I felt pretty stupid for not visiting here first but now I know to just skip all the run around and come here. Since then I've become a regular at this store. Most smaller mom & pop type stores have way higher prices than the big box stores but not here, the prices are good and I always find what I'm looking for. I totally wanted to give 5 stars but I had to take off one star for the parking situation, it's parallel street parking only. If it's a busy time of day then there is no parking close by and I have to either skip it and come back later or park way down or across the street. I've also gotten trapped in a space with idiots parking too close in front and behind me. Besides the parking deal everything else here is 5 stars. I'm a biggie on customer service and this place blows all others out of the water. They're great.

Would not give me back on two items cash said the register will only process them as gift cards " what the heck " I have major brain surgery during which I had a stroke. I over the years Lost more cards than I have used. They could not explain it to me on common sense level only that once the register does that they can't reverse it. I was not happy I mean we are talking about $ 76.00. They said they would go get the manager and of course the manager was busy. They need to tell people oh just bring it back for a refund oh by the way it might be in the form of a gift card which when the person loses it to bad. But today they made it impossible to park in front or in back of the garden center. At 3pm I went to the garden center because I needed about 5-6 plants. I need to park close to load them in my car. But they had a food truck blocking the 3 front lanes and then cones blocking the 3 spots in the back. I asked if they were open and they said yes but suggested I park across the street. Well I am over 60 years old and carrying 5-6 plants across the street was not appealing to me. I would think they would leave parking open for shoppers. I am going to try the garden center in Rim tomorrow as I heard they cater to full time residents and they have convenient parking. It's a bummer that some businesses don't make it convenient to shop at their stores.

When the wind blew it shredded into a zillion pieces - some large enough to pick up but mostly fragments, threads and microscopic specs all over my property. It disintegrated. I will never, ever be able to get them cleaned up. I collected what I could and went to the store with my receipt. The manager denied a refund because it was 7 days past the 90 day refund span. He said I could contact corporate, and I will, but I'm also gonna tell everyone who listens what a cheap, crappy product their EXTREME DUTY TARP is. More like I could have gotten better wear out of a plastic painters tarp. And...what a bad attitude he had. Probably was in his office sleeping when he was called to the front of the store to deal with me.

The workers I have encountered here multiple times are all very helpful. One my last visit, I had trouble finding the single item that was the main focus on my visit.
