Every single person in her class feels like her favorite, and you can tell she wants you to succeed...not just in the workout, but in life. Lorene is incredibly knowledgeable in both Lagree and Pilates, and her focus on longevity really stands out. She meets you exactly where you are, creating a supportive, welcoming environment that keeps you coming back. And the community she's built? The best. Down-to-earth, friendly, and encouraging. I showed up 5 minutes early and instead of focusing on onboarding or safety, the staff prioritized forcing me to create a marketing account and hand over my email before class. Nobody asked about **my knee pain** or offered workout modifications like Basecamp or Burlingame Fitness did. I was thrown into a dark room mid-class with no idea where my station was, what weights to use, or even how to start(!) the treadmill, while the oversized class made it impossible for the instructor to notice I was struggling. I had to stop multiple times just to change weights and restart. Change and restart. In the end, I lost the class credit and time. The whole experience felt like corporate lead-generation and profit mattered far more at Barry's than the safety and success of new members.

I've been trying to cancel my membership since Thursday, Sept 19th, well before the October payment. I've reached out to the owner through EVERY possible channel--her personal Instagram, the gym's Instagram, and email. I even followed up again on Wednesday, Sept 25th. STILL no response. I've asked her multiple times to just confirm that my membership has been canceled, but she's completely ignored me. Meanwhile, she's active on Instagram promoting the gym but can't take two minutes to respond to a paying member trying to cancel? Just a simple "Your cancellation has been confirmed" It's beyond unprofessional. As a gym owner, communication and customer service should be a priority, yet she's clearly avoiding handling this. What makes it even worse is that the sign-up link says you can cancel, but apparently that's not the case when the owner refuses to acknowledge or confirm anything. I've never dealt with such terrible service. If you're considering joining this gym, I'd highly advise looking elsewhere.

I was really impressed with the level of care and attention she gave my friend and I during our first session--I could tell she genuinely cared about meeting our personal health and fitness goals. Beyond that, she successfully demonstrated her expertise in her field...she had asked us to simply walk, carefully watched how our bodies moved, and pointed out the areas where we were imbalanced. After giving us a few mobility exercises, that imbalance was pretty much gone! She definitely knows what she's doing. After months of training with Adriana, I can say that there's definitely been huge improvements not only in my body but in my health. (A note to prospective clients with recent injuries: Adriana not only modified my exercises to avoid re-injury but she gave me exercises to help build the strength it needed). She's changed the way I think about food, and I definitely have her to thank for it. I also never got bored with her! She was certainly challenging and knew when to push us a little harder, but she's so positive and encouraging that working out with her was always more fun than going to the gym. I recommend Adriana 100%!

She's incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and continuously refining her craft. Her approach is grounded in neuroscience and nervous system awareness, which makes a huge difference in how my body responds and progresses. The first few sessions were about truly understanding where I was at, and since then, we've been building in a way that feels both safe and empowering. Each session is tailored and unique. Despite everything, Nico kept me grounded, positive, and focused. Workouts, macros, water, protein, protein, PROTEIN! He has a way of keeping you in the game even when life is throwing everything at you. This session had a tighter timeline -- I was prepping for a very special family event -- so the approach was more of a sprint compared to the gradual builds we've done in past sessions. Different, but it worked. And the real test? Traveling right before the event -- no gym, couldn't track macros, water intake was a mess -- and I still felt AMAZING. I showed up feeling like the best version of myself. That is 100% because of Nico. He is more than a trainer. He's a coach, a cheerleader, and an inspiration. The tools and mindset he's given me go beyond any single goal because at the end of the day, this is a lifestyle. His holistic, customized approach fits a busy life -- as a working mom and surgeon I didn't think I had time to eat well or exercise, but Wayne helped me prioritize my health. I now have far more energy and feel stronger, which makes me a better mom and surgeon. Wayne's knowledge and passion exceed expectations. He understands the mechanics of every muscle and designs intentional programs tailored to your goals. He immediately identified my poor posture from years in the OR and systematically strengthened the right muscles while using targeted stretching and bodywork to relieve chronic tension. A former physical therapist, he blends corrective work with performance training. Wayne is tough but fair -- he corrects form until it's flawless and gives simple, actionable changes that become lasting habits. His nutrition guidance isn't a fad: it kept me full and energized, addressed chronic dehydration (I now drink at least half my body weight in ounces of water), and eliminated the need for sugary snacks. I increased my daily steps and added targeted supplements. In four months I've lost 10 lbs, dropped under 20% body fat, gained significant muscle, and am down a clothing size. Most importantly, my chronic back pain has resolved, my posture is much improved, and I feel the healthiest and happiest I've ever been.
