Came here to return something from Amazon, this is my preferred Amazon return location. It's super convenient, and even when the line gets long, it moves quickly. I'd like to mention, this is also my go-to spot during back-to-school season. Every year, I count on them to have school uniforms in stock for my kids and they never disappoint. They also carry a great selection of graphic tees and those hard to find inbetween jean sizes for juniors, which is a lifesaver for my slim teenager. The home décor section always catches my eye, lots of cute and fun options. I definitely plan to go back and pick up a few things in the near future. read more

I like this store. They have two floors of shopping and their selections tend to be pretty varied. Lots of the name brands I enjoy. They have one checkout station which helps to move you along pretty quickly. They also serve as a return station for Amazon goods. You can often find pretty good deals. read more

Kohl's really is a great store. I have found many things I liked there as well as gifts for others. The prices are good, they are easy to get to and they have a large variety of styles. I am very surprised they are not rated higher. I think they are a great alternative to places like Westfield shopping plaza. And you can find some really unique and fab items here. The one thing..and it's a small thing..but the one thing they really need to do is make it a bit more structured. As much as I like it, it can get a bit chaotic inside when it's crowded and lines can be insane. Maybe hire some more people? I admit I have had a few times when I have passed on this store simply because it is just to crowded inside. I know that means the place is popular and that's great and all but a bit more structure would be nice. (They are not the only retailer I have noticed this at). But they still stand as one of my favorite retailers in the area because they are consistent at delivering quality and attractive styles at affordable prices. read more

What a difference it makes to visit a Kohl's in what I would say is the country!! They had so much to choose from. They had plenty of every size shoe. My daughter purchased two pairs of cute flip flops. Really nice selection of brand names are available at this location. I was impressed by how clean the store was. While some racks were obviously searched through, you didn't see s lot of garbage left around like in the city. Never saw a single paper cup or Starbucks empty plastic cup left on a rack!! I don't know how they do it, but the place didn't gross me out from too much manhandling of merchandise!! The cashiers were very busy but remained smiling. Ours was very nice answering questions about stock availability and told us how to search for items at Kohls on line store. In conclusion it was the nicest Kohl's we have been to visit. Very good experience and really cute flip flops. read more

Kohl's got rid of all its high-end brands, kept only their own brands or brands made for Kohl's like Tek-gear and added Sephora. I never bought anything from Sephora when it was at JC Penney and I won't at Kohl's. Very disappointed in the changes and the addition of the return fee. I guess I'll need to look for a new store. read more

So I go into Khols Trumbull and pic up a pair of shoes on the clearance rack and picked up a box of black converse that looked like a steal for $14.99. They were amongst other boxes marked the same. After 30 minutes of calling this one and that one. The Manager Jenn refuses to honor the price on the box sayings it's been tampered with. They prox red to give me a lesson on how to read the yellow versus white sticker on the boxes to make sure it is correctly marked. Like I work there and everything I buy I have to double check them. Completely horrible customer service, no offer of a reasonable resolution just a no. read more

Surprisingly not that packed for Black Friday. Granted I did arrive an hour before the store was to close. The store was neat aside from the clearance aisle but that is to be expected. I found the store pretty clean. The clearance section was a bit disarray, but that is normally expected. The line to check out went quick, and I personally love how they actually had signs of tentative wait times depending where u are standing in the check out line. Kohls really tried to make black Friday shopping experience pleasant. read more

1. PRICES - I purchased an item for 30% off and found out other stores in the area had a regular price that was cheaper. 2. DOESN'T CLOSE CREDIT CARD - I called several months ago and closed my card. I recently pulled my credit report and saw that it was still open. I disputed it with the credit bureau and Kohl's still said it was open. I called them again to close it. We'll see if they actually do. I asked them to send a confirmation letter. Waiting. read more

To be honest, I've sworn off Kohl's after that crappy move they made taking "My Pillow" items off their shelves because they don't like the owners political views, but, I needed a dress shirt fast so I had to relent. So I got what I went there to get, a dress shirt. Waited in line and was finally called to register 3, manned by "Carol" Carol was cleaning the counter with a cleaner spray, no problem, but absolutely no sense of urgency, she took her time...whatever. When it came to ringing up my shirt, she instructed me to lay it on the counter...on top of the wet cleaner. When I politely made a comment about the counter being wet, she mumbled something incoherent and was clearly aggravated. Carol had one of the worst attitudes I've seen in retail, which, Kohl's really needs to avoid after the $hit move they made with a Christian business owner they just didn't agree with. I don't know if it's just me, but it seems that I used to find really nice clothes at Khol's and lately I can't find anything there that I like. Today we went because my husband had a Christmas return and he wasn't able to find anything that he really liked. I remember when Khol's first opened I used to find excellent deals and beautiful clothes and jewelry. Something about this store has changed. Much of the clothing is ugly or ill fitting and the prices have gone way up. read more

I'm a longtime kohls shopper but was very embarrassed at the Trumbull store today. I was asked for my license to make a 22.00 purchase and I did not have it on me at the time. i have spent thousands of dollars here but I was totally humiliated and made to feel like some kind of criminal. I offered to pay cash, but would not have been able to use my coupon. I will not be back to this store. read more

I used to frequent the Trumbull Kohl's alot. I moved and only go occasionally. I just couldn't believe my eyes the last few times I went...it was a mess!! In almost every dept I shopped in, I was stepping over clothes on the floor. Finally I got tired of dodging the mess and left! read more

Just returned from a shopping trip to Kohl's. The store was a mess. I was simply looking for a few pairs of pants/jeans. Even though one display was supposed to have "515s" on it, there was a mix of all different styles (529 curvy, boyfriend, leggings, etc). The shelf that was supposed to hold the size 10s, had everything from a size 4 through 16. This is just one example of what I found throughout the department. One of the dressing rooms had a dust ball on the floor that was the size of a small orange. I won't be back any time soon... highly disappointing and a huge waste of time. read more

Kohls has great deals and prices. I find quite a bit in the household section too and they have a great kids section. The only issue I have is the shoe dept starts at size 6 like most stores. I wear a 5. I love the jewelry and also the clothes. I don't know why the other 2 people gave it such low stars. It is always a busy store. Also, I don't understand why people are lined up at the registers in the front of the store. There is always one or two people at the registers at the other entrance to the store from the mall. They just stand around waiting for customers and you can get out of the store a lot quicker if you just walked to the other side. read more
