I asked for that particular stock number, Trico, single blade, drivers side, quantity one, one each, as they say in the military. the guy who took the call looked it up, said no problem, we will get it from our warehouse just come by after 2pm same day. wow, mad customer service skills, thanks bro. at 2: 30pm I'm waiting at a light on the way home with my new wiper blade and I notice it's not one blade, it's two. it's not custom sized to fit any vehicle in particular, it's an aftermarket NAPA snap-off wiper blade. it was EXACTLY what I didn't want. Wally mart no longer hires people who care. That and wally mart is a little far for bad service. I tried Autozone no longer has a book but they now have QR Codes. Dummy me forgot my phone but luckily they have awesome employees who gladly look up parts for you and go get them for you. I looked away for a few seconds to realize the clerk had ran off to get my part for me. Great customer service for a $16.00 part. This Autozone is only a couple miles from my house making it my go to auto parts store. They even have a self check out kiosk, it's really just a counter space by the door with a computer and scanner. I used it. If I figured it out, I'm sure almost anyone could.

Either way, it may take longer to get the answers I need, but it's always worth the wait. There are others online that may tempt you with lower priced packages but be careful. You may think you are getting OEM only to time out that only 1 piece out of the 4-piece kit is actually OEM. With Cascade, you never have to worry. They agreed to have me send the order back for a refund which I did eight weeks ago but have not received any response from them even after several emails. I will not be purchasing parts for my BMW e90 from Cascade due to their poor customer service even if they have the the best price.
