Our 70 pound sheepadoodle, Archie, has been going to One Love for about 3 years now and we will never go anywhere else! Saydee takes such good care of him... she is loving, calm, gentle and super knowledgeable about the whole grooming process. She takes time cleaning his ears (not an easy task on doodles!) and listens to all my concerns (again, not an easy task) In the morning on his grooming days, when I ask Archie is he wants to go see Saydee, he rushes out the door to get in my car... so so sweet! Alex and all the other groomers are equally loving and knowledgeable. Always easy to get appointments and they're always right on time. Cannot recommend this salon enough! read more

I would not recommend these ladies for your pet grooming needs. We went there about 5 times and each time the cuts were uneven and they never made them smell good like I asked. We have 5 dogs and we showed with all 5 for this mornings appointment and we were 14 minutes late and called to let them know this tho they never answered the phone , showed up drove close to one hour to get there and they turned us away. They could have taken them and they know five dogs is a lot to drive with and gather up. They were just being difficult and could have easily had the next Appointment to sit and wait 14 minutes. I've never had this happen at a grooming place time u away being a bit late. An hour late !! A half hour late yeah I can u d understand that !!! These ladies are spiteful. Take your dogs to a good place who will not act this way and who really do a nice job on your dogs too. I am happy this happened now we can find a place we are actual happy with. We just drove all the way to this place cuz dogs were used to them. No more. They loss. We have 5 dogs. :) read more

We have brought our pups to One Love Pet Parlor a handful of times now and are pleased with the outcomes each time! Scheduling is easy. As busy as they are, I am typically able to call and get an appointment the following week at the latest, sometimes same week. Drop off is easy, and they always ask what we want done. I think we have had different groomers, but each one has done a great job! Everyone that I've interacted with that works there is very friendly. We have a poodle-mix that gets a teddy bear cut and a border collie mix that gets de-shed, and trimmed around the face/feet/butt. They only keep your dogs as long as they need to. For the both of them, it typically takes about 2 hrs to complete the groom. We used to go to a groomer that would keep our dogs for the entire day, and they would come home SO exhausted/drained. Now, they come home looking/smelling good, and with enough energy to be themselves. We'll be coming back to One Love so long as we live in Phoenix! read more

We love Alex and her team at this One Love Pet Parlor Salon here in Phoenix, AZ. We have been going to Alex now for close to 3.5 years. She cuts our cute little Mia, she is our 5 year old Yorkie.. Alex is so gentle, loving and tender and always makes Mia look like a million dollars when she is done with her. We love how she always says oh such a good girl to calm Mia down. Someone once compared holding an Italian Greyhound to holding a wild chicken which is pretty accurate. So I take mine here for their nail trims. Italian Greyhounds need constant nail trims so it doesn't affect their gait and cause future problems. My dogs are always taken care of and they do a great job of talking to our dogs and comforting them while they get their nails done. We will always take our dogs here. read more

This was my first time here and I'm 100% impressed. Our last experience at the groomers was less than ideal and our pup was extremely stressed out... I knew I wouldn't be going to go back. I checked reviews at other groomers near my house (as I don't live in the area) and wasn't impressed with what I was finding. I tried One Love Pet Parlor because their reviews seemed really good and things that were said on my parents neighborhood app seemed really positive. When we first got there, my pup was shaking and extremely nervous going in. I described my last experience and they were really kind and listened to me. I felt heard and didn't feel rushed. They treated him so incredibly well. I was really nervous about leaving him, but I handed him off and she held him and calmed him down. This really made me feel good about leaving him there. It didn't take long at all to finish the grooming, Robin was fantastic!!! When I picked him up he seemed happy and didn't look stressed out like at the precious place. This was significantly different than my last experience. They groomed him exactly how I wanted him to be groomed and gave me a little report of how well he did, which was appreciated. Everything about this experience was top notch and I will for sure be taking the 30 min drive back to have him groomed here again! Both lil Winston and Mama are happy campers!
