My son, being preoccupied with shopping because this is his type of store, did not see this but when we told hm about it after we left we had to talk him out of returning the over $200 in merchandise he had just purchased because we knew how much he wanted these things. I was amazed by the items they had available and the sales and clearanced ones as well. Eventhough I did not leave with items I went in for, I left with knowing I can get a lot of other items in here. I was informed of their membership that unlocks valuable savings and deals that I could not pass over. In addition to the $30 life time membership, I received a $30 coupon off of my next purchase; which meant my membership is FREE! I'm a sucker for a good hiking shoe/boot and thankfully they have a wonderful assortment to choose from, whether it's Alta, Hoka's, or Merrell (my personal favorite). I put my number in but apparently, she was ringing up my order as a brand new purchase. When I told her that I was returning an item, she responded that I never informed her that I had a returned. I responded by informing her that she never said hello to me and never asked what I needed. She argued back that she asked me how I was doing and that it was my fault that she rung up the purchase. I educated her on customer service and informed of better ways to act as a cashier. She processed my return finally. Because of this interaction, I wouldn't come back to location. If Kristen isn't able to remain professional and welcoming while working at the cash register, she should find a different position that doesn't require employee-to-customer interactions.

This time around one of my brothers needed...or shall I say wanted some fall/winter clothing so this was one of our stops. As we walked in we were greeted immediately and told of we needed any help they are there to assist. Wow, felt very personable! As I was looking around one of the employees kept asking as I am trying on jackets if I need help and that was a bit much but she could have never said a thing so let's look at the positive! Came in to get my brother stuff and left getting us both items! I wasn't in the mood to try the clothing on so I asked the lady that was helping me how did their sports bras (more like fashionable crop tops hehehehe) fit? She explained the run small, so size up. Alright friends...I had the small and thank goodness I decided to take the time to try it on because the small was so tight....so on to the medium...less tight but my tiny self had to get the large to actually feel like I am not being squeezed to death lol. So that's a forewarning. It appears the jackets and joggers were true to size. I also can't forget asking the lady about the North face jacket model they had some years back where your sleeves had built in half gloves. She hadn't seen anything this year but decided to look on the stores iPad to see if she could find any. Thought that was sweet. Her counterpart that was working with here showed me hiking jacket that had something similar but I wanted a winter puffer, but they worked together to help me! If you are ok paying for some of their quality items this is your place! All in all, the customer service was great! They were so helpful and very sweet! I definitely would come back!

I reached out to the store manager (Cody) in Towson's mall and explained the situation. Cody took ownership of the situation and ask that we have our son meet with him. Within a couple of hours, our son, Cody and another CS teammate, were face timing my wife and I with hellos and the message that it was all taken care of. I…read morewas able to find several items for my nephew, and the store wasn't too busy, but the employees seemed to have no couth and no care for providing quality service or moving customers through the line efficiently. The cashier I was unfortunate enough to get spent all of her time looking past me to yell at one of her coworkers across the store. Whatever the inside joke was simply couldn't wait, I guess. I had an unnerving experience here. On one occasion, I and 1 other patron were in this…read moreestablishment; I have done business here in the past. On this particular visit, the only other patron was engaged in conversation about guns and ammo. After about 15 minutes, the proprietor gave his attention to me, the only other patron did not make a purchase, at least not while I was there. I concluded my business in short time. On another visit, I was granted entry (door buzzer). Instead, I was the only patron. It appeared that only the proprietor, his assistant and me were the only people inside of the establishment. The proprietor appeared to be doing paperwork to the left of me. To the right of me was the assistant who appeared to be wiping down the counter and various other things, like the telephone and such. Not wanting to intrude, I sat on a stool while getting no attention. After approximately 3 or 4 minutes, I got up to leave. To exit the door had to be buzzed. About 4 steps to the door, the buzzer immediately sounded to allow me to exit. Not one single word was spoken between us. I used this establishment for FFL services, not anymore. Freestate range is a short distance away and the cost of transfer is slightly cheaper and services professional and polite.
