I tried to return a brand new pair of shorts with tags that were a gift. All I wanted to do was exchange them for another color because the color I received was light and completely see-through. The gentleman at the counter refused to consider anything I said because I did not have a gift receipt, and he was only willing to give me a third of the value of the shorts. I really like the shorts and would like to keep them. I just am not interested in flashing everyone in the process. I just wanted a different color. Let's start with the good: I love that I can sell guns here and I've sold one before and felt I got a fair price. The guys behind the firearms counter are good an knowledgeable but depending on what time you go you could be waiting for what feels like an eternity to get served. This location is also rather small? Or maybe it's just because the inventory is a bit underwhelming for me, especially in the archery department. Idk every time I've been to Cabela's it feels like they don't have what I need unless I get it shipped. Yet when I've gone to Bass Pro in MD they always had what they need. Also there's been two instances where I ordered something online and despite this location having plenty in stock I've had to wait over 6 days for them to tell me my order was ready for pickup. At the Arundel Mills Bass Pro Shop if something was already in the store inventory and I ordered it in the morning itneluld be ready within 3-5 hours.
