Very convenient shower stalls for washing your dog, everything included such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, air dryer, etc! This store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly and helpful. My last interaction was with Jacqui who, helped me to donate to our local shelter (Home Fur Good) and save money on my purchase by offering a coupon. Thanks Jacqui, you were so friendly and kind. We appreciate and are frequent users of the bathing area for dogs. Convenient and ergonomically easy on the back to bath your pup at waist height, and the towels and shampoo are nice quality. We just had our first grooming service here at Pet Supplies Plus and were very pleased. I'm like a nervous Mommy when it comes to leaving my pup in anyone's hands, but Jacob assured me he had it under control, introduced himself to Layla, and confidently took charge of her. He did a fantastic job of grooming her and getting her nails clipped for the first time in her 6 years. I was a mess, she did fine. Thanks Jacob! We like this place for the self grooming station. It's affordable and always kept well cleaned. Staff is also very accommodating. My only complaint is the dryers leave much to be desired, they don't get warm enough to thoroughly dry my dogs which results in me finishing grooming at home. Prices on products are reasonable and they have a wide selection. They also have a cute in store pet bakery that we always get my dogs a special treat after grooming them. This place would be 5 stars if they had descent dryers! read more

My Boy I took into the groomer because he had been horribly neglected and his coat was in bad shape. I spoke with Lee and we both agreed that shaving him would be in his best interest, which I had already decided is what needed to be done. She left his mane and tuff on his tail, which now looks like a cat toy. He is so happy and rocking his new doo. I just talked with Lee and told her how he is acting and we will be back soon for a bath and some touch ups but we car keeping his Lion look. ROAR!!! read more

It's such a great deal and they offer a lot of perks like towels, shampoos 3 different options, and blow dryers. After his wash we always take him for a walk down the aisle to pick out his favorite treat of the day. All of the employees are really helpful with showing us how to use the dog wash area. The store was clean and well stocked, and I got stuff at a lower price than what I usually pay. The employees were very informative and knowledgeable. Jordyn is our usual groomer and has been fine. However, the last visit ( October 2024) she made me very uncomfortable in my own home when we somehow began talking Presidential candidate politics. I did not agree with her liberal views (or insults ) and she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I no longer feel comfortable with her at my home or grooming my dog. All I needed was my dog groomed, no politics, please. I left a voicemail for the owner to call me. They only have online scheduling now so it's very hard to reach a " live person." read more
