I usually love this place because the woman who's normally working is always super helpful and kind. But today was a completely different experience. There was a guy at the register who clearly just wanted to close up and get me out. I told him I wanted the pellets that are high in protein--the kind I always get--and mentioned that the bag is usually more red. (It's actually purple, but I was close.) When I saw the other guy grab a bright green bag, I said it didn't look right. The cashier just said, "Nature's Valley pellets?" and that was it. No effort to confirm what I meant or double-check. For the record, I didn't know the brand name--I just knew I always buy the higher protein feed. The one I usually get is 22% protein. The one they gave me is only 17%, and it's a smaller 40 lb bag instead of 50 lbs. So now I'm stuck with the wrong feed, even after I spoke up. They clearly didn't care to make sure I got what I asked for. Super frustrating, lazy service, and a waste of money. Photo attached: My usual feed is the purple 50lb bag with 22% protein; they gave me the green 40lb bag with 17%.

Sean, the chicken guy and all of the other staff, are beyond helpful! I really appreciate all of the help and knowledge they give. They are helping us get our chicken coop together! Thanks to the entire staff. Stop in and see Pip the turkey!

Cute little feed store and has just about anything you would need for your pets! We recently bought a sulcata tortoise and we needed alfalfa and Bermuda grass hay. They only sold them in bales so I got 1 bale of Bermuda for $16.95. they also gave me a bag of loose alfalfa hay because I didn't have enough space in my car. The bale of Bermuda was just a little too big for my trunk, but they tied my trunk to make it work and made sure it didn't fly open on the freeway. I was able to safely transport the hay back to my house and now our little tortoise has food for DAYS! The staff was very friendly and it made for a better overall experience, especially for a newbie like me who has never owned a pet. I don't think we'll have to buy anymore hay in a while, but when I need to restock I'll definitely come back here

That is until this past week when my wife and I adopted a dog. We stopped by My Pet Market yesterday to get a wash for our new member of the family while also looking around at other items and asking the employees for some advice. It was an all-around positive experience! My wife and I just adopted our dog on Thursday, and two days later, we were ready for our first outing with her to get her a bath at the iClean Dog Wash. We put on her harness for the occasion, which seemed a bit loose. We asked the team working for advice and received some helpful information that made a big difference. We then went to the bag left corner of the store and took advantage of a pet wash, which was $15 for about 15 minutes that included a regular wash, shampoo, conditioner, flea wash, low pressure dryer, high pressure dryer, and sanitization (of the wash area). We could stop and start at our convenience to ensure we have time to get a dog fully washed or dried. Towels, brushes, and aprons were provided to the washers. While our dog wasn't a fan of the process, we thought it was easy to use and ensure she got clean. After the wash, we looked around at the many products. We will certainly be back! My Pet Market is a family-owned, independent pet store that specializes in natural foods for all sorts of animals. They have a huge supply of treats, toys, and products. Their staff are prepared to provide information that we may need to keep our pets healthy and happy based on our pets' individual needs. They provide recommendations as needed. On the weekends, they even host local rescues to help animals find their forever homes. When we were there yesterday, they had an event to help some bunnies find homes. My Pet Market is open weekdays and Saturdays from 8 AM to 9 PM and Sundays from 9 AM to 7 PM. The May offer on the website (https://www.mypetmarket.com) including a $5 discount off any 5 pound bag or larger of Grandma Mae's pet food. They also have a loyalty program with other discounts and promotions. The promotions are also on the Astro Loyalty Consumer app. They also have a frequent buyer program where if you buy so many bags or items, you will earn a free bag or item. The website also highlights a pet of the month, Pet Market pets, a gallery, reviews, events, and much more. Thank you to My Pet Market for a great first experience out of the house for our new family member! We look forward to going back again soon.

During this visit, we spoke a lot with the Petco staff, and they helped us out a lot. We have yet to bring our new golden doodle, so we'll need to come back with her another time so that she can pick out her own toy and enjoy the experience. We were only stopping by to look at dog food options as we were looking to buy food toppers. On the app, we found the specific brand, flavor, and size we were looking for with a 25% off coupon. Meanwhile, in the store, since it was a Labor Day sale, we had a 20% coupon. We could only find an end cap with the wrong flavor, but upon asking, we were shown a different area of the store with exactly what we were looking for. They also offered to price match the online promotion, which was great! In addition, the brand had a Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion, so we were also able to use that promotion for a few smaller trial flavors for the future. We were very happy for the great service! We did notice that some of the bags had an expiration date that had passed, though we shared that with the staff, and they removed those bags from the shelf. The store is open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM except Sundays when they are open from 10 AM to 7 PM. At this location, you can book a grooming appointment, enroll a dog in a training class, book a vaccination appointment, or shop in their aquatics department. The store offers curbside pickup, repeat delivery (for a discount), and free same day delivery. They have in-store events throughout each month and monthly deals, too. You can sign up for Vital Care Rewards, which include members-only pricing and offers, personalized care notifications, Vital Care points back on every purchase and more. Visit their website at https://www.petco.com for more information. We certainly plan on going back soon, especially with our new family member.

Amber and Donna were good friends and shared dogs for breeding. My puppy came from Amber with the stud owned by Donna at Hurricane Cavaliers. Our puppy was very sick within a short time after we purchased her from Amber. I tried and tried to text Amber to let her know what the problem was and she would not answer me back. Also tried calling as well several times. After being fed up for months of being ignored and called Donna for help. Donna had Amber get ahold of me quite quickly. All Amber could do is say that there wasn't anything wrong with my puppy and she stated if I brought the puppy to her, she would try and figure out what was wrong. 3 weeks later, I got my puppy back weighing 2 pounds less than when I dropped her off. She claims there wasn't anything her vets could find. She also told me that my Vet was just ripping me off. Within a week or so of picking her up from Amber, our puppy started going downhill again. I found a new vet and he figured it out pretty quick. They did an endoscopy on our puppy with biopsies. She has Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She also has a problem with her eyes that require expensive medicine and daily application and expensive specialty vet visits. It took months to get my puppy feeling better. The purchase price was $3,000 and we have another $8,500 in vet bills. Amber will not honor the "health guarantee " I received with my puppy and she didn't bother to show up in court. After speaking to several rescues in this southwestern area, I have been told to avoid these puppy breeders at all costs. This was so heartbreaking to hear as I thought I did my due diligence to find a competent breeder. Cavaliers are expensive dogs that come with a host of medical conditions. A good breeder will stand behind their puppies but not in our case.
