Everything went well until they charge me again 4 months later. I texted the owner about it, no replied. I called them back to back. It took them awhile to answer my call. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. There was a comment from a past customer saying if you get on the owner bad side she will terminated your account. She was right. I joined back in 2022 when I lived in San Bruno, and there was even a time when I was unemployed that I would come twice a day. This studio offers a huge variety of classes, and the instructors are truly the best - so passionate, knowledgeable, and motivating. I've also gotten to know the owner, Leila, and I have the utmost respect for her for creating such a welcoming, community-centered space. She's always open to feedback and is constantly looking for ways to elevate the experience and make sure members are really getting their money's worth. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be challenged, build strength, and find a supportive community. With so many different class styles, there's truly something for everyone!

Came to check this place out after both my cousin and friend recommended it. I went in to try a…read moreclass on 7/2/26 and I really enjoyed it. My mind was completely somewhere else at the time and when I arrived, I realized I had forgotten my gym shoes and showed up in Crocs (as you can see in the pics)... I know, super cringe right?‍. Luckily the girl at the front desk was super cool about it, made me feel welcomed, told me to put them on sports mode and to just do the workout! Im glad I decided to stay because class was awesome. I love how it's non stop and you get both cardio and strength exercises in the same session. You usually do 60 seconds on an air bike, a 10 second transition break and then 60 seconds of some sort of strength exercise on the floor depending what area of the body is being targeted that day. They have a variety of dumbbells, barbells, TRX Suspension System, kettle bells, BOSU Ball, Ply Box or just your own body weight suitable for that days strength workout. Oh, I say usually 60 seconds because sometimes they'll switch it up and do 90 seconds instead. Regardless, all classes are about 35 minutes long not including a post 10 minute stretch/core exercise. All in all, you're in and out of there in less than hour. Luckily, I came right before the Summer Summit Challenge started, so I was able to join that. It's 6 weeks of unlimited classes for $170 which is such a great deal! Along the way, you'll get a prize or two as well. At class 18, I received a sweat gym towel and on my 28th class (I'm 2 away), they are giving away a Basecamp Owala water bottle. The only thing I wish I could've done differently is signed up sooner. The whole staff is super friendly, parking is a breeze, the cleanliness of the facility and equipment is excellent and it's conveniently located right off the freeway too. They also have showers on site in case you need to freshen up before going out somewhere after class. If you're on the fence whether to join or to at least try out a class, take it from me and just go... trust me, I hate exploring new places, especially on my own

The model of having the screens showing the exercises, the demo from the instructors at the beginning, and their coaching during the class make this a worthwhile exercise. Showers, changing rooms, 2 bathrooms, water filling station, lockers (bring your own locks) all available. San Bruno parking has an awful system and aggressive enforcement, so don't forget to pay.

I love that there are separate cardio and strength days--it keeps things balanced and never boring. Compared to OTF, F45 feels more well-rounded. I do sometimes miss machines, so I'll take a day or two to hit the gym, but F45 is my main workout. This location is conveniently located close to 280/101. It's spacious, clean, the equipment is well maintained and the coaches are always upbeat and supportive. The unlimited pass is also flexible and lets you visit other studios which is convenient when I'm running late from work or traveling. I've checked out F45 in SF, San Mateo, Burlingame, Pittsburgh, and Newport Beach Highly recommend if you want variety, structure, and a strong fitness community.

I do not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service I received from the…read moremanager, Neijah Cox. On May 26, I purchased a three-class package. All three class reservations were made in person at the studio, not through the app. Today, I arrived for what was supposed to be my third and final class. Upon arrival, Neijah informed me that I was not enrolled in the class. I responded, "That's fine, can you book me into the next class?" Neijah then told me that I had no remaining classes or points on my account and that I would need to purchase additional classes. I explained multiple times that today's class was my third and final class, and I asked her to review my account to verify that I had only attended two classes. After checking, she claimed that her system showed I had cancelled classes, missed classes, and therefore had no remaining classes available. She repeatedly told me that I needed to buy more classes. I explained at least four to six times that I had never cancelled any classes and that I had personally booked today's class at the studio after my previous session. I suggested that either the system or the employee who assisted me may have entered something incorrectly. Unfortunately, it felt as though Neijah was not listening to anything I was saying. Rather than investigating further, she simply continued repeating what the system showed. At no point did she attempt to look deeper into the issue, review the reservation history, determine who helped me make the booking, or otherwise investigate what may have happened. She showed no interest in resolving the situation. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I knew I had not attended a third class, had not cancelled any reservations, and had not even redeemed the complimentary shake that comes with completing the three-class package. None of that seemed to matter. Her response remained the same: "The system says you cancelled classes, had no-shows, and have no classes left. You need to buy more classes." The situation then escalated unnecessarily when she threatened to call the police if I did not leave the premises. At that point, I began recording the interaction to ensure there was an accurate record of what was being said. I asked why I was being told to leave when I was simply trying to explain the situation and seek a resolution. After returning home, I checked my email and discovered what had actually happened. My class was not scheduled for 7:15 a.m. as I believed--it was scheduled for 9:35 a.m. All Neijah needed to do was thoroughly review the reservation details in the system, and she would have seen that the class existed but was scheduled for a different time. Instead, I was subjected to an embarrassing and completely avoidable experience. I printed the email confirmation showing my 9:35 a.m. reservation and returned to the studio to provide proof. When I arrived, Neijah again told me to leave or she would call the police. I left the printed confirmation on the counter and departed. This occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. Then, at 9:09 a.m., I received an email notifying me that my 9:35 a.m. class had been cancelled. The entire situation was handled terribly from start to finish. A simple review of the reservation details could have resolved everything in minutes. Instead, I was repeatedly told to purchase more classes, treated as though I was at fault, threatened with police involvement, and ultimately denied the customer service and professionalism that should be expected. I have recordings of the interactions because I felt the situation was being misrepresented, and I am currently attempting to contact the owners or someone above Neijah in management to request a refund and formally address how this matter was handled.

I showed up 5 minutes early and instead of focusing on onboarding or safety, the staff prioritized forcing me to create a marketing account and hand over my email before class. Nobody asked about **my knee pain** or offered workout modifications like Basecamp or Burlingame Fitness did. I was thrown into a dark room mid-class with no idea where my station was, what weights to use, or even how to start(!) the treadmill. And yeah, they care so much about "safety" that they wouldn't have cared at all if I'd missed the warmup. A large class of 20+ made it impossible for the instructor to notice I was struggling. I had to stop multiple times just to change weights and restart. Change weights and restart. In the end, this was a complete waste of time, while the whole experience felt like corporate lead-generation and profit mattered far more than the safety and success of new members.

I'm a wheelchair user and had been a member at Primetime for a couple of years. The equipment suited my needs well enough. However, the elevator began malfunctioning with increasing frequency -- breaking down multiple times a month -- to the point where I was once stuck inside it. On other occasions, I made the trip to the gym only to be turned away because it was out of service. Since all the equipment I rely on is on the second floor, a broken elevator effectively meant no access for me. The real issue wasn't the maintenance failures -- it was how management handled them. After several days of trying to reach the club manager, I finally got him on the phone. I made a simple, reasonable request: could they notify me when the elevator was down so I wouldn't make an unnecessary trip? Without any hesitation, he told me this was a "liability" for them, cancelled my membership effective immediately, and hung up. No acknowledgment, no apology, no discussion. I understand that equipment breaks down. What I don't understand is treating a paying member's accessibility concern as something to be discarded rather than addressed. I'll let you draw your own conclusions -- I just wanted to make sure this experience was on the record.

They do not offer extended notice if they will be renting out the gymnasium. This is an issue that a dozen or so regular gymnasium users have been experiencing. Today, the gym was closed from 5 pm to 7:30 pm, which is the most prime time to play basketball. The issue is not the fact that it was rented out, but that there was no notice other than what was posted at the front desk on the day of. Why am I driving 20 minutes to Primetime if I can't do the one thing I came to do that day? Note to management: Why not post it a week in advance? Why not add it to your classes section on the website? These are the appropriate steps to take if you have a competent management team. It's quite clear that they do not, and it's why this gym is falling behind others.
