One of the rare groomers that doesn't require the dogs to come in very medicated or totally not biting like Petco does. We called on Saturday and were able to squeeze her in on Monday. When we came in, there was a steady flow of people dropping off their pets. It took about two and a half hours for my dog's grooming. Unfortunately, my dog didn't allow the groomer to brush her teeth but hopefully it can be done on the next visit. They also offer obedience training lessons and an actual dentist that comes in once a month. If you're in the area, give Andy's Pet Grooming a try.

Supporting local businesses is important to us, and Button Nose has continued to be an excellent choice for our family. ******** I have been bringing my dog here for several years, and my mother-in-law as well as many friends have entrusted their pets to this location for even longer. Throughout that time, my experiences with Judy have consistently been wonderful. She has always been incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely kind when assisting with scheduling my dog's appointments. I'm not sure where she is currently, but the past few weeks have been unexpectedly challenging. After accepting the earliest available appointment--which was two weeks out--I asked to be notified if any cancellations became available. The person assisting me seemed uninterested in honoring that request, despite the fact that Judy has always taken the initiative to reach out and fit us in whenever possible. On the day of the appointment, an unforeseen situation arose at my daughter's school. I contacted the shop in hopes they might be able to work with me, even slightly. I offered to arrive a bit earlier or, if necessary, twenty minutes later. I was told they were fully booked and unable to accommodate any adjustment. Every reasonable option I proposed was met with resistance. I am uncertain who is currently overseeing scheduling, but the level of customer service does not reflect the care and professionalism Judy consistently provided. I sincerely hope that Judy is only away temporarily. If not, I may need to seek a mobile groomer who can offer the same level of attentiveness and customer care that she always delivered.

I've been taking my dog for the last 4 years. They have made mistakes along the way. Linda the…read moregroomer has always done a great job on Lucy. I trusted her to do a great job. I've also had other groomers take care of Lucy too. However, they didn't do such a good job as Linda. The hair cut was uneven and her hair wasn't completely dry. Until one day, I questioned where was Lucy matted because shaved her using #2 clipper. Her hair was completely gone. I wanted to cry, on how she looked. After asking where was she matted, Linda's response was, if you don't believe me, you are welcome to take Lucy to another groomer. I apologize to her and said, I'm not questioning your work, I was just confused because I combed Lucy out the night before. I was shocked on her response after I sold a box of candies for her daughter. After a month I brought Lucy to get groomed, Linda was out on medical leave and Lucy was taken care of by another groomer. That is where Lucy was not completely dry. I appreciate the service but not to happy. Now it was tying for Lucy to get a hair cut and groom and I called to set up an appointment for Lucy and found out that Linda did not want to groom Lucy anymore. The owner apologized and said the groomer had the right to decide which dog she would take care of. They couldn't give me a reason why she decided not to groom Lucy anymore. After 4 years, as prices increased each year and then monthly, I was still willing to take Lucy there but I have to say the service by Linda was disappointing to hear that she refused to groom Lucy moving forward. Not sure what happened but it would have been nice to know why. I'm assuming she took my questioning to a personal issue. With all this said, she can do a great job but also can refuse you at anytime without a reason. I am happy to say I found another groomer who did a great job and with care. I pay a little more than what Linda charged me but I would have continue to take Lucy to Linda even if she increases her price. However I rated the place as a 3 star based off the overall rating of cleanness, timely, friendliness and honesty.

From the moment we dropped Caia off, it was clear that she truly cares for the dogs she watches and treats them like family. One thing we especially appreciated was receiving photo and video updates every single day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was also so fun to see that Caia and Priscilla's dog, Karma, became fast friends--I think Caia found her new best buddy! Caia came home happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Pawhamas was recommended by my vet at Paw Center. My wife and I went to go see this place before we left . It was perfect ! Priscilla explained what services they offer and showed us where he would stay at. A huge room with a tv and fresh water and food . It was perfect! Priscilla was very knowledgeable and professional with dogs of all breeds. This place was clean and large ! Since the day we left, she sent us updates with pictures and videos . She made our vacation even better knowing our dog was living his best life. He made some dog friends, she treated him like how we treat him at home. They walked, fed and played with him from morning till bedtime. Every day these pictures and videos she sent us were the talk of our dinners. How our dog Enzo looked happy and very comfortable. Pawhamas is our new go to when we want to go away for the weekend or longer. Very affordable and a great peace of mind, when you're away from your pet.
