What a great selection I found. Not just the part I wanted, but so much more. I went back yesterday hoping to find a stem extension that I could not find anywhere on the internet. I approached a clerk and asked, and he took me right to it. I explained that the replacement kit I purchased on line did not fit quite the same as the one I am replacing. He told me of its compatibility with another more "readily available" line of faucets. He seemed to know a lot about plumbing. It turns out he is the owner. He and everyone I have dealt with there are very approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is now my go to store for all my DIY projects. Their selection is remarkable and the staff just seem to enjoy their job. It is 20 miles from home, but it is exactly what needs to be. In a time of online ordering and tracking numbers, it is great to go to a place with fair prices, great selection, and impeccable service!!

I felt pretty stupid for not visiting here first but now I know to just skip all the run around and come here. Since then I've become a regular at this store. Most smaller mom & pop type stores have way higher prices than the big box stores but not here, the prices are good and I always find what I'm looking for. I totally wanted to give 5 stars but I had to take off one star for the parking situation, it's parallel street parking only. If it's a busy time of day then there is no parking close by and I have to either skip it and come back later or park way down or across the street. I've also gotten trapped in a space with idiots parking too close in front and behind me. Besides the parking deal everything else here is 5 stars. I'm a biggie on customer service and this place blows all others out of the water. They're great.

Well I pull it out last night to use it and the batter for the remote start is dead. I called there technical support they do not have any batteries for the generator. So buying it for the remote start is pointless. She didnt know if it was out of stock or thwy dont carry the battery. They could not refer me to a place to get one or any help whatsoever. I did ask her for assistance and she did direct me then ended in the paint area where I believe this was her name Mikayla oh not only one day, but this was the second day because I returned for more paint. She was very attentive very kind and patient with all my questions. If I ask where something was located, she walked me to it. I asked her for advice when it came to like painting certain surfaces. She was very informative and knew her stuff and I've truly never have received assistance like that but again I've had nothing but good experiences except for once and when I called in to share that whether they did or not at least over the phone they were very caring and thoughtful and actually even on that person's behavior on behalf of them they gave me a credit which I've never had happened before so I'm not one to just give bad reviews. The workers I have encountered here multiple times are all very helpful. One my last visit, I had trouble finding the single item that was the main focus on my visit. Dave/ or was it David?,... who helped locate a Drill Hole Jig with accuracy under 20 seconds from the register to the exact spot. The item was hiding in plain sight.... But whoaaa was I thankful!
