This pet store buys sick puppies from puppy mills. The dogs are overpriced and sick. They could care less about the dogs or the customers. Their warranties are garbage and meaningless. Please do not buy from these people, they have many complaints and even lawsuits. If you want a healthy dog, do not buy from them. Consider yourself warned! read more

This is a great place! Christian and staff are so nice and friendly- they encourage visitors to come play with their pups bcz is helps socialize and love on them;) I've never heard, seen or visited a pet place that is always so welcoming to everyone and so happy to have you ask to play with a puppy with no pressure or intentions on needing to purchase or adopt it. They truly care about their pups just getting the love from a visitor knowing one day the social aspect will benefit the pup with its new home;) I just love that!! There should be more pet stores that follow in these steps;) Christian is so very knowledgeable and kind, you can truly see the passion he has for what he does he values and loves his job;) I highly recommend this place;) read more

Dropped by today I was in need of a puppy fix. a month ago today I said good bye to my 14 1/2 year old furry family member Pepita. Have never been in your store before today. The young lady that greeted me said that I could choose a pup to love on so I did and was instructed to a very clean room to play also gave me a few toys. Felt good to be able to get some puppy love and also give some lovin back. I asked if I could drop in again some time, she said sure anytime the puppies need to be socialized & they like play too. I will do that again real soon. Thank you, Lorraine R. read more

To be honest I have always been skeptical of places like this due to how similar stores were run a decade ago, but my employee got her dog from puppies n love and he is the sweetest boy. When my boyfriend and I started to seriously consider a dog we came by 'just to look'.. as you probably can imagine, we now have our own little angel. The store is so clean and the dogs were all happy and healthy. The staff were wonderful and during our visit + adoption multiple staff members were walking the dogs (inside because summer in Arizona is ruff) and playing with them- you could tell the dogs are well taken care of, which had been my biggest concern. Daniel worked with us to find our perfect boy and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful- we are so grateful for him and so happy to have biscuit in our life! read more

I can't even EXPLAIN how disappointed I am with this company - I will tell all that I can about this company! I want to Protect all that have love for their animals PLEASE be very careful when buying a beloved from this place. I have reached out to them in pain about losing my sweet sweet boy! THEY COULD HAVE CARRIED less and did not own up to their mistake THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LATER I had to put down my sweet baby boy at only six years old. I wrote the company as stated below and this is all your get back, wow what heartless SONSOF BITCHES. The person asked me to send FULL RECORDS since the time I had purchased Payton. I sent over everything and this is the reply. I received a CHEAP card in the mail saying sorry, we wrote back, Hi, I received your card and book. I greatly appreciate that, and I appreciate your offer for a future discount but in all honesty that's not what I'm looking for. We were reaching out because we wanted to know information about the breeder and the measures they were known to take such as genetic testing proper breeding practices. As you know, Peyton had issues from the very start which continued all throughout his life and required emergency testing and surgery that cost over $15,000. Then at 6 1/2 years old to be put down because he was riddled with cancer which cost another $2,000 in emergency testing and euthanized, not to mention the 3-4 thousand spent at purchase, I'm not certain if there is such a thing as a discount for that? So if you can send that information to us as soon as possible, that would be greatly appreciated. Fran and Garrett Good Afternoon Fran & Garett, Thank you again for reaching out and for sharing Payton's story with us. We want to express our heartfelt condolences for your loss. It's clear that Payton was deeply loved and an important part of your family. We can only imagine how painful it must have been to navigate years of health concerns and then experience such a heartbreaking outcome. We appreciate your request for more information about the breeder. Payton's breeder was Deanna Dion, located in Missouri. At the time of your purchase in 2018, she was considered an exempt breeder under USDA guidelines, meaning she has four or fewer breeding females. Even so, she was still required to meet the same internal health, care, and ethical breeding standards we've always maintained for every breeder we partner with--whether USDA licensed, exempt, or working through one of our trusted brokers. I see that we had purchased 3 puppies from a litter Deanna had in 2018 but have not worked with her since. Any breeder information is notated on the pet profile sheet in Payton's packet. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to write and share your experience. While there's no way to undo the pain of Payton's passing, please know that we take your concerns seriously and remain committed to continuous improvement and accountability. With sincere sympathy, Nicky Nicky Thomson Customer Relations & Homes for Life Tel: (602) 818-9648 THIS IS ALL THEY DID FOR US? WOW HEARTLESS! DISGUSTING! Just got a dog from here. Took a week, but the staff was great. Lizzie was knowledgeable about all the breeds and helped confirm some things we read and online and let us know some of the stuff online wasn't always the case. Christian was so knowledgeable and really made sure we were ready to take our puppy home. *in response to business reply, there is no where outdoors for these dogs to exercise. They had no toys or enrichment. Any puppy coming from a "broker" is a puppy mill . Don't fool yourself. Buy from an ethical breeder. Stopped by to see what this store was and I was appalled to find it a puppy store. Ugh. All the puppies were in tiny glass enclosures. Some had ribs showing. I asked where the puppies come from and they said breeders and brokers in the midwest... aka PUPPY MILLS. shame on this establishment. There's almost a thousand dogs at mcacc. We decided to finance for a few months when we purchased our mini dachshund, Bodie. Bodie has surpassed what we expected in a puppy. He is so perfect, healthy, and loving. We are so happy with our Bodie :) There was a miscommunication on our finance docs, we ended up in a lease and didn't realize it till later. I was furious! We all know 2020 has been a horrible year for everyone. Well on Monday my baby Maltipom suddenly died after having her for over 5 yrs. Since it hasn't been easy for any of us we wanted to at least try and turn it around by getting a new puppy so we woldn't have Christmas on such a bad note. So we sat down and started researching on a puppy we all loved that we could add to the family since we have all been depressed with losing our little one. Especially our Maltipoo has been depressed since he was with his sister for 5yrs. So Friday night I called this location and asked them about their Female Beaglepoo if it was still available, since we are willing to drive all the way to Arizona. And she said yes, still available, NO MENTION of anything about "just to let you know we can not really hold any puppy unless you make a deposit to hold it." Plus I didn't want to de driving from Las Vegas to Phoenix for no reason. I gave them my information and they confirmed me for 1pm. Saturday morning me, my wife, and our dog left Las Vegas at 6am and at 12:45 my GPS said that I wouldn't be there till 1:15. So I called them and asked if I could move my appointment to 1:30pm and the young lady said that would not be a problem and we will see you at 1:30pm. 10 mins later she called me back to inform me that they just sold the dog. At that point my mouth dropped and as if I was being punked, I asked her are you serious. The person on the other end says no we just sold it but we have other dogs. I told her that I drove all the way from Las Vegas for this dog and we had an appointment with them for this certain dog. I even explained to her about what happen to our dog who died and that we only brought enough funds for the cost of this dog. No empathy at all. We could have easily place the deposit to ensure that we would still be able to see the BeaglePoo when we get there, but we were never given that option. If I would of known that they wouldn't hold an animal that they were selling then we wouldn't have wasted our time getting up early and driving almost 5 hours to buy this dog. It is sad that with everyone else appreciative of any business especially during this pandemic when a lot of businesses are struggling, they are just arrogant knowing they can feed on the depression of the people and the need to get a companion. And yes, that's why we treasure dogs more sometimes cause at least they have more respect and does not take advantage of people or situation compared to humans. For a business that brands themselves about care and love, really does not care at all. Its all about a sale by the end of the day,. So if you are wanting to buy a pet I would encourage you to go anywhere else that would be happy for your business where this place could care less. read more

I can't really speak for the quality of animals, or products in this store, since I've only been to it for puppy play! I wanted to surprise my dog-crazy girlfriend for a small, yet cute/creative date so I brought her to Puppies N Love after reading they did puppy play on their website. They had all kinds of dogs come out and play in rotation for what I'm pretty sure was a whole hour. Retriever pups, frenchies, yorkies, poodles, and a whole other bunch I can't name right now. It was a huge circle of about 30-40 of us, and from the looks of it, it was really fun! Great way to get some puppy therapy, and possibly fall in love with a fur baby you'll end up buying. read more

I'm very grateful to Puppies N Love. We own a rescue dog so I get the emotion behind it but we were looking for a specific type of dog. I am submitting this Yelp for "Kelly" at your store! This lady is awesome! We were looking for a Mini Dachshund, as I had contacted your store several weeks ago. At that time, Kelly said she would call me if she got one in. Well, today Kelly did exactly what she said, as she got one in. I am very impressed with the follow up, as most stores would never follow through. The pup is awesome, but we are going to have to wait a while unfortunately. Kelly will have no problem selling him! Puppies N Love - Fruggle!!! - Pet Stores Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I had a great experience. I liked that they had an open pen and let some of the puppies have free play. That is how little Charlie caught my eye. He was the smallest guy in the prn but he was the fiercest. As soon as I inquired about him from assistant manager Nikki she focused her attention to me and my questions from then until the time I left. She was so thorough with the adoption process and the great benefits that come with adding a member to your family. When it was time to take my little man home it was close to the routine feeding time and they are so considerate and caring that they sent me home with a bowl of food for the car ride home, I live 45 minutes away. I've had a great experience so far and I plan to take advantage of the benefits and coverage that is offered. I can say that I left confident with my decision and have not stopped smiling. I stopped in to look at a puppy with my friend and we both left with doggies. $10,000 worth of dogs. They were the cutest! The staff was friendly, however our experience has been garbage. My new puppy and my friends new puppy spent the whole day play. The next day hers woke up puking and she brought her into the vet. He dog tested positive for Parvo. The dog had to spend 2.5 days in the emergency room to be treated, $1800 later. This obviously scared me, so I brought my dog into our vet to get some tests done too. My pet did not have Parvo. However two days later, both of our vets got results back from our new pups' stool, and both also tested positive for Guardia. Giardia is a parasitic worm. So basically the place is an infestation and they are selling dogs off for $5k that are very ill. We've now had the dogs for almost two weeks and have spent HOURS and DAYS in and out of the vet and hospitals getting medicine, proper treatment and care. In addition to this, giardia is highly contagious and now our family, including a baby will need to be tested so that we aren't sick. As well as my friend and her family. So after spending $10,000 total, we're about $4,000 in, getting everyone fixed. I'm absolutely dumbfounded and cannot believe this place is even open for business. Also, Parvo is highly contagious as well, and I'm sure all 5 dogs in the same kennel, also have Parvo. Don't get a puppy from here. Also the owner seems to think Giardia can't be transferred from dog to human, however it can, as warned by our certified VET. It's highly contagious. With that said, there are plenty of known cases of cross contamination and it can easily be prevented with having a clean environment and cleaning the animals properly. Although the company seems to think that 1 phone call from a manager and 1 phone call from an employee, resolved the issue, it does not. The issue is still standing, because we still have now 3 very sick dogs, and we have to clean everything with bleach each time they use the restroom, and there are now HUMAN family members being treated as well. read more

In 2018, we came in to this store, just to look at puppies. When I saw this corgi sleeping in the bottom corner cage, I just knew I had to adopt him. I asked an employee to take him out so I can meet him, and I fell in love. He was quiet, and loved to sniff things. We brung him home the next day, and MAN, was he a piece of work! He would nip at your heels and snap the air with his teeth. Since corgis are highly intelligent, we trained him to not nip, and was able to potty train him in about a week, with only a couple accidents afterwards. His name is Rex, but we call him Dickey. He is the BEST dog anyone can ask for. Thank you so much for our newest family member! read more

Drove a bit to get there but it was SO worth it. I brought home the most adorable lil fluff ball of a puppy for my family. I was scared to take on a puppy, but after talking with one of the workers, she explained to me everything I needed to do, and it wasn't as intimidating as I thought. I was mainly concerned about potty training, but Laura took the time to explain how to crate train beforehand--and it's working! I was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge on the puppy I was interested in--saves me a lot of homework, that's for sure. Thanks Laura!! I should have read reviews first before purchasing a puppy from this company..... This company claims they do not get puppies from puppy mills however after doing the research on the breeder of my new puppy I found they are a very large puppy mill and they in fact have been protested many times. Purchasing a puppy from this company is a guarantee you will spend lots of money at the vet that they own as well and waiting to see if the Warranty will give pay you back for all spent. This store has a history of exactly what took place with my puppy send the puppy home with a clean bill of health and in fact he has a parasite that requires treatment, testing , and upper respiratory infection that requires meds as well. Lets not forget that many return trips to the vet on the other side of town to get meds after test results came in. I have made contact with CPI the owner of Animal Kingdom and no help from them either. This place is a joke and the person who did all of our paper work for our new puppy is now very rude and disrespectful guess after she got her commission she was done with us.. I hope this helps anyone looking for a puppy to steer clear of this RIP OFF place. read more

Yes, I wander in here all the time because I can not resist a puppy, BUT, and please read, the puppies are from puppy mills. I asked for some sire/dam information on a golden retriever puppy out of curiosity. The dogs are adorable, but you are better off going to a shelter or finding a good breeder. Poor things! read more

This place outrages me! The poor babies are ALL sick and not kept clean. They all had diarrhea and the sales associates did not seem to care one bit. The puppy in the front window was crying and scratching at the door and then had terrible diarrhea all over the place. Dogs don't poop where they sleep you insensitive morons! Read the many reviews about sick puppy mill dogs:( I'm broken hearted after going here. read more
