We have a Goldendoodle so I knew what to expect as far as energy, intelligence, etc. We just picked…read moreup our mini-Bernedoodle from Maureen and I wish I could give 10 stars. This little angel is funny, not frightened by our larger doodle, has tons of personality, and is a very healthy bundle of joy. She is the happiest little girl in the world. Maureen was professional and such a nice person to deal with. Very professional and these puppies come chipped, fully wormed, and with their first set of shots, and vet health check within 24 hours of picking them up.

I do not recommend this breeder. Maureen was very evasive about answering a SIMPLE question…read more(regarding a "picking your pup" procedure). My wife and I are exploring potential breeders. Her website was not clear on how and when you "pick your pup". I had to ask the question three times and finally I pulled it out of her. Obviously she did not like answering the question (and/or explaining how it is done). Finally, her evasive answer was that you pick your pup via "email". I then simply stated that I could not understand how you can pick a pup via email... and "did she instead mean" ; Facebook, Skype, Snapchat, so that we could see the pups interact with each other, etc.... At that point, she said she was not comfortable being our breeder. This breeder appears to be in it for the money and lacks the love of dogs and interested in their placement. At best she lacks basic business/people skills. With this attitude, can you imagine her availability for answering questions after you bring your pup home. I recommend another breeder. PS..... the breeder responded on Yelp after she read my review and FALSELY SAID I my emails were hostile. This is ABSOLUTLEY NOT TRUE..... I have the emails to prove it. She did not like having to answer questions about her "pick a pup procedure".... first evaded answering (in two emails) .... then (in a third email request) she give an answer that said..... "you pick your pup in an email ..... and that she was not comfortable being my breeder". NO ONE PICKS A PUP VIA EMAIL.... AT MINIMUM, YOU DO IT VIA FACEBOOK, SKYPE, SNAPCHAT, ETC.

All-American K-9 Dog Training

All-American K-9 Dog Training

Before I discovered all American K-9 I was 100% disappointed and discouraged with all of the…read moreprevious training and gadgets that I had tried. I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

Once we found All-American K-9 and Erika, we knew we had hit the jackpot. We handed our sweet (but crazy) Labrador over to her for a 3-week Board & Train, with a little trepidation. After 3 weeks, we were amazed to get back the most well-behaved, calm dog. Not only did Erika train Finn, but she also taught us how to keep up the training. The responsiveness is unparalleled. I always get well-thought-out and specific answers to my questions within a few hours. I also love that this isn't just a one-and-done training. We have lifetime access in case we have questions, which is a relief, since we have someone who knows Finn and can help in the future. The Board & Train might not be affordable for everyone, but it was absolutely worth every penny. I wish we had found Erika months ago.

Twin Tails Cageless Grooming

This is an excellent groomer for your dog!…read more A little backstory, I have a very sweet rescue dog, she is around 10lbs. She is a terrier mix who is very scared of loud noises. We quickly realized when we first got her that the stick them in a cage with the loud dryer groomers leave her terrified, as well as exhausted and upset for about 24 hours after. (She would be listless and barely wag her tail, then sleep forever once home) In addition it seems like those kind of groomer's have all the dogs dropped off early, and they are there almost all day. My dog was always frantic for water afterwards. A friend said to find a cage-less groomer, I didn't know that was a possibility. I found one and she went there for a couple years, it was nice to pick her up and have her not be traumatized for the next 24 hours after. Then we moved. I am SO Happy I found Twin Tails cage-less grooming near us! My dog has been twice now, and while she will never be a fan of going to the groomer's, I was relieved to see her wagging her tail when I picked her up. A quick nap once home and she was back to herself again. Same as the other cage-less groomer. It is a relief that she is obviously not as stressed with this kind of groomer. Because she is a terrier, she has some crazy hair! Which we love, yet in this heat it's good to have her trimmed. Our groomer did an excellent job at trimming her down but leaving her terrier hair personality, and she is always so much softer. I like that the appointment is very specific, you drop your dog off right when the groomer is ready, they stay with that person the whole time, only 90 minutes later and your dog is ready. Being in a new area, and having to find all new of everything, I'm glad finding a groomer is checked off the list! Give them a try, I think your dog will appreciate a cageless grooming experience.

I waited in my car by front door as it was my first visit. I went in when called and another customer came in behind me and I waited patiently for awhile but this other customer was booking several dogs. I asked the rude receptionist how long it was gonna be before I could pay my bill as I was holding my 20+lb dog and he kept slipping out of my grasp she said in a condescending manner that she had to finish the other lady's booking and I could put my dog in the car. #1 it's against the law to leave a dog in the car (running or not). I stood there and watched them negotiate the different appointments and dates!! Finally I took my dog to the car and told her to call me when she had a chance to take my money. She called, I went in and I informed her that this was my last visit and she just looked at me like I was crazy. Don't go here. I have tattoos and have owned many shops and I feel like she was discriminating against me. I will never go there and I will refer people to other groomers. I feel sorry for the groomers who are there. Customer service is key!!! This is in return to to your response on my review. I was the first one that came in the door that day. I was before the lady that I had to stand there and wait for 15 minutes for and yes, you're your front end person is very very rude. I did not hang up on you. I said goodbye and have a good day. I was tired of hearing your rhetoric. This is a "he said-she said " experience and I believe you have a standard response for anyone who is not satisfied with your services. And no I will not be coming back or referring you to anyone in the near future. Even though the grooming was excellent, your counter person is the face of your business!!! Do better....
