Of course I was worried (like with anything on the internet now) that it might be a scam but I felt right away after talking to her that this was real. We FaceTimed and she sent me picture updates and videos. We live in San Diego so we were trying to figure out schedules to get out there but she had already planned on a trip out this way so she offered to drive our puppy directly to us. AMAZING! When I asked to speak to manager, which I have done 3x over and sent emails never once has the manager responded only her assistant telling me no they will not honor the coupon.
