Very organized, clean, and neat store. Well kept in shape by the staff. Easy to shop for items as it's all grouped in areas. It was a little crowded by the bikes and exercise equipment as the aisles were blocked by stone boxes though. GOLFERS BEWARE!!! If you want to stand around for an hour and watch employees walk straight past you multiple times without even acknowledging you, then this is the place for you!! They rarely EVER have someone physically in the golf section, so you've got to chase down someone (who will absolutely be of no help) and have them go find someone to help you. Their demo club selection is almost comical in the fact that almost every club is a model that NO one would ever use or with specs that are just awful. Last time I was there I had a new putter grip installed, after taking about 20 minutes to actually find someone who could "do it", I reluctantly got it done there because I was short on time... MY MISTAKE. I come back after about 15 minutes and he hands me my club and with a serious face says "how's this for ya?" I look down and my grip is pointing legitimately sideways. I'm not sure if it was just not his department or if he was just really lazy... Neither of which are cool at all. Golf is an expensive sport- and I will never be returning to dicks again. It's becoming the "wal-mart" of sporting goods stores. Oh and check the sleeves of balls before you buy them. Bought pro v1's a few weeks ago and there were cheap ones in place of the actual balls. Their "claim" of hiring people who are passionate about ALL sports is a complete sham. It's a shame that cabellas doesn't sell golf equipment. They at least have a helpful staff and I don't feel like I'm a burden when I go in there. read more

Dick's Sporting Goods is a huge chain type store with a wide selection of different items. This particular store has shoes, clothing, some bike stuff, exercise equipment, stuff for the water, camping supplies and lots of basketballs, tennis balls and footballs. Not a extremely wide selection of any one group but a little of everything and that's what makes it so convenient. The staff are reasonable helpful but not really experts in all the different areas so you have to take your chances if you need assistance. It's located in huge community mall type of parking area that can get extremely congested and chaotic at times but since it is so large you can always parking fairly close to the store. read more

Had to swing by here on my way through town. Selection is OK but a total ghost town. I needed help finding a couple of items. I searched in vain for 10 minutes to find someone (cashier was busy with a couple customers). A gruff guy in the hunting section finally told me someone would be able to help me soon. Someone never arrived (after waiting 10 more minutes). So, I didn't find what I needed but I had one other item I was going to purchase. I waited at the cashier for a few minutes while two cashier bros joked around with each other, neither of them acknowledging me while I waited to buy my item. I ended up leaving the item there, walking out. I don't think either of them even noticed. Thumbs down, Dicks. read more

One of the better sporting good stores with immaculately maintained shelves/product areas. My beef with this place is that customer service is non-existent and its difficult to find the prices on items. Almost every item I picked up I had to search for a sign or sticker that mostly didn't exist. Also, out of the 10 or so employees I say in the 45 minutes we were there not one offered to help or acknowledged our presence. Unless its an emergency we'll stick to Amazon for our sporting goods. read more

Sales are great, and not unusual to get 20% off items you really need. Their selection of mountain bikes is great, and at prices that are very reasonable for mid-level bikes, such as Diamondback. But buy early in the year, like spring or early summer. Good bikes go fast. This store is usually well stocked and lines run quickly. Employees willing to help and if they don't know, they will find out the answer to a question. I'm a fan. read more

I was recently in this location to buy a jacket I really liked only thing they didn't have the color I wanted so I walked around a little while looking on my phone to see if they had the other color online before I purchased a different one. Well I then realized apparently that made me look suspicious because security comes out asking if I need help then other employees followed me all the way till I checked out... after I left and thought about the situation I got angry so my jacket is sitting in the bag still prob gonna return it and order offline I won't be shopping at this location again! read more

Worst customer service of any store I've ever been to. I continuously find that I can't avoid coming here due to the lack of options in the immediate area but I have never once been satisfied with a shopping experience here. Never enough staff,the staff they have know nothing about the merchandise and are extremely UNhelpful. I wish they would teach their employees some basic customer service skills and at the very least show them how to smile. read more

staff was very helpful and very good at answering my questions about kayak car racks and I also found out if you thought all you needed was the tie downs on the kayak to the rack.... you'll be surprised to be safe and not worry about your kayak coming off your car as your speeding down the highway you'll need tie downs in the front and rear of your kayak something I didn't even think about that read more

From what I've experienced at this particular Dicks sporting goods, it has great customer service and very knowledgeable shoppers too. I hate to use the bathroom when out but I had recently finished a coffee and had to go. What I have to say is that they have some of the cleanest public bathrooms that I have seen. read more

I thought Dicks lowered their prices! That's what they advertise. No way! Items are still over priced! Who would pay $80 for exercise leggings! Even the clearance items are too pricy. They have colored dots for a certain percent off low price but most items had a colored dot that does NOT have additional mark down. I will not give them a dime of my money.
