Went to Fetch yesterday for the first time and was surprised by the great level of service. Spoke with Tony(co-owner with his wife) he spent several minutes describing the types of food, treats and products they carry. Left with several samples and numerous treats for our 9 year old rescue. This place is family owned and with numerous natural products to select. Greatly appreciate the level of service and i highly recommend this family owned business. read more

If you haven't been here yet, please do! The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and they offer amazing, healthy products for your pets. My dog absolutely loves the vanilla buffalo ears. They're reasonably priced and always fresh. I love supporting small businesses too. read more

Rhonda and her staff saved my cat food dilemma! Rhonda is super knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to assist with any questions and suggestions. There are so many cat foods on market but we have found perfect kibble for Miu Miu and I only buy from Kodi's. I always want to support small businesses and I highly recommend Kodi's! read more

Fetch - Miu Miu - Pet Stores Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service from this store! I was lucky enough to meet Ryan when I was transitioning my dog's food and she was SO helpful with assisting me with my selections. She patiently listened to me explain my dog's digestive issues and was incredibly thorough in going through all of the ingredients in each brand of dog food. She offered extremely helpful advice and she truly cares about animals and their well being. Fetch now has a customer for life. I love this store and their employees! read more

I have been coming to Fetch since February 2020 when I had just moved to Phoenix. I LOVE this store! The owner, Raquel, is very knowledgeable and helped me transition my dogs to raw food. I was very grateful for the knowledge I learned. She and her friendly staff are always willing to help out and offer information about the brands they have in stock-only the good ones!! I also love to be greeted by Archie & Loki when they are there..the cutest little fur boys! If you love supporting local and love top brands at great prices (I've checked around!)...you need to head to Fetch! read more

This is a fabulous pet food store. The owner is very knowledgeable & has great products. I was visiting Phoenix from out of town and had forgotten to bring my Chihuahua's dog food. He's an older dog with some health issues & is a very picky eater. The owner recommended a dog food and also a probiotic to go with it. My little one loved both of them, which is saying a lot for the taste. Also, when he's eaten, many times he gets an upset stomach and won't eat for a full day afterwards. Several hours after eating this food, he was hungry again, which is great because he's skinny & skipping a meal is not a good idea for him. By his response, I know the dog food she recommended was healthy for him. read more

I have to say... Rhonda is absolutely amazing! She is so nice and incredibly knowledgeable! She carries many different brands of health foods for both dog and cat. Customer service is second to none. Highly recommend stopping in if you have questions about animal nutrition and want to make sure that your Ferb babies are on a good healthy diet! read more

The staff is amazing here! I'm already a really indecisive person when it comes to anything and I really needed some insight on a few things because my pup has been having some health issues lately so I've been trying to take his diet more seriously. It was a bit overwhelming at first trying to learn all by myself but the staff really showed that they cared and were also extremely helpful & knowledgeable, they made me feel at ease when I left the store. They also have a great selection of treats, food and pet toys! It was an overall great experience. I love supporting local businesses so I'll definitely be doing all of my pet supply shopping at Fetch from now on! read more

This family operated local business (not a chain) is where to find high quality dog food and excellent service. We highly recommend Fromm's dog food and they have a complete selection and track your orders for a free dog food bag after so many purchases (maybe a dozen?) Support local and buy your dog food and other pet supplies at Kodi's. read more

Kodi's has the BEST selection of certified top of the line healthy food of all varieties for your beloved pet. Rhonda, the owner, an expert in what to feed your dog for optimal health. One of my rescues, Kitty, has had terrible allergies and Rhonda dialed me in on feeding her just duck products. I feed my other rescue something else for him. ALWAYS wonderful to chat with, ALWAYS super helpful, ALWAYS willing to put aside or order what I need, Kodi's is a place that TRULY is there for me and the well being of my pets. I was in today to get some of their amazing dog treats and was saddened to learn that someone, who was not a Kodi's customer and who parked in one of the few spaces in front of Kodi's to go to a restaurant down the street, despite there being a no parking sign posted, left a horrible false yelp message about Kodi's. Rhonda, who works so hard to run her business and does such a great job, does not deserve this treatment. If you have a pet and want the best advice and food, GO TO KODI'S!!!! read more

This is a perfect example how bigger isn't better. Kodi's hands on owner, Rhonda, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rhonda only carries quality, premium brands, including the super brands that you just can't buy at the big box stores like Petco and Petsmart. The best of the best brands like ZIWI Peak, Orijen and Primal do not sell chain stores. The difference between Kodi's and Pet Club is Kodi's has a knowledgeable hands on owner in Rhonda who is there to help, educate and inform her customers. Pet Club on the other hand hires young kids without the experience, knowledge, or desire to meet your needs that a "hands on owner" brings to the table. I love supporting small, local businesses like Kodi's. You get better service and they are more enjoyable to work with. read more

I received a 2" orange blinking light up dog charm that came with a hook that attaches to your dog's collar. It was a free promo item given away at the dog festival early 2022. I put one on my dog's collar. Later she had an itch by her neck and started scratching. Her nail got caught on the hook of this item and she started screaming. She couldn't put her back leg down on the ground and I couldn't get her nail loose. I couldn't settle her down and she kept moving and screaming. She finally pulled hard enough to release her caught nail. However this almost ripped her nail off. Please do not give these promo charms away anymore!!! read more

Cute place, terrible attitudes. Was not greeted when I walked in and did not feel very welcomed at all. I was checking out while two employees were standing behind me laughing. I won't be returning since they don't know how to treat customers. Do not come here if you want to be treated badly. read more

For years I had been feeding my cats the yucky grocery store pet foods not knowing anything about all the great natural pet food out there. I finally decided to learn more about the food and purchase better quality food for my pets. I heard about Kodi's and couldn't wait to check them out. When I went in I was greeted by the owner, who is extremely pleasant to work with, and she gave me the run down on the different cat food I could choose from. She gave me a handful of different samples to let my pets try before committing to by a whole bag of food. After letting them try a few different samples I decided on one product. I went back in and bought the wet and dry food. The prices are extremely reasonable and the owner was more than helpful when it came to choosing the right food for my cats. They also have a lot of different types of treats, supplements, feeders and much more to choose from. I have a male cat who has some digestive issues and Rhonda, the owner gave me many different options on what might help with his issues. The combo of the new, better quality food and the supplements have helped him so much! Both my cats are much happier, more energetic and have beautiful coats now that they are on the new food! I would highly recommend visiting Kodi's Natural Pet Foods for all of your pet needs!! read more

I love supporting local businesses & when it comes to my pets, I only want the best. The most fantastic thing is that the best food for my cats is not breaking my bank. I made the switch to natural food for my cats and they are healthier and happier for it. The wonderful owner of Kodi's made this transition painless and was immensely helpful. On my first visit, she offered quite a few free samples so that I could find out what I wanted to feed and what my cats wanted to eat. She's very knowledgeable and, although really well equipped for the dogs, she is expanding on the cat section. read more

I love supporting local places usually, but this place is absolutely terrible! I've never been spoken to so rudely before. Wow. Please don't support this business. They need to learn to treat customers with respect! read more

Our Beagle had suddenly lost use of her hind legs on 4th of July. A blood test, x-rays, and 6 hours at the vet later and we still had no explanation for what was wrong. We were very concerned we may have to put her down, but we wanted to try alternatives. (The other option was $4,000 MRI follower by a $9,000 surgery that may or may not help her...as much as we want to help her, we just can't afford such a cost.) I stumbled upon Kodi's when looking into CBD oil for dogs. We brought our dog into the store (which is allowed as long as they are leashed) and asked the owner questions. She was very kind and very concerned for our dog; she pet her and gave her snacks after asking our permission if it was ok. We had never used CBD before, but she was very helpful with suggesting a product and advising us how to use it. She told us the story of why she opened the store after her dog, Kodi. It was really sweet! Drop in to check out the photos of her beautiful dog! We left there with some drops, Canna-Pet snacks, and some wet food, and we will definitely be back...after our visit there and about 3 weeks of using the drops and snacks, (as well as some PT and a little time in the swimming pool) our beagle has regained most of the functions in her hind legs! She still hobbles a bit, but you should see her start running when she knows she's about to get a treat! She is still a very happy dog and we owe a lot of thanks to Kodi's!! read more

We've been going to Kodi's for the past 10 years. Our animals have special dietary needs, and Kodi's can always find something that our fur babies can eat. Great service and fair prices. It's why we keep coming back read more

I've been buying my dog food from Kodi's for over three years & have gotten to know the owner, Rhonda. She has always been very helpful & knowledgable as to her products . She let's you browse & is happy to answer any questions. I am also a volunteer for a shelter & she is very supportive of all things rescue! The store is dedicated to her rescue dog Kodi & of course I love supporting local business's . Recommend! Lori read more

Love this place and I don't live nearby. I do make the drive 1/month to stock on my cat's wet and dry food and treats! I have a very picky cat. The prices are also great and actually better then I found online for the brand I get. Kind and attentive staff. Highly recommend this place read more

I think pet parents always want the best for their fur babies. After shopping at other high-end pet retailers, we found Kodi's. We will NEVER go anywhere else! They carry awesome products and price them very competitively. The customer service here is unparalleled. We always get friendly, knowledgeable service and leave with a smile on our faces. Sounds corny but I'm serious, we love this place! read more

I love this place! Kodi's isn't very big, but they definitely have a decent selection to chose from. Both mom and son are very well educated on the foods offered here and have always been able to help me out when asked! In my first visit I knew this place would be a fit for my needs. I've been buying a specific brand of dog food for years now, and it's not the easiest to find. I'm all about being healthy and supporting local businesses. I decided to check out kodis since I'm huge on my dogs health and that's what they advertise. I was super excited to finally check them out since having a wonderful experience at Pet Planet and learning to much from their employees. I was highly disappointed with the greeting I received upon walking into Kodis. That is, if you would even call it a greeting. Rhonda made me feel so uncomfortable. It was as though I was bothering her by having walked in the store. Needless to say I walked right out and drove right over to Pet Planet at Squaw Peak Plaza. I was greeted by a warm friendly smile ready to help and engage in the well-being of my dog. I was interested in learning about some of the products at Kodis, but regardless, I will NEVER step foot in that establishment again! read more

Rhonda is very empathic and caring. I love patronizing this small business. I switched from a different brand to one of hers for my German shepherds and it really improved their coats almost immediately. She is really a great person and a German shepherd enthusiast. Need I say more? read more

I needed a special diet for my Basenjis and the only place I could find it was at Kodi's. Rhonda was so helpful and wonderfully supportive answering questions I had about treats I wanted to give them as well. They have such sensitive stomachs and are doing so well on the diet I buy from Kodi's. Their coats are gorgeous and while they are both seniors, everyone who meets them are amazed when I tell them their ages. The still have lots of get up and go! I know it is the food. The big plus is Rhonda has a locally owned business! read more

Great food and treats for dog and cats. Support local businesses like this.

I don't know why everyone is saying such nice things about this place! The lady could not have been MORE RUDE to me. I was given a coupon for a free bag of cat food from the Regional Sales Manager of Orijen. When I showed the owner the coupon, she looked at it for about a minute. I was left to stand there feeling really uncomfortable. I kept waiting for her to say something. When I explained where I had gotten the coupon, she hesitated and then said "Well I better get reimbursed for this" in a snarky tone. This is NOT good business. I didn't get one smile or any sense of friendliness from her whatsoever. Please DO NOT support her business because she certainly doesn't deserve it!!!!!!!! read more

Kodi's is the best natural pet food store that I've found. They have a great selection and a very cool atmosphere, I always enjoy shopping here. Rhonda, the owner, is very caring and knowledgeable. I feed my cats raw food and have had trouble in the past locating the brands I prefer. Then I found Kodi's and they were able to order everything I needed and now it's always in stock, which I really appreciate. It also makes me happy to support an independently and locally owned business. read more

Rhonda, the owner, truly cares about her customers and the wellbeing of their pets. Zach is great, too. I'd be lost without her input and guidance. She has referred me to my vet, who is wonderful, and now also to my dog trainer! She stocks excellent products and stays informed on the integrity of what she carries. That's important, especially because dog brands are constantly being bought out by larger corporations, which sometimes jeopardizes the products. Support local (and be smart) by going to Kodi!!!!! read more

This place rocks! From the very pet conscious owners to the very high quality dog food to the puppy crack! Seriously good stuff. Rhonda know tons of information both about the products and the makers of them which is more than most and very helpful. Helped me rotate food food to avoid for allergies! I feed my only the dog food and treats from here! (Of course occasionally the scraps from the table but very little) The other main benefit to getting the goods from here is having Rhonda as a wealth of information on care, treatment and resources available for your pet! This a discount on available for purchases of the products! read more
