    On May 5th 2022 I took my barely 1 year old puppy to this establishment to get her groomed, using a groupon. Living in Pasadena, we drove out of our way to come here and when we picked our dog up we noticed that she had bloodshot red eyes. Almost like she'd been strangled. From my recollection, the groomer/owner told us that she had fell off the grooming table; but how long was she dangling there for her eyes to get bloodshot like this (as seen in pictures)? she would've had to have been dangling there for a while unattended. I would never bring my dog back to this establishment and I never have. I also could never in good conscience recommend this establishment based off the fact that they obviously imo leave dogs unattended in dangerous situations. If she would have passed away, I'm not sure what I would even do. Our dog is like our family and the fact that they imo don't even treat our dogs with enough care to make sure that they are safe is extremely concerning. I also remember, they gave us pushback regarding discounting an extra service due to their negligence. We didn't get a refund or anything, but we honestly shouldn't have paid anything. Please beware, do not take your pets here. The deals aren't worth it! I honestly wasn't going to post a review, I was just happy my baby was alive. But after seeing a viral video of something similar happening at different groomer where the dog didn't make it, I felt it was my duty to worn others about my situation.

    We love bringing our Luna girl to Nuria for grooming. The grooming is impeccable and the staff is always so nice. Your fur babies are in good hands with them.

    We struggled to find a place that would tend to our anxious pupper. He was turned away from popular groomers because he would get so nervous and "move to much". Thankfully Zoom to Groom has the amazing Nuria & Ralph!! This power couple and their team go above and beyond to make sure your pet gets the best grooming experience of their life, every time. So grateful for Zoom to Groom!!

    Where to begin with this business? Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had before. Do not trust your pets here!! God forbid if anything happens to them, they will take no blame and put all responsibility on you. I took Bella here for 5 days during Christmas for day care. When I picked her up, I noticed at home that her ear was pink (her ears have always been white) and also something looks like it's choking her. I see a bandana that they put on so tight it's rolled up and squeezing on her neck. It was so tight I couldn't even fit my finger under it. I had to cut it off with a scissor. Her pink ear was also very alarming to me so I called Nuria right away and told her about this. She admitted to me and said that a Rottweiler that was also at day care was playing with Bella and drooled in her ear and that's probably what caused it. I asked her what my next step was and she said to take her to her vet. She said her vet wouldn't charge a consultation fee so I made an appointment. A few days before her appointment, I called her vet to confirm and they told me they would charge me a fee. I called Nuria and told her about this and she said she never said I wouldn't have to pay (she is lying). I told her that I want to take her to the vet so we can confirm if it is an ear infection or not and if she can either pay for her medical bills or just give me a refund for the day care. She said that it says in the waiver she can't take any responsibility for what happens to our pet and that we would have to pay for everything ourselves. I told her that for sure she got the infection at the day care because she hasn't been around any other dogs or any moisture weeks prior. She kept talking over me and was denying everything and was borderline threatening me repeatedly saying that our conversation was being recorded. Why would I care? I know I'm speaking the truth! She tells me that when we take her to my vet, to send her the medical report and she will try to consider paying for it but it's not guaranteed again "according to her waiver". I take Bella to the vet and the test comes back positive for an ear infection and also positive for yeast. For the swab and medication, my vet bill comes out to $155. I call and tell her all this and she tells me to have the vet email it to her and she'll look over it. The next day I follow up with her and she said she wants to call the vet for some questions. The next day I follow up again. She tells me she is busy and to stop "harassing her". As the days pass, I call and text every single day and she ignores them all and never gets back to me. After almost a week and a half has passed, on Friday, i show up at their business to speak with Nuria in person. I speak with her associate and she tells me Nuria is out on break but she is on her way back and to wait in my car. Within 15 minutes, I see the same associate looking at me then go back in the business and Nuria's husband comes out to lock the door so I can no longer go inside. I called the business phone 3 times and knocked on the door and got no answer. The next day, I get a call from a random number and I get a voicemail from her husband. I call him back and we again spoke on this issue. Him and Nuria are basically saying the same thing - denying all responsibility, saying no way it can happen at their day care , that they shouldn't have to pay and also he starts making up random reasons why she could Have gotten an infection which are all irrelevant. He tells me he wants to speak to the vet and will get back to me the next day. I get a call from him this morning and he said all they can offer is a free grooming and will not give me a refund or pay for Bella's vet bill. He again goes on to deny everything and gives me stupid reasons of how the infection could have happened. I hung up the phone on him. My fiancé Jaime wrote a Yelp review as well and Nuria responds (which is crazy because she said she was busy to even text or call me back). Nuria responded blasting my name and also LIES saying I said "Bring it on" and that she will pay for the vet bill LOL what I actually said was "if you want to make this difficult, let's make It difficult". these people are completely insane and all they do is lie lie and LIE. All they care about is their ego and money. They do not care about your pets. Please do not take your pets here!! If anything happens to them, you will be completely screwed dealing with that I'm dealing with. Read other people's Yelp reviews and see how she responds!! This isn't the first time this has happened and they don't know how to handle it like professional business owners. (This is to her response back to me: you guys are delusional. Don't believe anything she wrote. I never said the words "Bring it on" and she NEVER said she would fully pay the vet bill. Pure insanity

    I would never leave my fur babies with anyone else. I trust them 100% and feel comfortable leaving my babies with them. They are truly unique. They do fantastic grooming and treat my babies with lots of love. I'm super happy I have found them. I can even say I get jealous when my babies get so excited to go with them.

    This is the best place ever. I can't tell you how hard it is to find a place that I know will take care of my babies. I don't have 1, 2 or 3 I have 4 big boxers who are spoiled as can be. We are now able to go on vacation knowing they are well taken care of and also I love that they share pictures and videos of my babies while they are there. It just makes me feel way better knowing I can see them having fun and being happy awY from us. It's not easy cause my babies are a little extra but they have experienced staff who knows how to care for them and provide for my babies needs.

    Nuria is an absolute gem! My 'usually' shy maltipoo had no problem being groomed by her. She cared for him so well it was like she knew exactly how to treat my little boy. He came out looking fresh. He smelled so good and his haircut looked perfect We will definitely be back! P.S. Thank you for the super cute bandana!

    Didn't ever answer calls no one accepted my appointment. Overall better places to go to for dog grooming.

    They are the best groomers I've been to. Reasonable prices and they actually listen to what I need for my dog. Love them!

I'm sincerely appreciative of her professionalism and of the groomers' consistent attention to detail with our pup. Supporting local businesses is important to us, and Button Nose has continued to be an excellent choice for our family. ******** I have been bringing my dog here for several years, and my mother-in-law as well as many friends have entrusted their pets to this location for even longer. Throughout that time, my experiences with Judy have consistently been wonderful. She has always been incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely kind when assisting with scheduling my dog's appointments. I'm not sure where she is currently, but the past few weeks have been unexpectedly challenging. After accepting the earliest available appointment--which was two weeks out--I asked to be notified if any cancellations became available. The person assisting me seemed uninterested in honoring that request, despite the fact that Judy has always taken the initiative to reach out and fit us in whenever possible. On the day of the appointment, an unforeseen situation arose at my daughter's school. I contacted the shop in hopes they might be able to work with me, even slightly. I offered to arrive a bit earlier or, if necessary, twenty minutes later. I was told they were fully booked and unable to accommodate any adjustment. Every reasonable option I proposed was met with resistance. I am uncertain who is currently overseeing scheduling, but the level of customer service does not reflect the care and professionalism Judy consistently provided. I sincerely hope that Judy is only away temporarily. If not, I may need to seek a mobile groomer who can offer the same level of attentiveness and customer care that she always delivered.
