Tim Xiong was terrific to work with. When I arrived he immediately assessed the situation and gave me some options. At first I thought the shop could knock out the dent, but he pointed some other details like the misalignment with the door due to the dent that would not get fixed if they just hammered the metal. Also he gave me price estimates for the different approaches. I felt he took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the pros and cons to each approach. The repair took about 5 days and the shop paid for a Lyft ride both ways to get me home. Tim kept me updated texts throughout the week. The repair was perfect, look at the pictures! This place is not the cheapest place in town but they do meticulous work and provide excellent customer service. I will continue to take my business here.

Been without my car over a month total, communication between me and the tech seems to be horrible with me having to repeat info and feedback messages are making big assumptions. I honestly don't know what work was done last visit and no explanation IF any repair was attempted. The kicker, my car was returned to me with the rear seat out and stained.

Emilio the sales person was great communicating. We agree to a number I would be comfortable agreeing to before driving 3 1/2 hrs to their dealer. I get to the dealer and the car is not even there. I get to sit around for 15-20 min because the car is still getting an oil change when I get there. After them knowing I was on my way and knowing around what time I was gonna get there. They finally pull the car around. The car has a hit that was not shown in pictures. The windshield has 2 very sizable chips and the tires are dated to 2023 but they feel like hockey pucks due to how dry rotted and cracked they are. Obviously no one in their right mind is gonna agree to pay 30k for a car that needs at the most minimum a new windshield and tires. Robert, the terrible manager there or whatever position he holds. Explains to me that even though those things were not disclosed and are not able to be noticed in a picture. He will absolutely not help me at all in price because he had already brought it down before I agreed to drive out. So obviously im getting pissed. Smart person Robert offers to zip tie or tape up the bumper so it doesn't look like its loose. THEY 3M TAPED IT!! 30k car again. Then I get mad so im just done with this bullshit so I decide to leave. Im my way out. Not so smart Robert offers me to swap our the wheels and tired ( and take care of that labor) from the car I was trading in so that he can make the sale. My car has 18inch base tires. The car they were selling came with 20in premium alloy wheels. This goober ( cant call him what I really want to) really tried to steal more value from me so that he can make a sale. Absolutely no respect shown to the costumer after driving more than 3 hours to see them!!!! Cant trust this guys! ! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. My service advisor, KC Mings, was absolute gold. He kept me fully informed through every stage of the process, ordering and replacing the serpentine belt, putting on new tires, and replacing the rotors/front brakes. Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

Now I can't say I've ever been to a price were financing was 100% truthful and wasn't trying to squeeze extra money out of you.I was talked into an extended warranty plan. I asked if this was the only time I could add a warranty plan and was told yes. Later found out that wasnt true. What rubbed me the wrong way is i.was never given any manual, booklet or any paperwork regarding the warranty. Couple days after purchasing the car, I reached out to the finance manager regarding information about the plan. I was sent a picture of the chart he showed me in the office. In the office, I was told I could cancel at anytime. Glad that was one truth. Cancelled it before my first payment. Do NOT sign up for the warranty through financing. It added $4600 to my financing! I was able to find a better plan for $1040 and you can get it as long as your car is under 6k miles. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for that issue. TLDR: Sales team was great, friendly and honest. Got me the car and color I wanted. Financing (like any other place), will.try to squeeze extra money out of you. Don't get the extended warranty from dealership unless you like paying 3x what it's worth. Possible to get it cheaper outside dealership.

I did use the Costco car buying service, which makes for a mostly hassle free experience. I was able to send out a notification that I was interested in a particular car, and they reached out to get me a quote and to set up an appointment. I showed up, looked at a variety of models, went for a test drive, spoke to them about financing, and had a done deal within an hour or so I did have a slight issue. After paying and signing all the paperwork there was an issue with the paint on my new car when they were detailing it and they couldn't get it fixed until later that week. They asked if I could come back later that week, and I Uber'd there so that wouldn't work. They did give me a top tier hybrid CRV rental until then and they threw in weather mats on my new car. They said they would try to have someone drive my car to me when it was ready, but I had to ask if they could (wasn't initially offered). I was happy they worked with me to make it right Pros: If you use the Costco buying program you will be given a quote up front and they will honor the quote without much pressure. The location is huge and immaculate. It's located right by the highway so you can test drive on side streets, a highway, etc. I was offered a Honda dealership oil change for my first oil change Cons: I live in Houston, and it was a bit of a drive for me. Unfortunately, the Costco car buying program was only honored at this particular Honda dealership location. They might not have every car type, model, trim, color on hand, but if you contact them before they can check for you and they can also give you access to current inventory and inventory that is in transit to them Cheers!!
