Everything went well until they charge me again 4 months later. I texted the owner about it, no replied. I called them back to back. It took them awhile to answer my call. I was told they will refund my money back to my credit card. I've been waiting for couple days to see the return. Still no refund or pending refund. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. There was a comment from a past customer saying if you get on the owner bad side she will terminated your account. She was right. All my remaining 35 + passes that I haven't use yet are no longer on my account. I have to take a loss. I feel like it a waste of time reaching out about it. What's the point when she will remove my passes again. The promotion deal i brought No expiration FAMILY Sharable Combo 60 classes VENNU 1-2-3 $$595 Reg price is $710 Since you paid a portion we would just apply the difference.

I can't believe I haven't written a Yelp review for my favorite yoga/Pilates studio yet! I…read morecurrently live in SF, but I still make the commute to Millbrae just to take classes here...that should really say something. I joined back in 2022 when I lived in San Bruno, and there was even a time when I was unemployed that I would come twice a day. This studio offers a huge variety of classes, and the instructors are truly the best - so passionate, knowledgeable, and motivating. I've also gotten to know the owner, Leila, and I have the utmost respect for her for creating such a welcoming, community-centered space. She's always open to feedback and is constantly looking for ways to elevate the experience and make sure members are really getting their money's worth. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be challenged, build strength, and find a supportive community. With so many different class styles, there's truly something for everyone!

This Basecamp location is right at the entrance of the Millbrae station building. It's fairly new,…read moreso everything feels really clean and well maintained. There's also garage parking available on the second floor, which made it super convenient. I joined my mom friend for an upper body group class through ClassPass the other day. The staff and instructor were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since I hadn't stepped into a gym in almost 10 years, I was definitely nervous, but the instructor gave me helpful tips before and during the class while also encouraging me to go at my own pace. The workout itself was fun, high-energy, and fast-paced, alternating between the air bike and floor exercises for about 30 minutes. I left feeling like I was dying... but in a good way Their classes are genuinely fun while still giving you a serious workout. Definitely felt my muscles working!

I never thought Basecamp would be for me but turns out it's for me!…read more I love how efficient the classes are. You get in, you get out in 45 min. Usually 35 min HIIT alternating between resistance bike and some sort of floor work with equipment or body weight + 10 min of core/stretch at the end. Sometimes it's 45 min HIIT with a quick stretch at the end. My Apple Watch says I burn between 300-400 calories most classes. Who knows if it's true but it makes me feel great when I leave and I certainly wouldn't be able to hit that mark by myself at a regular gym. Would love if they added in more class times, especially on weekends, but even weekdays too!

I have been attending this F45 location for almost a year, and among all the options on Class Pass,…read moreF45 has been the most approachable. The model of having the screens showing the exercises, the demo from the instructors at the beginning, and their coaching during the class make this a worthwhile exercise. While the routines here don't feel as intense as the Burkingame location, you absolutely will get a workout. And any class with Dionne or JR will be a great time. Showers, changing rooms, 2 bathrooms, water filling station, lockers (bring your own locks) all available. San Bruno parking has an awful system and aggressive enforcement, so don't forget to pay.

I used to do Orangetheory…read more(founding member at San Mateo), spin/TRX at Wheelhouse, Pure Barre, boot camps, and personal training--so I've tried it all. F45 gives me a great mix of similar HIIT-style workouts, but in a more fun, community-driven, and cost-effective format. I love that there are separate cardio and strength days--it keeps things balanced and never boring. Compared to OTF, F45 feels more well-rounded. I do sometimes miss machines, so I'll take a day or two to hit the gym, but F45 is my main workout. This location is conveniently located close to 280/101. It's spacious, clean, the equipment is well maintained and the coaches are always upbeat and supportive. The unlimited pass is also flexible and lets you visit other studios which is convenient when I'm running late from work or traveling. I've checked out F45 in SF, San Mateo, Burlingame, Pittsburgh, and Newport Beach Highly recommend if you want variety, structure, and a strong fitness community.

I've taken some time to process what happened before writing this, but I feel it's important to…read moreshare so others -- especially those with disabilities -- know what to expect. I'm a wheelchair user and had been a member at Primetime for a couple of years. The equipment suited my needs well enough. However, the elevator began malfunctioning with increasing frequency -- breaking down multiple times a month -- to the point where I was once stuck inside it. On other occasions, I made the trip to the gym only to be turned away because it was out of service. Since all the equipment I rely on is on the second floor, a broken elevator effectively meant no access for me. The real issue wasn't the maintenance failures -- it was how management handled them. After several days of trying to reach the club manager, I finally got him on the phone. I made a simple, reasonable request: could they notify me when the elevator was down so I wouldn't make an unnecessary trip? Without any hesitation, he told me this was a "liability" for them, cancelled my membership effective immediately, and hung up. No acknowledgment, no apology, no discussion. I understand that equipment breaks down. What I don't understand is treating a paying member's accessibility concern as something to be discarded rather than addressed. I'll let you draw your own conclusions -- I just wanted to make sure this experience was on the record.
