I had driven past this place thousands of times and never gave it a second thought. But the wife says take it here and off we went. The receptionist was very present and said someone would meet us in a few minutes. Two minutes later the service man met my son and I. My son described what was going on and we went to the car. The service man looked at the undercarriage and found that it needed a few screws. He then not only got the few screws but actually went down on the ground and went underneath the car and screwed in the items got back up and said it was no charge! What? No charge? I could not believe it. The service man said that next time you have a problem just think of our services. Wow that was extreme customer service. The service man was thanked for his service and i will " God forbid" would use the service. Thank You. Also note in the shop the have to old gas pumps. I loved them. Get this. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore.
