When after 3.5 years they started falling apart, they wouldn't even repair them (as they promised repeatedly they would) until trying to sell me another pair. LOTS of businesses make custom insoles. As I've learned later, others charge much much less. And their service is far more honest. Stay away from these people. They will say anything to make a buck.

Special thanks to the wonderful staff Mary and Joe. Both are super knowledgeable about fitting the right sneaker to difficult feet. They practice what they preach in their description  "we place emphasis on "fitting" shoes based on the individual customer's needs and educate the consumer about foot health and footcare related products to help alleviate and prevent foot pain and disorders" The selection at this divine store is remarkable but the service is truly the most outstanding feature and makes the sneakers well worth the price. They are adept at tailoring their phenomenal sneakers to any issues you may have with your feet, especially as you get older.

Upon entering this store there were no other customers in the store and approximately 5-6 employees stand around chatting. Not one of them greeted me or asked if they could help. Indeed I walked around the store looking at various sneakers for about 5mins. While their conversation continued as if I was invisible. Once I realized no one was going to assist me or even acknowledge my presence, I politely left. Thinking perhaps it was that particular store. Yesterday I went to the Danbury location as I was in that area at the mall. Upon entering three salespeople were standing around, again with no other customers in the store. One barely acknowledged me and walked away. One disappeared into the back, the other stood and watched as I looked at sneakers but never said a word. Another customer came in and was greater and asked how they could be helped. Still no one asked me if I needed help. A third customer entered & was again greater and the employee who was in the back appeared and immediately ran over to them with greetings and offering to help. AT that moment, the salesperson who had been watching me decided to ask me if I needed help. At that point I was so disgusted, I said NOW you wanna help me and proceed to leave. I am a black woman and every other customer who entered after me was white. I believe the actions of employees in both stores were racially motivated. There is absolutely no other explanation for being ignored. I will NEVER go into this establishments and recommend people of color stay away from them as there seems to be a culture of racism no matter the location. To me this is ignorance at its finest. My money is the same color as everyone else's. If you are so racist that you would be rude to a potential customer, I would not give them one penny. I don't think she was super familiar with how the voucher was to be processed, but eventually got it to go through. Low and behold they did not have his size and they needed to be ordered, luckily they were being sent straight to our house. Orange isn't exactly right around the corner from us. My husband stepped on some sort of foot reading machine that determines your shoe size, but it seemed to not be exactly right. Other than that, it was a positive experience.
