    Oil and grease pulled off from drivers door, steering wheel and seat.

    Hate to do this, but look elsewhere for service. They will leave your car covered in grease and oil on the outside and especially on the inside. This happened to 4 of my families and friends cars (One was an all electric). They will lie straight your face and say this will fix major issues they know their dealership needs to work on just to get you out of their office. Don't expect any of the service people to have pride in their work...it's all about making more money and billable shop hours. There is so many other Kia shops in Portland area to ever give your car to these hacks and liars!

Words truly can't capture the depth of gratitude Ibffor this dealership and the integrity, honesty, and unwavering support I've experienced since purchasing my first Kia here back in 2016. The buying process was so smooth, and over the years, the service department consistently took excellent care of me and my car. In December 2023, a major issue came up with my vehicle -- one of the early EV models -- and what could have turned into a total nightmare was handled by Weston Kia with the most exceptional service I could have hoped for... and then some.     I would highly recommend working with Carter, he is an amazing sales rep and his empathy and professionalism speaks volumes. I firmly believe Carter could sell a fish water and the fish would swim away happy. I warmly welcomed in and was treated better than the other 7 dealerships I went to. Carter also did a fantastic job getting me deals that no other dealership could offer, I left feeling confident I got the best deal possible.

    After a dismal experience at Beaverton Kia, my experience at Weston was enjoyable from start to finish. I found the 2025 Sorento Hybrid that I wanted and at a great price. I worked with Cameron Scruggs who was very friendly, knowledgable, and patient. He is true class all the way. I received an acceptable offer on my trade, and there was no upselling of any other product or service, though I did purchase an extended warranty along with protection packages but was not pressured to do so. The gentleman who handled the financial transaction (I'm ashamed to admit that I forgot his name) treated me like I was an old friend - conversational, light hearted, but also very informative. To summarize, I drove home with a smile on my face in a vehicle I love. Isn't that the way it's supposed to be?

"Want to see if it works for your car, before you buy?" With that, we went outside and tried it on my car. It was perfect. (The price was really reasonable, too!) Now THAT was good customer service! That Brett would take the time to "demonstrate" a product, to make sure it would work for me was a very kind (and darned impressive) thing to do. I hope Advance Auto Parts pays this man well. I had a factory defect on an item I purchased at another Advanced Auto Parts store, and they accepted the return here. Funny thing was the second item I bought (at this store), also had a defect. However, they accepted a return on that one too. The third purchase got it right. The product defect was no fault of theirs by the way! Thanks guys, you're my choice when it comes to my automotive needs !

It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the car and this neglected beater quickly became a restoration project. I found Bora, now Cascade, while sourcing a timing belt kit. It was clear these guys were Subject Matter Experts, and I didn't hesitate to give them all my business. In the last 10 years, I have completely replaced my suspension, clutch and flywheel, steering wheel and a host of low value wear items. I can shop here with complete confidence and my only knock is not being local. It would be great if I could drive in. At one point they also had a direct line when maid maintenance and planning easy, but it appears a large percentage of those calls were from less than serious shoppers. Either way, it may take longer to get the answers I need, but it's always worth the wait. There are others online that may tempt you with lower priced packages but be careful. You may think you are getting OEM only to time out that only 1 piece out of the 4-piece kit is actually OEM. With Cascade, you never have to worry. They are 100% clear about what you are getting, so shop with confidence.

    I purchased what was a pair of Bilstien BMW front shocks per what was pictured on their site. What…read moreI received was a pair of rear Bilstien shocks. I contacted Cascade and told them they shipped the wrong shocks. They said it was the correct part number ordered and that the shocks pictured was incorrect. They agreed to have me send the order back for a refund which I did eight weeks ago but have not received any response from them even after several emails. I will not be purchasing parts for my BMW e90 from Cascade due to their poor customer service even if they have the the best price.
