Love this place!! I always get coupons in the mail and the store is always clean and stocked with anything you could think of for pets!! Their dog grooming services are fast, reliable, and professional. The grooming techs are SO SWEET and are very knowledgeable about their breeds. I love this pet store and will be coming here instead of a large corporate store, such as Petco and Petsmart. read more

My wife got tired of me using the kids bathtub for washing the dog so she found this place & sent me on a Mission! Very convenient shower stalls for washing your dog, everything included such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, air dryer, etc! It was $14 for a full wash with everything & it was simple to clean!! Def recommend instead of the kids bathtub! read more

We had another great experience here, this time at their self wash stations. The employees are top notch and so helpful and courteous. It was so great to have all the supplies needed and not have to crouch over in the bathtub. Will definitely use this many times in the future! read more

Love this locally owned place. Carry a wide variety of dog food and they regularly have specials as coupons as a member - hugely helpful!

Arrived at 9am Sunday morning and was greeted by Tyra who unlocked the doors and gave us the most amazing welcome! She is a ray of sunshine. It was our first time there for the dog wash and she explained everything in detail. Great facility and we will be back. read more

This store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly and helpful. My last interaction was with Jacqui who, helped me to donate to our local shelter (Home Fur Good) and save money on my purchase by offering a coupon. Thanks Jacqui, you were so friendly and kind. We appreciate and are frequent users of the bathing area for dogs. Convenient and ergonomically easy on the back to bath your pup at waist height, and the towels and shampoo are nice quality. We just had our first grooming service here at Pet Supplies Plus and were very pleased. I'm like a nervous Mommy when it comes to leaving my pup in anyone's hands, but Jacob assured me he had it under control, introduced himself to Layla, and confidently took charge of her. He did a fantastic job of grooming her and getting her nails clipped for the first time in her 6 years. I was a mess, she did fine. Thanks Jacob! Highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus at Shea...no complaints. read more

How can I leave an even worse review than one star? I witnessed unprofessional conduct from senior management to another employee while visiting. If this is how a store is run, there HAS to be something done. I will no longer be a patron here. And that sucks because I met such a colorful pup here. For shame Pet Supplies. read more

We absolutely love coming here for our dog's baths and for all of our pet needs. The bathing station is hands down the best thing ever!! The workers are always so welcoming and helpful. Jacqui helped me find the best deals and was so sweet. read more

We like this place for the self grooming station. It's affordable and always kept well cleaned. Staff is also very accommodating. My only complaint is the dryers leave much to be desired, they don't get warm enough to thoroughly dry my dogs which results in me finishing grooming at home. Prices on products are reasonable and they have a wide selection. They also have a cute in store pet bakery that we always get my dogs a special treat after grooming them. This place would be 5 stars if they had descent dryers! read more

Fantastic place. Cami and Matt were amazing helping my kids and I adopt a new gerbil. They had everything we needed and were very knowledgeable. I'm thankful they are close by since I get all my supplies from them. read more

Jacqui was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service. Love this place and its service.

My Boy I took into the groomer because he had been horribly neglected and his coat was in bad shape. I spoke with Lee and we both agreed that shaving him would be in his best interest, which I had already decided is what needed to be done. She left his mane and tuff on his tail, which now looks like a cat toy. He is so happy and rocking his new doo. I just talked with Lee and told her how he is acting and we will be back soon for a bath and some touch ups but we car keeping his Lion look. ROAR!!! read more

My wife and I really enjoy the employees and facilities at Pet Supplies Plus Phoenix. We routinely take our dog to their pet wash facility. It's such a great deal and they offer a lot of perks like towels, shampoos 3 different options, and blow dryers. After his wash we always take him for a walk down the aisle to pick out his favorite treat of the day. All of the employees are really helpful with showing us how to use the dog wash area. The managers are always helpful with any of our needs during each visit. Thanks PSP for always taking care of our pet needs. read more

I stopped by this location while I was visiting my mom and brother to grab some stuff for my fur baby Franklin. The store was clean and well stocked, and I got stuff at a lower price than what I usually pay. The employees were very informative and knowledgeable. It's in a busy lot, but there are several dedicated parking spots right in front of the store. Clearly Franklin approves! read more

Great pet store for everything! I purchase Stella and Chewy's bone broth, treats, meal toppers, and freeze dried patties for my dogs. I get the best price here and coupons for being a rewards member. My dogs loved the cupcakes from the bakery. We also love the wash station. read more

I recently discovered Pet Supplies Plus located at Shea Blvd. and 32nd St. I love this business. The store is clean and well stocked. The dog wash stations are easy to use and secure. The service from the employees is always the best-especially from Jacqui! She really cares about the customer (me!) and if I am finding what I want along with good suggestions for what I might be able to use. I always am glad to see her when I walk in. read more

Jordyn is our usual groomer and has been fine. However, the last visit ( October 2024) she made me very uncomfortable in my own home when we somehow began talking Presidential candidate politics. I did not agree with her liberal views (or insults ) and she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I no longer feel comfortable with her at my home or grooming my dog. All I needed was my dog groomed, no politics, please. I left a voicemail for the owner to call me. They only have online scheduling now so it's very hard to reach a " live person." read more
