Driving through Chelan and got hungry for pizza, so we stopped here to sit down and enjoy a good meal. The food itself was really good! We ordered a half cheese/half olive and Canadian bacon pizza, along with an Alfredo pasta, and we were happy with everything we ate. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere were a completely different story. The manager, Gregory H took our order and apparently left his manners somewhere else. He didn't greet us, barely acknowledged us, and I had to loudly say "thank you" multiple times because I was being completely ignored. While we were sitting there, I watched other customers go up to the counter needing things, and instead of paying attention to them, he seemed more interested in being on his phone. There was also no music playing at all, which made the restaurant awkwardly quiet and honestly made the lack of customer service even more noticeable. It's disappointing because the food was genuinely good, but good customer service and atmosphere matter too--especially when you're dining in. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, some music, and basic courtesy would've made this a completely different experience. read more

Camping and wanted to treat ourselves to pizza, walked into town and stopped here. While I would not recommend eating in, certainly would recommend the pizza. The venue was hot and stuffy. I was sweating sitting at my table. No airflow. Take out the giant windows and put in something that brings in airflow. Gut the seating area to create more efficient seating. Watched large groups coming in only to stuff them selves into a desk hot space. The delicious perfectly cooked pizza made up for my discomfort and want to get out of the cramped stuffy venue. Ordered the veggie pizza. Also ordered a Caesar salad, for $12.99 it was nothing special, the salad dressing came in a packet. Bottom line, pizza is great, get it as take out! read more

Westside Pizza in Lake Chelan seems like it hit the spot with its variety of flavors for both pizza and wings for us. The service is good and the surroundings are gorgeous. Garlic Parmesan is my favorite, delicious!! Buffalo Wings is good and with a kick! Pizza is so tasty! read more

Unfortunately, our experience here was really disappointing due to poor customer service. When we walked in, we weren't greeted at all. The first employee at the counter seemed annoyed when we approached, didn't say anything, and walked away to the back, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. Another employee eventually took our order, but he also seemed irritated and impatient while we were looking at the menu. When the pizza was brought out, I said thank you and got no response. What stood out most was that while we were there, two white customers came in and were greeted very warmly by the same employee who had ignored us. He was friendly, welcoming, and made small talk with them. The contrast in treatment was uncomfortable and hard to ignore. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so there was no reason for the dismissive behavior. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and left us feeling like we were treated differently. The way we were treated felt racially motivated. Because of that, we won't be returning. read more

Worst customer service I have had at a restaurant. I ordered delivery at 5:30pm and it was supposed to be delivered in 20 mins. After an hour , I called and they said driver was on their way. An hour later, they said it was coming out of the oven and we should get it in 20 minutes. They lie when they say 20 minutes. Then again 20 minutes. It was after 9 when we realized we weren't getting our delivery, so went to bed with no dinner. I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered. Apparently this is a pattern. If they just told the truth, you can get dinner somewhere else. This was horrible service and I don't understand how they stay in business. Lessons learned, never order from here again. read more

We came here in between winery visits. I got the garlic parm dry rub wings. Our table was not too clean and we had to clean it ourselves. The staff was nice but it is a counter order type business so you don't really get to interact with the staff. It has a bar like feel inside but the wings were really tasty and the ranch went great with them. I call it a win-win for an in between snack! :) read more

My wife & I went to Chelan a few weeks ago for vacation & decided to order from Westside Pizza. Online they have an option to order hours ahead of time so we decided to place an order for 7pm. We made the order at 4pm so 3 hours in advance before 7pm. 6:30 pm came along so we decided to wait outside pg our hotel for the pizza delivery since we were on the 4th floor & didn't want the delivery driver to walk 4 sets of stairs. We waited til 7pm & nothing. We waited 30 more mins & called Westside Pizza & they said our order was out for delivery. Another 30 mins pass & nothing. We call again & the employee tells us they are behind on orders & couldn't provide us with a time of delivery. After another 30 mins we went to the location & asked for a refund. We spoke to a manager who did apologize & gave us our full refund, my issue with this is that they wasted our time & if youre going to have an online option to order hours in advance then you should be prepared to make & send those orders when they are listed, if not then why even have that option. We will never order from this place again, lesson learned. read more

He wasnt wearing any gloves and appeared to have poor hygiene. Both of the pizzas were raw. Like raw not soft. This is the second time i have experienced this. Came to Chelan for a few days between Christmas & New Years. If we have to continue to isolate we may as well do it in the snow! The only thing I hate about staying in a condo on a vacation is that I still have to cook & clean. So tonight I decided I'm not doing it and sent the husband out to get a pizza. He ordered a veggie combo. It was perfect. What I liked mist is that all the veggies were chopped up small. So I didn't get a mouth full of green peppers or onion. When the pizza is made right it can be good. We always have to ask for extra sauce and for the pizza to be cooked longer or we get a sauce-less, raw dough pizza. When paying over $50 for a large pizza and breadsticks, then waiting 40 min for delivery, receiving something like this is a huge disappointment. read more

Stopped here on our way out of town. My friend is gluten free and she loved their GF pizza! It was delicious! The regular pizza was good too! I got the thin crust which was crispy but chewy which I like...and the had good ranch for dipping! The staff were great! read more
