I can't even EXPLAIN how disappointed I am with this company - I will tell all that I can about this company! I want to Protect all that have love for their animals PLEASE be very careful when buying a beloved from this place. I have reached out to them in pain about losing my sweet sweet boy! THEY COULD HAVE CARRIED less and did not own up to their mistake THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LATER I had to put down my sweet baby boy at only six years old. I wrote the company as stated below and this is all your get back, wow what heartless SONSOF BITCHES. The person asked me to send FULL RECORDS since the time I had purchased Payton. I sent over everything and this is the reply. I received a CHEAP card in the mail saying sorry, we wrote back, Hi, I received your card and book. I greatly appreciate that, and I appreciate your offer for a future discount but in all honesty that's not what I'm looking for. We were reaching out because we wanted to know information about the breeder and the measures they were known to take such as genetic testing proper breeding practices. As you know, Peyton had issues from the very start which continued all throughout his life and required emergency testing and surgery that cost over $15,000. Then at 6 1/2 years old to be put down because he was riddled with cancer which cost another $2,000 in emergency testing and euthanized, not to mention the 3-4 thousand spent at purchase, I'm not certain if there is such a thing as a discount for that? So if you can send that information to us as soon as possible, that would be greatly appreciated. Fran and Garrett Good Afternoon Fran & Garett, Thank you again for reaching out and for sharing Payton's story with us. We want to express our heartfelt condolences for your loss. It's clear that Payton was deeply loved and an important part of your family. We can only imagine how painful it must have been to navigate years of health concerns and then experience such a heartbreaking outcome. We appreciate your request for more information about the breeder. Payton's breeder was Deanna Dion, located in Missouri. At the time of your purchase in 2018, she was considered an exempt breeder under USDA guidelines, meaning she has four or fewer breeding females. Even so, she was still required to meet the same internal health, care, and ethical breeding standards we've always maintained for every breeder we partner with--whether USDA licensed, exempt, or working through one of our trusted brokers. I see that we had purchased 3 puppies from a litter Deanna had in 2018 but have not worked with her since. Any breeder information is notated on the pet profile sheet in Payton's packet. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to write and share your experience. While there's no way to undo the pain of Payton's passing, please know that we take your concerns seriously and remain committed to continuous improvement and accountability. With sincere sympathy, Nicky Nicky Thomson Customer Relations & Homes for Life Tel: (602) 818-9648 THIS IS ALL THEY DID FOR US? WOW HEARTLESS! DISGUSTING! To be honest I have always been skeptical of places like this due to how similar stores were run a decade ago, but my employee got her dog from puppies n love and he is the sweetest boy. When my boyfriend and I started to seriously consider a dog we came by 'just to look'.. as you probably can imagine, we now have our own little angel. The store is so clean and the dogs were all happy and healthy. The staff were wonderful and during our visit + adoption multiple staff members were walking the dogs (inside because summer in Arizona is ruff) and playing with them- you could tell the dogs are well taken care of, which had been my biggest concern. Daniel worked with us to find our perfect boy and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful- we are so grateful for him and so happy to have biscuit in our life!

Megan was absolutely awesome and extremely helpful! We came in a few times and she was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out a dog that would suit us! Absolutely loved our experience here!

We decided to finance for a few months when we purchased our mini dachshund, Bodie. Bodie has surpassed what we expected in a puppy. He is so perfect, healthy, and loving. We are so happy with our Bodie :) There was a miscommunication on our finance docs, we ended up in a lease and didn't realize it till later. I was furious! HOWEVER; Roxi, Store Manager, and Lance, Director of Sales, made it more than right for us. They are a true blessing in all of their hard work to get this done. We appreciate you more than you'll ever know and will be forever grateful - The Reedy's

Just adopted my new puppy, a shitzu from Puppies n love, and am so happy. Nikki was absolutely very elaborate in explaining everything. I'm already so in love with Jax

I just got my little puppy eddy on Friday. All the dogs were cute and very friendly. They all came with clean bill of health with records and also family lineage for authentication. I also got pictures of the mommy and daddy of my puppy. All the staff were very knowledgeable and you could tell they loved what they do. I was so happy to get a puppy from puppy enthusiasts and experts. I have to now resist going back for more

I had a great experience. I liked that they had an open pen and let some of the puppies have free play. That is how little Charlie caught my eye. He was the smallest guy in the prn but he was the fiercest. As soon as I inquired about him from assistant manager Nikki she focused her attention to me and my questions from then until the time I left. She was so thorough with the adoption process and the great benefits that come with adding a member to your family. When it was time to take my little man home it was close to the routine feeding time and they are so considerate and caring that they sent me home with a bowl of food for the car ride home, I live 45 minutes away. I've had a great experience so far and I plan to take advantage of the benefits and coverage that is offered. I can say that I left confident with my decision and have not stopped smiling. He's already attached to me!

    Charlie's going home!!

We had previously completed seven sessions with another trainer at Rob's Dogs and while that experience was fine for basic obedience, it felt like 'training' rather than the deep level behavioral correction we actually needed. Thankfully, because of the Rob's Dogs lifetime guarantee, we were connected with Joel. From the first hour, the difference was night and day. Joel immediately identified the core issues and provided professional, actionable insight on how to actually shift the dogs' behavior, rather than just running through commands. We already feel significantly more confident moving forward and have total trust in the tools and guidance Joel has given us. If you are struggling with behavioral issues that go beyond the basics, I highly recommend working with Joel. We are incredibly optimistic about the progress we'll make in our upcoming sessions.

Although the dog has been through several training programs, she had recently reverted back to being reactive on leash: barking, pulling, and lunging at any dog that barked at her or gave her a "look". Thankfully I found Rob's Dogs through a search online. Rob offers dog training either through individual sessions sold as a packet of 8 or 3, or you can elect to do a board and train method. Since my mom's dog had done two board and trains with other training facilities in Florida and Texas, I opted for the individual sessions sold as a packet of 3. Not to disparage the other training schools, I want to note that the dog had learned a great deal of commands, but she was a little rusty and selective when doing them and was selectively reactive on leash around other dogs. What we needed was a trainer that could come to my mom's neighborhood and see the dog being reactive in the environment where she was going to be walked. Thankfully Rob's Dogs offered this as an option. It cost a significant amount to do this, but it was possible. The additional cost was for the mileage and drive time to my mom's place. We had a meet and greet at the facility. Rob, the owner, met with us and got the back story on the dog and the current behavior problems. He took the dog and walked her around a bit and near other dogs, tested her response to commands and leash pressure. He explained the package options available to us. He also made us aware that we would be using both a prong collar and e-collar to reinstate her former training. We had these tools, but my mom hadn't used them with the dog since she left Florida, and I had never used them. We were assigned a trainer who was contracted by Rob. Lauryn was super friendly and had a love and full understanding of the German Shepherd breed. She herself had a German Shepherd. She went over the operation of the two collars which I was not familiar with at all. Rob's dogs sent us a link and password so that we could watch some important training videos. His website also had some very useful training tips. I highly recommend watching/reading this information carefully and then reviewing it again each week. It's easy for owners to slip into bad habits quickly which results in their dogs behaving in ways they don't want. You will have to enforce rules and get into a routine. Restrictions can be lifted once the dog consistently behaves as desired. You will find that YOU will have to do the hard work. The trainer and Rob's Dogs will assess your current situation and give you the tools and training to use those tools to reinforce good behaviors. It won't happen overnight. You will need to work with the dog for at least an hour each day to reinforce the seven commands and expectations. As I mentioned, we only had three sessions. This training was going to determine whether or not my mom could keep and handle her dog. Immediately after the first session, we started using the tools and putting restrictions in place inside the house to set the law of the land. Right away, we noticed a difference. While the dog was already really well behaved in the house, it improved her response to us when we walked her outside of the house. The prong collar made a drastic difference in her behavior when she saw other yappy dogs on the walk. I no longer had to worry about her lunging, pulling or barking incessantly in an aggressive stance. She still got up, moved forward, and barked once, but it was all very controlled. I didn't have to use all of my strength to hold her back. The real test came when my mom was able to walk her dog around other yappy dogs. After session two, my mom was easily able to do this, and I felt confident that continuing this training would allow my mom to keep her dog. Her German Shepherd is sometimes still reactive, but it is much more controlled and manageable now. In time, and with continued consistent practice, I believe my mom's dog will eventually stop the reactivity altogether. She has already shown amazing progress and only slips occasionally. If you are looking for effective dog training (well, really we know it is human training to learn how to effectively communicate with the dog), then consider Rob's Dogs. You will work hard to get your dog's behavior issues resolved, but the longterm results will allow you to have a wonderful relationship with your pet.

She has cavapoos, sheepadoodles, and bernadoodles, which are incredibly sweet and well-mannered. She helped us decide which breed would be perfect for us, and a couple of weeks later, we are now the happy owners of the most adorable, calm, socialized sheepadoodle named Bruce. Amy and Mackenzie go above and beyond during your entire experience, allowing you to come over and visit the puppies as often as you like. Amber and Donna were good friends and shared dogs for breeding. My puppy came from Amber with the stud owned by Donna at Hurricane Cavaliers. Our puppy was very sick within a short time after we purchased her from Amber. I tried and tried to text Amber to let her know what the problem was and she would not answer me back. Also tried calling as well several times. After being fed up for months of being ignored and called Donna for help. Donna had Amber get ahold of me quite quickly. All Amber could do is say that there wasn't anything wrong with my puppy and she stated if I brought the puppy to her, she would try and figure out what was wrong. 3 weeks later, I got my puppy back weighing 2 pounds less than when I dropped her off. She claims there wasn't anything her vets could find. She also told me that my Vet was just ripping me off. Within a week or so of picking her up from Amber, our puppy started going downhill again. I found a new vet and he figured it out pretty quick. They did an endoscopy on our puppy with biopsies. She has Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She also has a problem with her eyes that require expensive medicine and daily application and expensive specialty vet visits. It took months to get my puppy feeling better. The purchase price was $3,000 and we have another $8,500 in vet bills. Amber will not honor the "health guarantee " I received with my puppy and she didn't bother to show up in court. After speaking to several rescues in this southwestern area, I have been told to avoid these puppy breeders at all costs. This was so heartbreaking to hear as I thought I did my due diligence to find a competent breeder. Cavaliers are expensive dogs that come with a host of medical conditions. A good breeder will stand behind their puppies but not in our case.

The training sessions were tailored specifically to Scout's personality and needs, and the progress has been amazing. Using positive reinforcement techniques, Angelika not only addressed the issues quickly but also helped Scout build confidence.
