Very poor service. And one of the tellers has enough bad energy to suck the life out of everyone in the room.

They're out of business. Don't go here. When you get there there's no one there. You will be so disappointed like I was. Go to O'Reilly!

Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. No matter if you show up in a Bonneville T120. I can't speak for parts and service, because, well..... But Sam and Alex serve up some mean beer on draft. Don't ask about the "mystery beer". Full bar, too. And super hot biker chicks make the place their home. Like a club, actually.

Whatever, not the biggest deal, even though they tried to charge me for the retune and I had to negotiate...but yeah, whatever. Today, however, I brought it in for a check engine code and it turns out the bolts they used to attach the pipes to the engine had fallen out and when I asked the guy how that could have happened he said "whoever installed them didn't use locktite." When I told him that they are the ones who installed them, he seemed a bit embarrassed and said he'd get me a discount. Already I was annoyed because I shouldn't have to pay at all for them to fix a shoddy job, but when we next spoke the guy tells me there will be no discount because they only have a 1 year warrantee and this job happened a couple weeks more than 1 year ago. When I said that I understand there's a policy, but this is a bit of an extreme situation where I paid them to do a job that was done incorrectly and shouldn't have to get ripped off paying again for it, the guy countered saying the job was done correctly and it turns out "locktite can melt" so there was no fault on their part. Yeah right dude, nice try, people don't get new pipes installed and then have to replace the bolts every year because the locktite melts off. If I had been offered a discount I would have at least been persuaded to let them do the work, even though I would still be unhappy, but to specifically tell me that I must pay full price is a slap in the face. After that, the guys seemed totally fine with me walking out and losing what could have been a customer for years to come, which I just cannot understand. I dunno, maybe there's something about me that makes them not want to be my mechanic? Well, never again. I am incredibly disappointed because at first they seemed really cool, but I refuse to be pushed around by people who act like it's a privilege for me to be allowed in there. Also, tip to the owner, the new guy sucks on the phone; you should try to get the girl back who at least was able to sound welcoming.

Battery I bought from a Napa store died while still under warranty. I called up this store and…read moreasked if they would test it and or charge it. They told me to bring it in. When I showed up maybe 30 minutes later with the battery, the employee, Mike, instructed me to place my battery on a hand cart near the register and leave my name and number with him for a callback when they were done testing it. I left the store thereafter, hours passed and I never got a callback. So I called the store and asked for the status. I was told on the phone by Mike that the battery failed the test and could not be charged and I would need to buy another one. When I came back in the store, my battery was in the same exact spot, unmoved. I asked Mike if could get a replacement under warranty and was told yes, but only from the exact Napa location I bought it from. I thanked him for the help and took the battery to the Napa location I bought it from several miles away in battleground. While at that store to swap the battery, the staff offered to test it. I told them it failed testing at the first Napa but figured it wouldn't hurt to try. They tested it right there in front of me, and guess what, the battery passed the test and the staff then charged the battery for free. So it seems Mike flat out lied about the test and never did it; either out of spite or as a shady tactic to get me to buy a new $200 battery. I took the battery home and it worked fine. This isn't the first time I've got attitude and a lack of service from Mike at this Napa location. Every time I have gone in, he immediately starts following me through the store. When he asks if I need help I'll either take him up on the offer or politely decline if I know what I'm looking for. When I ask for his input or help I never push back and take him at his word, trusting his experience and expertise. I try to be polite and he just talks down to me and tells me "not to push it". What am I pushing when I ask "how's it going?" Mike? Your personal insecurities? I've only ever been polite when interacting with staff at this store. The other staff are kind and helpful. But Its clear from other reviews that Mike has some personal issues he really needs to work out. But I doubt an old dog can changes his ways. Avoid this Napa, take your business elsewhere...

I said no I'm just looking for whatever catches my eye. Watching me like a hawk, as a business owner I can understand to a point. But I felt very uncomfortable.
