2nd time using Gary and he is great! We had a party the same day, and was able to fit me in! Great guy and I would call him back 100%. He has great deals as well! read more

Both my bathrooms started backing up and needed a plumber who can be at my house to quickly to fix them. Garry answered the phone and asked me to text him my address and in maybe 10min tops he was on site. Didn't waste any time and got to work ASAP. 20-30min later both my bathrooms were working properly again! Fair pricing especially with 20% discount for first time customers Would definitely recommend Garry and his company if you have any plumbing issues. Very professional and very nice and suggestive regarding potential issues in the future. Doesn't pressure you to add on jobs. Will definitely do business with Garry again. read more

I was very very happy with this business. Garry is professional, responsive, quick and nice. First time when I call him for water backing up, he call me back right away and came on time. He made very clear about the price of the job he was going to do. Unfortunately he couldn't unclog the pipe because the problem was tree roots growing in the pipe so he didn't charge me anything after working about couple of hours. I call him again to replace that pipe. He respect your property and clean up very well after his job. His price is fair. He does more than what he say he'll do. I end up calling him one more time to replace other pipe because I really trust him now. If you need a plumber who you don't have to worry about ripping you off and do good job with fair price, care about your property. Gerry is the one you have to contact!! read more

All the great reviews are right. Garry is great. Very prompt, skilled and fair.

Our kitchen drain clogged to the point where opening the p-trap under the sink and attempting to clean it out from there ourselves had no effect. Asked Westco for quote via the yelp app - and quickly got an offer from them. Responded Sunday evening (9pm - ish) and they were there to clean it out at 8am the next morning! Perfect response time, service & work. read more

I called to have the main cleared. Made one call, talked with Gary, and I had a plumber within the hour. Fast and courteous service as well as reasonably priced. We will certainly use them again if we plumbing services again. read more

I've been using Gary for the past several years and have always had a great and pleasant experience. Every time I have an issue with any of my bathrooms or drains I always call Gary and he is always able to fit me in and come by and fix the problem. The one thing that I really like about him is how he is honest and never tries to up sell you like other plumbers that I've dealt with in the past. Thanks a lot Gary! read more

Garry came out and expeditiously repaired a clogged sink and replaced its pipes (which were a rather Mickey Mouse job done by the previous owner). He was very personable and quickly returned our phone calls. His rate is also excellent. I won't bother calling anyone but him whenever we have plumbing problems! read more

Super Five Stars!!! Gary was very professional. Quick response and very quick to do the job. So happy I have a sink that drains easily. Now if only my wife would keep her hair out of the sink I would be styling. read more

Garry is excellent. From the first time I called him to the end of the job, he is professional, honest, nice and punctual. He clearly explained the problem, the various options and the percentage chance it was this or that and then left the decision up to us answering all the questions we asked. He replaced our sewer line and installed a cleanout and it was the most competitive price by far. And he gave us a 25 warranty for the work he did. It's nice to have a pleasant experience with a contractor after so many bad ones. Thanks Garry for the great work! read more

Garry was at our house about 20 minutes after I called him. He promptly fixed the clog we had and I was so impressed by the service that I had Garry take a look at another issue we were having that another company said could not be fixed without breaking the wall. Garry had that fixed in 20 minutes as well without having to break anything! I have given Garry's number to several of my friends and for any plumbing issues in the future, he will be my first call. read more

Yelp got this one right. No tub or toilet on Sunday night just as I was about to grill up some dinner for the family. Called Garry at 4:45. All fixed by 5:45. He was professional, personable and reasonable in price. Highly recommended! read more

Gary, I would say is the best overall plumber I've used. He was always on time, and efficiently gets the job done. I think the other reviews speak for him as well read more

I know this may be getting boring to read over and over. But a good company deserves to get good reviews written about them... Great service! Nice guy! I dread calling plumbers, but he was so good I asked him to schedule himself for maintenance of the main line in 9 months.... Highly recommend... read more

I have used Westco Rooter for 4 jobs one of which was over $4,000. Garry is prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He gets the job done when promised at a reasonable price. He is my go to guy on my plumbing needs. read more

Gary came out when my washer leaked water all over my kitchen. He came by pretty late and spent quite a while trying to solve the issue. We didn't resolve it and it got late so he refused to take payment and came back the next day and fixed the problem. He was super nice. So glad I found a reliable honest plumber. read more

I'd spent 5 hours (plus three separate trips to the hardware store) trying to install a new kitchen sink, but I messed everything up. I called Garry and he showed up when he said he would, he fixed everything I'd wrecked within 15 minutes, he did more than was asked, and charged me about half of what I thought it might cost. So: reliable, skilled, fast, and affordable = everything anybody would be looking for in a plumber. read more

Garry came to my house today to fix the overflowing hose of the washing machine. As he was unclogging with the draining snake, he felt some piled up debris and the draining snake wouldn't go into the pipe anymore. After reconnecting the hose to the drain pipe, water doesn't overflow anymore and the leaky hose is fixed for now. But I was advised to replace the pipe in the future. Garry didn't charge me anything since the pipe was not unclogged COMPLETELY.... he said. Thank you Garry for your great service and honesty. I feel so fortunate to find you!!! I highly recommend Garry's service to anyone. read more

Gary, Did a fantastic job once again. I owe him. 5 stars for a repipe job his Dad and him had done. Well once again I had to have him snake a line. Although he snaked the line 2 times it didn't clear. He recommended to use a high pressure line, his Dad showed up 10 minutes later ran the line 100 ft. Pipes clean. I can't say enough how honest and hard working Gary and his Dad are. Highly recommend his service. Keep up the good work! Dan B. read more

I called them because I had a clogged kitchen drain and within 20 minutes of my phone call they arrived. Not only was the service fast but they had to come back with the Hydro jet and did everything they said they were going to do and they were honest and took care of my Reoccurring problem I have every couple of years. This service came with a warranty for one year as well. I highly suggest giving them a try. I've already called a few of my friends and let them know in case they need a plumber to call Westco. They said they'd be here in 20 minutes and they were and then they said they'd be back in an hour and they were read more

Thank you Garry! Great service, on time, professional, and best prices. I recommend him to everyone. Explains the problem, gives options, and does a great job. Garry was an excellent find. I have a difficult time trusting Yelp reviews these days, but I was pretty desperate for a good plumber so I trusted his reviews and gave him a call. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he lived up to the raving reviews. His prices are extremely reasonable, and his service and friendliness is top notch. He quoted us for several things, but when it came time to pay our invoice he removed some of the initially quoted line items. My husband and I were overjoyed, since we no longer have our home protection plan and were expecting a much larger bill. Cannot recommend him enough! read more

Garry came down and showed up exactly when he said he would. Which is more than I can say for most people I've dealt with. He fixed a stubborn clog in my main line. He was fast and experienced. He had covers for his shoes and all the tools to get the job done right. Price was better than everyone else and he gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was still working as expected. I would not hesitate to call him again. Thanks Garry ! read more

We have used this company now a couple of times for a clogged sink and have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently Danny came out to help with our clogged bathroom sink. He was professional, courteous, and completed the job in under 20 minutes. He was also able to get to us much earlier than the estimated time window. Very happy with their service and highly recommend! read more

This is the second time that I called Westco Rooter for service, First call was from last year. Gary showed up on time, finished his job and cleaned up. The price is reasonable. Thanks, Gary. read more

I had a drain pipe break under my house and it was dumping water into my crawl space. Every plumber I called won't even go down there until a water damage restoration company dries out the area. They always had "their guy" who came out and wanted thousands of dollars to dry it out, which takes 4 days, before the plumber would repair the pipe. That means 4-5 days of not using the kitchen sink and the loss of usage to 1 bathroom. Luckily, I found Westco. Garry does both plumbing AND water damage restoration. Since he was down there, he fixed the pipe first so we had water right away. I guess you could say that Garry is "THE GUY!" read more

Rental Property In Altadena CA. Tenants called on Thursday July 3rd 2014 at 8;00 pm frantic that the toilet would not flush, sewage had backed up into the shower / tub, and none of the drains were draining. I had attempted to do the Job with my brother in law to save a little cash on our lovely Nations Birthday, July 4th. But as sure as there are fireworks on the 4th of July , the tenants rang me up first thing on July 5th explaining that the toilet still was not flushing. I looked up roto rooters in the San Gabriel Mountain Section of Craigslist, and immediately saw Gary's Advertisement. AFter making several calls to other similar service providers, Gary was easy to understand and gave his point of view on the issue at hand. After a brief financial analysis of the situation, Gary connected with the Tenants and made himself available ( on call ) so that he would be available when the tenants returned that day. He pinpointed the problem, Rooted the Main sewer line from the toilet to the street, and within 15 minutes the problem was resolved. Thank You Gary!!!! read more

Awesome service. Garry was friendly, helpful, explained everything he was doing, even showed me the camera monitor as he was pushing the camera through the pipes- so I knew he was being honest. He never tried to sell me anything unnecessary, and charged me exactly what he said he would on the phone. Far more reasonably peiced than most other plumbing companies. Oh, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. If dealing with plumbers causes you anxiety (as it does for me), look no further than this company. Garry was awesome. I definitely recommend. read more

I have had my share of plumbers in the few years I have had my house. Plumbing with a septic system in a house build in the 50's has not been fun. I've had larger corporations come out and totally screw up, I've had the home depot special guys come out and attempt to correct issues only to leave us worse off than we were, and I have had friends of friends royally screw up our plumbing to the point of not being able to shower or flush a toilet. Westco has been a breath of fresh air. Very professional, concise, quick, and courteous. Showed me what my issue was with a camera (very cool), and guaranteed his work (unheard of). I am planning on him coming out and re-doing some of the work my previous plumber messed up. Oh, and did I mentioned his prices are actually REASONABLE!!! My only bummer is that I didn't find him sooner. read more

Gary, from Westco, is such a pleasant person with whom to deal. He charges reasonably for his time/labor and really does good quality and honest work. He is also so reliable. Whenever we have needed him, he usually accommodates our schedule day night, weekday as well as weekends. In fact, he is here on a Sunday evening, working on connecting and installing the plumbing to a new vanity in our bathroom which we had to replace, as we speak. With relatives visiting at the same time, we had been without a sink for about a week now and had to share the other one among 4 people. It was nice not to have wait for another day during the work week. He is willing to explain how the work is to be done and is so patient in answering our questions. Because of his gentle demeanor, we never feel that we are taking up his time at all. Professional job with a nice disposition to go with it! read more

We had a kitchen sink clog that couldn't be repaired with our little knowledge and small snake. So we Yelped Westco and boy, we couldn't be happier!!! Not only did they work around our schedule and came at a time when was convenient for us, but they also came later in the day when most plumbers are going home. Gary showed up on time (he gave us a window prior) and had to wait for me to get home, but he politely did. His knowledge of the problem and replacement of a pipe were astounding....he knew exactly what to do, how to do it and got the job done in about 1.5 hours. He was polite, clean, knowledgeable, timely and very, very kind! The story ends with an EXTREMELY reasonable bill for the work (which actually made me wonder if he undercharged me!!). I would recommend this company, and Gary, to anyone!! read more
