Beware of This Groomer - Horrible Experience I brought my 5-pound poodle here for grooming, and I wish I hadn't. When I picked her up, I noticed she felt wet. I mentioned this to the groomer, and he brushed it off, claiming she must've peed from excitement--she hadn't. After charging me for the grooming (with a $10 discount for being a first-time client), as I was walking out the door, he casually mentioned that my dog tried to bite him and "bit her own tongue," so I shouldn't be concerned if I saw anything odd. I know accidents can happen, but I do not appreciate being lied to. My dog does not bite, and her tongue was bleeding all day. It's clear that she was nicked with a razor or scissors. I texted the groomer about my concern, and his response was to say he had sent photos to a vet and gave me the vet's contact info. But after several days, he hasn't once checked in on my dog to see how she's doing. Please, look at the pictures and decide for yourself if this looks like a dog who "bit her own tongue." This was an incredibly upsetting experience, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

I fell in love with Simba's charming pink palace store front while driving by and had to take my pooch, Daphne in for a spa day! I'm always nervous bringing my dog to a groomer because she is skittish and can be aggressive with new people. The second we walked in she instantly seemed comfortable. My senior boy Wild Thing hated going to the groomers no matter who or where we tried and would starting shaking the minute he sensed he was in for a bath and haircut.
