Service was very slow - a pile of people and two at the register, but overall took a while to order through (they also notably kept getting the cup count wrong for each order), and they took a while to get the food out (I had to remind them of the sauce, which was clearly labeled on the receipt and order). Food was classic Wendy's, nothing surprising there - the burgers weren't particularly warm, the cheese didn't melt on it. The staff was fast and made sure to include everyone and all eaters' special orders. The food was hot, fresh and great! Now that I know this place is here, I might just skip on the daily work sandwich and get a HOT meal right here. At Wendy's! Wendy's does Winter hot and delicious dishes really well. The vibe in this Wendy's was calming, clean and very inclusive. There were tons of tables and a long line at the drive-thru when I pulled up. That usually means folks trust the Wendy's franchise they are waiting at - otherwise they would be all elsewhere. The parking lot was wide, bright and satisfactory to me. I'm new to Uber eats. last night I went to pick up an order from this Wendy's (that took me about 8 mins to get there, when I get down to go inside, their doors were closed so I had to go through drive thru - it was 10ish pm ) I get back into my car, then go around their drive thru to the window after waiting an excessive over 7 mins (with only 2 vehicles in front of me) When I get to the window, the young Spanish lady asks me if I mentioned I was there for pick up at the speaker, I said No bc since I'm not placing an order for myself, and the order was already placed online, I figured I would only have to come to window and mention I'm there for pick up. she tells me that the food wasn't ready and bc I didn't mention at the speaker, I would have to go around and get back in the line all over again & mention the pick up at speaker to get the food. I immediately let them know how u fair this was bc they could e just told me to pull over to side and that they would just bring out to me when ready or that I can walk to pick up window to grab it. Just like every other Wendys in the United States, they offer the standard menu, a drive through, and indoor seating if you chose to eat there. It is a solid pick if you are looking for some fast food that is open past 11pm after everything else closes down. After 11pm, the drive through remains open until 1am on weekdays and 3pm on weekends. Be warned though that the closer you get to closing time, the less you can order off the menu and the more grumpier the staff gets. Which I cannot really blame them. Overall I gave this place a three star because they have the same food that tastes the same as anywehre else, the service is just like any other fast food joint, and the fact that it is open till 3am on the weekends. Finally, they have employees that actually give you your entire order. Their salads, sandwiches and chili are good. They're fast, and still the best fast food place with a drive through. The girl working drive thru was very impatient when I asked her the difference between the Baconator and The Son Baconator. Very fast, clean, which is normally true for most wendys resturantes. The thing that really impressed me about this is the food. The food was actually cooked perfectly. I had the spicy chicken which tends to be dry and overcooked in most cases, I can honestly say this wendys had the best one I've tasted. It was actually tender and juicy. The staff was incredibly friendly. There's maybe 4 or 5 wendys around it to chose from, and I can honestly say this is the best one. I will make it my usual wendys spot. read more

I went there 11:45 PM on 1/5 and like some previous reviewers Wendy's is on my regular rotation, there are some items I really like, and I typically order the same each time. This night the drive-in attendant kept rudely interrupting me before I could get 12 words of my order out - she got it wrong five times based on the screen display and each time I corrected her it was my fault, and in the end she still got it wrong - I got home to discover that my fries were not substituted by chili as I always do. Hi, I am posting this review in the hope that the owner sees and does something about his miserable, rude employee that I see someone else has commented on as well (Warren D on 01/15/16). On 03/13, at 10:50pm, I placed an order at the drive thru. The girl taking the order was trying her hardest to rush me, hence why I ordered more slowly ;), and when I pulled up to the window she basically threw my drink at me and shut the window immediately after. I then overheard her say "ugh whenever I work with you 3, theres always a long line of cars." I then waited in my car patiently for my food for a few minutes. She then opened the window and as quick as she could handed me the 2 bags of food and shut the window right away as quick as she could saying "have a nice day" as rude as she could. Shut the window and walked away as I waited there for another minute for her to realize, I had not paid. She didnt acknowledge me and knew I was sitting there even though she walked away from the window, so I left :). First and foremost I want to thank her for the free food. I already called the number at the bottom of my receipt and left a complaint. My order number was 3259. Her name was Avon. Transaction number 40256. My total was $12.87. Just in case the owner does see this and they delete it from the register and say I cancelled my order, just know I was given the food because she wanted to be rude to a customer. Thanks Avon! I am not entirely sure why I see any good reviews about this particular Wendy's but allow me to chime in on this establishment. Now to give you some context, I consider myself something of a fast food connoisseur. I have built this discriminating ability through decades of enjoying fast food quantitatively and qualitatively. I wouldn't say Wendy's is close to being one of my favorite fast food establishments, but I would say that it's good enough to be in my rotation usually. However this is by far one of the worst Wendy's I have ever eaten at. Now I actually live close to this place (about 4 miles away) and even though I get the occasional craving for a square burger, I refuse to give this place my money. I've been here multiple times and they never put on enough sauce, the fries are always at least an hour old, and the food just always tastes terrible. This place should trouble the corporate head quarters very deeply with the way they are torpedoing their brand. I just pray everyday that this place goes bankrupt. Terrible isn't a strong enough adjective for this place, I wish someone would invent one. read more
