I don't particularly like the fresh cut look because it looks too "clean" but he looks absolutely perfect in like 2 weeks when his shag comes back! I can tell how much she loves her job by the way she speaks to him. I've gone to many many many groomers in my 20 years of dog ownership and I am loyal to Bluemoon! She is really flexible with appointments and I usually call a week in advance to get an appointment and she always has availabilities based on my schedule. I drop him off, remind her what I want, and pick him up when she calls/texts me in about 3 hours! It's in a shared lot with other businesses like a laundromat and more but I've never had issues finding parking.

Maple has been going to daycare three days a week for seven months and literally scratches at the gate to get in and see Sarah/ her dog friends every morning. She comes home completely tuckered out and sleeps the rest of the day. I just know Sarah is doing a good job by how much Maple loves and trusts her. Aside from the playtime, Sarah will also bathe our dog, clip her nails, and express her anal glands upon request for very reasonable prices. She is always responsive via text and I've even been known to text her for advice about any odd issues that come up. My only complaint is that we don't live closer to where Sarah is! But the 20-25 min commute to drop off/ pick up Maple is so worth it to leave my dog in the hands of a great sitter. 10/10, would recommend.

At 110 pounds, he can be a handful. I was impressed with Sarah's attitude and the ease with which she handled him. We dropped them off for a brief (45 minute) introduction so she could assess their personalities and ability to mix with her pack and mentor dogs. Everything went fine, and I was relieved. During our trip we got a ton of photos and text updates. Scout tried to escape 2 or 3 times, but Sarah handled him with ease until he adjusted. She makes sure all her boarders received the individualized care they need, whether that be segregated eating, play time, etc. Our dogs ended up mixing seamlessly with the pack. She made sure they get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation (nose work, mental exercises, interactive etc.), physical exercise (bike rides, play time, obstacles, etc.). Our dogs were very, very happy. Sarah is very experienced with dogs, and she cared for our dogs with love, integrity, and leadership. What do I mean "integrity"? Sarah treats her boarders like ger personal dogs. Every single dog gets her love, her time, and the leadership they need to get along with others and enjoy a calm, but fun filled stay. If your dog won't safely mix, she won'ttake your money and keep it caged until you return. She'll tell you she cant handle your dog and that's that. If you care about your dog, you'll find that peace of mind is priceless. We highly recommend Sarah and her services. In fact, we're decided to do doggy daycare once a month purely for the socialization and enrichment our dogs will experience. Sarah is the real deal and a gem. She can handle multiple dogs and their individual personalities with ease, and ours were greatly enriched during their stay with her.
