Whenever I want a workout that makes me feel like I'm training to conquer the world, I come to Barry's! It's a HIIT workout that combines floor work (weights, resistance bands) and treadmill (varying speeds and incline). Wear shoes that are good for running and be prepared to get your heart rate up. The room is iconically red and the music is extremely loud! I personally love it because it totally drowns out the voices in my head telling me I can't do the sprint... But if you're not like me and you actually do need earbuds, those are available to grab at the front desk. There are three showers stalls available in the women's locker room. The bathroom is stocked with OUAI products and they smell sooo goood. This is the only place where I feel bonita after washing my hands. Parking can be tough depending on day of the week and time of day. Be prepared to pay metered parking unless you're okay walking a couple of blocks. I love this area - it's safe and there are lots of food spots nearby if you want to grab a meal after your workout. Unfortunately for me, sometimes a tough workout at Barry's immediately gets undone by boba after the class whoops. Think that's just a me problem though.

I really enjoy going to Barry's. The location is great, the customer service is always on point, and the front desk staff truly make you feel welcome. Working out alongside people who genuinely push themselves creates an energy that's motivating and contagious. Love the variety of instructors. They bring so much heart and encouragement into every class. Definitely missing Peter, but glad I can still catch him at Santana Row . Thank you all for creating such a supportive, family-like environment and for helping me get into shape. My favorite part of it is the workout because it's a solid combination of cardio and weights. Can't go wrong.

Barry's is awesome if you're looking to get a serious workout and see results in a short time. It's not just about the exercise. The group energy in each class really motivates you to push harder and reach the next level. I really enjoy the classes here. The place is also super clean and fresh, and unlike many regular gyms, you never smell strong odors but refreshens. That shows how well they take care of cleanliness, which makes working out here even better.

An awesome place to enjoy a sweat session in just one hour. There's plenty of parking nearby, which makes it so convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly--enthusiastic and welcoming, always greeting each customer with a genuine smile. I'll definitely be back to try out other sessions! The locker room is spotless, and I loved that they offer amenities from one of my favorite brands. It's clear they pay attention to every detail, making the whole experience that much better and motivating individuals to work out harder!

Good place to work out with high energy and music! Love how spacious it was! I told them it was my first time so the trainer showed around the and explained how was it. Plenty of parking on the street and parking lot. I mostly worked out because of my friends but I would come back again!

It is definitely one of my favorite Bootcamp places. It is very trendy and upscale. The 50-minute workout passed by just like that. I joined their class by ClassPass just to give it a try and I've been going ever since. There are different classes every day, you can schedule them depending on which body parts you want to work on. It is normally 2-3 sets: Weightlifting(floor), cardio(treadmill), weight lifting(floor), and cardio(treadmill). You can always customize yours by doing a double floor or a double treadmill. It was such a great workout with great vibes, the instructors there are very encouraging and helpful. The bathrooms are very clean and modern. They have plastic bags there where you can put your dirty clothes in and bring them home. There are also showers there. And not to mention their hair dryer is Dyson.

There's also garage parking available on the second floor, which made it super convenient. I joined my mom friend for an upper body group class through ClassPass the other day. The staff and instructor were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since I hadn't stepped into a gym in almost 10 years, I was definitely nervous, but the instructor gave me helpful tips before and during the class while also encouraging me to go at my own pace. The workout itself was fun, high-energy, and fast-paced, alternating between the air bike and floor exercises for about 30 minutes. Usually 35 min HIIT alternating between resistance bike and some sort of floor work with equipment or body weight + 10 min of core/stretch at the end. Sometimes it's 45 min HIIT with a quick stretch at the end. My Apple Watch says I burn between 300-400 calories most classes. Who knows if it's true but it makes me feel great when I leave and I certainly wouldn't be able to hit that mark by myself at a regular gym. Would love if they added in more class times, especially on weekends, but even weekdays too!

Instead of feeling completely drained like some traditional workouts, I feel relaxed, lighter, and almost reset. I'm a wheelchair user and had been a member at Primetime for a couple of years. The equipment suited my needs well enough. However, the elevator began malfunctioning with increasing frequency -- breaking down multiple times a month -- to the point where I was once stuck inside it. On other occasions, I made the trip to the gym only to be turned away because it was out of service. Since all the equipment I rely on is on the second floor, a broken elevator effectively meant no access for me. The real issue wasn't the maintenance failures -- it was how management handled them. After several days of trying to reach the club manager, I finally got him on the phone. I made a simple, reasonable request: could they notify me when the elevator was down so I wouldn't make an unnecessary trip? Without any hesitation, he told me this was a "liability" for them, cancelled my membership effective immediately, and hung up. No acknowledgment, no apology, no discussion. I understand that equipment breaks down. What I don't understand is treating a paying member's accessibility concern as something to be discarded rather than addressed. I'll let you draw your own conclusions -- I just wanted to make sure this experience was on the record.
