have always had very good luck with this place! We regularly take our Bernedoodle here and now we are fostering a husky that looked so scraggly before we took her here! I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful and majestic they made her look! Also.. this place is very consistent with their prices compared to other places that we have been! We usually pay $110 for the husky to get groomed and about $130 for our hundred pound Bernedoodle. They always do an amazing job on both! read more

I usually do the grooming for my boxer/pit myself, but life and schedule changes have left me with very little time to do so. I decided to try this place once to see how they would care for her. Long story short, I've decided this is the place I'll take my dog to from now on. She came back clean and happy, and didn't seem anxious or scared of the place or staff when we went back the 2nd time. That's a big deal and a clear sign of how they take care of her. read more

We found our groomer! Our senior Samoyed has gone for grooming twice. He can get quite matted, but they always do a wonderful job and he's always happy when he leaves. Prices are reasonable and they are always accommodating with schedules. Will come here for all of my dog's grooming. read more

Absolutely wonderful!! My lab mix is so happy, clean, and beautiful. I asked for more special attention be paid to her nails, as she is an elderly dog and they had gotten pretty long. She hates having them trimmed, and when I picked her up a couple hours later, she was wagging her tail and acted like nothing had happened. Her nails were perfetly trimmed and she looked and smelled wonderful. The bath, and brushing they did is still looking fresh and nice a week later. Thank you so much! I will be bringing Dolly back for more grooming here for sure. read more

I've been taking my pup to Tiffany's for two years now, and even though we've moved, we will always come back! They take such great care of my pup, are always so friendly, and really do a great job with all our grooming needs! From knowing how to handle shaving a double coat, to nail trimming, teeth brushing, or anything else, they do great work! The shop is clean, and welcoming, and even has multiple jars of yummy treats on their front counter for all the good pups. Tiffany's prices are very reasonable, which is truly another really great reason we will always come back, when everything else in the world seems to be taking advantage of the rampant inflation. It took a LOT of searching to find the right groomers, but I'm so happy we found the BEST!! Thank you for everything Tiffany's team, and always taking such great care of my pup-he always leaves happy! read more

This is the best pet groomer I have ever been to. I recently had my second baby and work full time and my brain is fully out at sea. I forgot about my dogs and after calling and texting, she brought them to my house! And I wasn't home. Finally, I looked at my phone and she waited at her shop for me, 2.5 hours after closing. And she was still incredibly patient and kind! She clearly loves animals and her customers and has a heart of gold. Not to mention, the grooming is lovely as well! My dogs smell great. (PS - I am the worst customer in the world, I know. I will bring this woman chocolate and cash and flowers in gratitude) read more

10/10 experience!!! You will not find better prices in town!! also the customer service is AMAZING. Brought my little maltipoo in for a nail trimming today, they were able to take me in same day, charged me such a fair price, amazing customer service, and the nail clipping was done perfectly. my dog is very hard to clip his nails so i'm so impressed by Tiffany's Pet Groom. I took my super hairy, shedding dog to Tiffany's because I couldn't handle my dog's shedding anymore! It was unbearable. My dog was super excited and almost a little difficult to handle, but Tiffany was able to take care of her like a pro. Something I learned was that my German Shepard can't have her hair cut because apparently they don't grow back? I'm super thankful Tiffany deshedded and deodorized my dog without cutting off all the hair. I got my dog in a super groomed, happy, and healthy state! Look at how cute she is afterwards read more

This place was so great, they spent so much time on my golden doodle to make sure he was exactly the way we wanted it, most places don't care much and shave down If any matting but they really perfected the grooming and my dog didn't seem stressed at all! Best grooming place we have taken our dog to! Our dog HATES the groomers and usually struggles to go inside but Tiffany was great. She played with our dog Hercules first and after a few minutes, he gladly went with her inside. Did I mention he looks amazing?! I'm sure nobody wants to groom a 75lb Alaskan Malamute who is shedding like crazy - most places have made us pick our dog up still wet because he takes forever to dry but we picked him up from Tiffany's Pet Groom and he looked fluffy and amazing! read more

Our pup is soooo adorable! They did such a gorgeous cut on him plus they clearly treated him like a prince. When we dropped him off, he was shy and fearful, tucking his tail and cowering. Picked him up after 3 hours, and he was happy and peaceful and groomed sooooo handsomely! They did exactly what I asked, and cared for my pup too. Very pleased, very happy and definitely will return. I have been looking for a new place since my old groomer changed management. This place does not disappoint they're so kind, welcoming and generous. I brought my chihuahua for a bath which includes: sanitary trim, teeth clean, nail trim. The prices for the bath and hair cut are fairly priced. They even have a rewards program since they are new. For every new customer you get a 10% off your total and a stamp card. The stamp card is every 5th and 10th grooming session is free or heavily discounted. I will definitely be bringing my pet back here! read more

We took our Golden Doodle in for a bath and a grooming and out of all the groomers we have been to this is by far our new favorite!! Staff is very friendly and attentive and the location is very clean. I showed Tiffany a picture of how we wanted Luna groomed and it was spot on thanks again and we will see u soon! read more

They also have a store attached to them so you can buy retail items there. The service was pretty fast and there's tons of things to do nearby while you wait. Pricing was $95 for my pup. My only complaint was the parking. It was a little difficult as it is street parking only.

Dude almost died when we had to remove all his teeth. When we adopted him and his partner, they were super neglected advance case rescues--and this little guy has bad lungs, liver, pancreas, and personality (IYKYK these little jerks). In 2025, after we took out the poor guy's remaining teeth, his pancreas started failing post-op. It took us about 6 months to get him back to health. In that time, he lost a ton of weight and most of his hair. His butt was actually bald! Then, miraculously, or through pure yorkie dark side terrier magic, he actually got MORE healthy with MORE hair...but different hair, and different texture, and even different colors! It is wild. Today, we took him in for his first groom since being on the verge of death, and the little guy looks like a puppy again. He clearly feels great with the last few months of bulk coming off. In any case, this is THE best spot for getting your dog groomed if you need to know that they will be treated right. I am so worried 24/7 about this little fragile dude, and Roch and Gertrude is the only place I leave him besides the vet where I cannot keep eyes on him.

My wife came across R&G when looking for dog groomers and we've been coming back to R&G regularly since 2019. Later, in 2021 we rescued another little senior dog named Mimi. R&G treated her with so much love and respect that they were able to give her a bath and give her a great looking trim that we almost didn't recognize her. She looked like a refreshed dog. Unfortunately, Mimi passed in 2023 but R&G was also caring enough to be there for us as we navigated that loss. To this day we continue to recommend R&G to anyone looking for a dog groomer because they will treat their pets like the family they are. Even though we moved 40+ minutes away from Pasadena, we still make the drive to come here because they are worth it. Leanne, Elizabeth, Jasmine, and the team are caring to both our dogs and to us and we will continue to come to R&G for our dog grooming needs.

Now I moved and have two dogs and bring them to Pasadena location. They are not cheap but to me it's worth the price because I know my pups are well taken care of. One of my dogs actually pulls me into the store when he gets there so you know he has had good experiences there.

She took to them immediately and had to be dragged back out to the car. The team sent us tons of photos and videos every day and made sure to double check our dog's feeding and medicine schedule.
