I continued shopping and perusing the necessary items that I was able to find... until I couldn't find anymore. Matt, an associate, took the time to help me locate the remaining items that I needed. There were some that he ended up having to go to the back stockroom to retrieve (he ended up going to the back 2-3 times, God bless him!). I ended up being in the store for over an hour and a half, but the experience was pleasant and well worth it. Ronan my cashier helped me close out my order with speed and efficiency. The store manager Sarah-- you have a great staff! Dana, Matt & Ronan-- you guys rock. Thank you all so much for an awesome experience and for the great customer service. I redid the check in process (which was now irrelevant), and they STILL couldn't find the car; I had to go chasing them down. Totally defeats the purpose. The entire process was 30m.

When I arrived, I was told that the one item showing as "in stock" was actually a returned unit that was defective and could not be sold. If the item was defective and unavailable for purchase, why was it being counted as available inventory on the website?
