Pretty sure everyone else in the area had the same idea because they were very busy but they were up front about the delivery wait time. Service is slow but that's because it is popular in this area. But for those who have lived in other areas of the US, this is pizza hut. Thick, greasy, not thin, crispy and savory. I am going to try local myth pizza and see if this town has decent pizza. read more

Decent pizza, decent service during pick up, fair price. Need to dock a point as this is not the best pizza I've had when traveling in small towns at the given price point. Need to dock another two points as I was offered a two pizza deal and then charged a few bucks extra when given the bill - on asking about the higher price point I was told it is including tax but when I got my receipt post pay I realized I was charged more than the deal price I was offered (coupon on their takeout menu displays the deal offered but then it was a bait and switch). At that point I felt it was not worth arguing over but I have to dock points for unethical behavior / service especially when I tried to clarify the higher bill price prior to making payment and was told everything was in order and I was offered the deal price. I've lived in Chelan a few years and have eaten at Westside several times. Their pizzas are good, but their salads are absolutely delicious!! The reason for only 3 stars is The service has been terrible far too many times. The delivery drivers are slow and tend to get lost so keep your phone handy, I left my phone on the charger on my nightstand one night after ordering and our pizza driver couldn't get in touch so just went back to the store. Almost 2 hours later we call them and sure enough they said sorry we couldn't find you. Chelan is a small town and I live right in the middle so I don't know why they couldn't find us, even friends from out of the area find it easy enough. I've walked into the store and had employees ignore me at the register while chatting with eachother, and have ordered salads in the restaurant that have taken 50 minutes to recieve. If it weren't for the exceptional owner who quickly handles complains with generosity and resolution, I would have given 2 stars. Super poor service. Ordered my pizza because they said 45-60 mins for delivery. After waiting 1hr +15 mins called to check on the status and they said it would be another 45 mins and that they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. Wow! Really 2 hours for a pizza?? It would've been nice of them if they would've at least called us to let you know. read more

We walked in and ordered a pizza to go. Several tables were not cleaned off. We came back in 30 minutes to pick up pizza and same tables were dirty. This shows poor management. The pizza was good no complaints there. Make up your own mind. read more

Someone from New Jersey would not call what Westside Pizza serves as "pizza". It's more like cheese bread. But it's very, very good cheese bread, and a great meal after hiking in the Chelan area. read more

Have to say, my expectations were not high for this place but it was close to Campbell's resort and convenient so I ordered. It took a little while for the pizza to be made and I thought it was kinda expensive for pizza ($37 for 2 large pizzas and a salad) but it was good. Pleasant surprise! 4 star rating only because I do think it's overpriced for what it is. read more

I have not eaten my food yet, when we got there the cashier did not recognize me. He threw my card and credit card slip on the counter after taking my order. Garbage food. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza. If I order Hawaiian pizza I would like to taste little bit of cheese, pineapple, marinara sauce, Canadian bacon. Just little bit of everything n that's what makes it a pizza. But this pizza has absolutely no flavor. They put absolutely no marinara sauce, extreme amount of cheese n it's not even good tasting cheese. They put so much cheese on this pizza when I pulled a slice out from the box all the toppings stayed m only bread pulled out. This is the worst pizza I ever had. First timers, if you go to this restaurant you will not be able to explore anything at lake chelan! Yes, too slow service. There was just one lady who manages the entire restaurant! The pizza and prices were good. You can get two slices of pizza and a soda for $4. Or one slice for $2 and no soda.

The lady called Maria or something like that called me out for being noisy which was very rude of her thinking I didn't speak Spanish lucky for me I took Spanish classes and she said I was being noisy for looking at her do her job, I'm never eating here in my life read more

Ordered pizza online two different times. Both times it was an extremely long wait. Online it says deliver is 30 minutes, both times it was an hour. They didn't call or anything. This is very poor customer service. read more

Great pizza delivered directly to your hotel room and they deliver until 2 am on the weekend. We tried the Big Kahuna and a double cheese/double pepperoni. The pepperoni was better, but both were really good. The crust was buttery and a good thickness. It seems to be a PNW chain, so we're excited to try the location near Puyallup, a little closer to home! read more

I live in chelan and always have such a good experience with westside. But Memorial Day weekend, it gets crazy in chelan, and I love the way they adapt to the business. Love this place. Always makes kickass pizza! The cinna stix with frosting is seriously the best thing ever. Warm, soft bread sticks with cinnamon and sugar drizzled on the top... add cold cream cheese frosting to the top... mmmmmm! I could lick it right out of the container. So good.
