After searching far and wide for over a year, my gracious friend was able to find the most magnificent colors of two pairs of Hoka sneakers in Harbor mist and ice water. Special thanks to the wonderful staff Mary and Joe. Both are super knowledgeable about fitting the right sneaker to difficult feet. They practice what they preach in their description  "we place emphasis on "fitting" shoes based on the individual customer's needs and educate the consumer about foot health and footcare related products to help alleviate and prevent foot pain and disorders" The selection at this divine store is remarkable but the service is truly the most outstanding feature and makes the sneakers well worth the price. They are adept at tailoring their phenomenal sneakers to any issues you may have with your feet, especially as you get older.

It is a good location to see a huge amount of different styles. It is interesting to see how heels heights are varied. If you find the right color, good luck, finding the right heel height and vice versa. This establishment is the type of place that you have to check out on a regular basis, as they are always getting new inventory.

Nobody greeted me with a hello. Nobody inquired what I was looking for. I was clear I had a purchase history but they never looked up my account. The salesperson never offered to measure my foot. The sneakers that I wanted were not available in my size in the color that I wanted. We I asked if they could be ordered, the salesperson just said no. A friend also had a similar experience. On each piece of furniture there is a QR code to help calculate delivery fees and the service that provides it. Unfortunately I could not use the QR code because there is no Wi-Fi available in the store. I was told it was due to too many people filming influencers, and those taking photos to resell items. When I went outside to see if I could calculate the shipping and delivery cost, with the Q r code, I still wasn't able to do it. And left without furniture. My main reason for going. When I asked for help from other people who worked at the store, unfortunately they just said sorry and that was it. It's a shame. They really did have some really unusual pieces.

I don't think she was super familiar with how the voucher was to be processed, but eventually got it to go through. Low and behold they did not have his size and they needed to be ordered, luckily they were being sent straight to our house. Orange isn't exactly right around the corner from us. My husband stepped on some sort of foot reading machine that determines your shoe size, but it seemed to not be exactly right. Other than that, it was a positive experience.

Went to take them back for an exchange to which the woman behind the counter said they couldn't be returned after being worn, this would be good information before paying for them. These are Red Wings not a cheap pair from a department store, she just kind of shrugged. Her attitude is why I'm writing this review, when I said that I would not be back she replied with, "have a nice life." I've had red wings before, a very good shoe, but with 0 customers in the store not to mention just wanting to exchange them, I think the person could be a little more receptive.
