What's a Wendy's doin' down here near the Teterboro Airport?! Who cares - they are the official sponsor of the Giants - so GO WENDY'S! This Wendy's was neither crummy nor ill prepared like other (a bit on the light-side reviewing) Yelps seem to claim. It was warm. There was zero line. It was clean. Bathrooms fresh! The staff was fast and made sure to include everyone and all eaters' special orders. The food was hot, fresh and great! Now that I know this place is here, I might just skip on the daily work sandwich and get a HOT meal right here. At Wendy's! Wendy's does Winter hot and delicious dishes really well. The vibe in this Wendy's was calming, clean and very inclusive. There were tons of tables and a long line at the drive-thru when I pulled up. That usually means folks trust the Wendy's franchise they are waiting at - otherwise they would be all elsewhere. The parking lot was wide, bright and satisfactory to me. Saw lots of girls at this shop, so you know it's not in a crime infestation-town like, shall we say, umm, Pawtucket Rhode Island - where all the signs are missing and there are NO people.. Wendy's brings the heat. Wendy's brings the flavors and dinners. Wendy's - despite inflation - still has very affordable and fair prices for food! Review: 5 star Wendy's shop read more

Workers took 250 of my points without asking. Used them instead of the summer deal free crispy chicken with purchase. They didn't ask to use my points. They just took them. I didn't want to use my points. They are thieves at this location. Don't speak very good English. read more

Service was very slow - a pile of people and two at the register, but overall took a while to order through (they also notably kept getting the cup count wrong for each order), and they took a while to get the food out (I had to remind them of the sauce, which was clearly labeled on the receipt and order). Food was classic Wendy's, nothing surprising there - the burgers weren't particularly warm, the cheese didn't melt on it. Crisp lettuce and onions, pickles, tomatoes, bacon was good, and the burger could've been a touch warmer but otherwise not bad. Just have to take the service up a notch... read more

This Wendy's sucks, avoid at all costs. Messed up the order, then they got attitudes when asked to correct it/acted like they didn't want to acknowledge the customer. Also asked for a large and medium fry, got 2 mediums. This Wendy's sucks read more

If going through the drive through on a Saturday night put your car in park and check your order. Past two Saturday nights I went here, they screwed up my order both times. Last night I caught it and made them correct it. Not employees fault but sandwiches shrinking but prices go up, not worth it anymore in my opinion. read more

Ate this yesterday, normally Wendy's is my favorite fast food spot- however being that it was Christmas Day yesterday this was the only open location.. after eating a cheese burger meal, 2/3 hours later I became VIOLENTLY ill. vomiting shaking cold sweats you name it I was going through it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating anywhere BUT HERE!!! Never again!!!!!! read more

We came here for a quick bite. The worker wasn't very good at the drive thru. He rushed the order and didn't let my boyfriend speak or waited for us to think of what we wanted. Got snubbed on the fries and the nuggets were cold. Not sure if we will be back at this location. read more

I'm new to Uber eats. last night I went to pick up an order from this Wendy's (that took me about 8 mins to get there, when I get down to go inside, their doors were closed so I had to go through drive thru - it was 10ish pm ) I get back into my car, then go around their drive thru to the window after waiting an excessive over 7 mins (with only 2 vehicles in front of me) When I get to the window, the young Spanish lady asks me if I mentioned I was there for pick up at the speaker, I said No bc since I'm not placing an order for myself, and the order was already placed online, I figured I would only have to come to window and mention I'm there for pick up. she tells me that the food wasn't ready and bc I didn't mention at the speaker, I would have to go around and get back in the line all over again & mention the pick up at speaker to get the food. I immediately let them know how u fair this was bc they could e just told me to pull over to side and that they would just bring out to me when ready or that I can walk to pick up window to grab it. I threatened to just cancel the order bc I thought this was ridiculous and unfair and she said "well okay then". so I did..BUT do you know how unfair this is to, not only the customer ordering, but for ppl who actually count on this Uber Eats $ to make a living?? I was honestly so disgusted - specially bc, whoever seemed like her manager last night, was actually backing her up and both were telling me to get back into the line smh! read more

They don't deserve 1 star. The aweful attitude of manager and staff has nothing to do with a COVID shortage. My order was missing half of what I ordered and when I called the manager blamed the driver and told me she couldn't give me a refund, but that I should come pick up the missing items myself. Could barely hear her with all the laughter and screaming in the background. If I could get there myself, I certainly wouldn't be ordering from them. read more

Horrible service lady at window at 3pm was rude unfriendly I asked for more sauce, I had 3 meals and she gave me one packet of sauce and said to me rudely you need that many!!!! I had three meals and she only gave me exactly three packets and didn't give me ketchup or anything for my fries I see this Wendy's already has bad reviews I'm wondering why corporate hasn't done anything yet I will not be going to Wendy's any more Burger King right there anyway!! Just like every other Wendys in the United States, they offer the standard menu, a drive through, and indoor seating if you chose to eat there. It is a solid pick if you are looking for some fast food that is open past 11pm after everything else closes down. After 11pm, the drive through remains open until 1am on weekdays and 3pm on weekends. Be warned though that the closer you get to closing time, the less you can order off the menu and the more grumpier the staff gets. Which I cannot really blame them. Overall I gave this place a three star because they have the same food that tastes the same as anywehre else, the service is just like any other fast food joint, and the fact that it is open till 3am on the weekends. It is just another typical fast food place, which is never a problem. read more

This Wendy's suck I go at 10:15pm and they close the doors so you can't order inside. Next i take the drive thru and wait twenty minutes and there was only one other car in front of me. Finally, they have employees that actually give you your entire order. Their salads, sandwiches and chili are good. They're fast, and still the best fast food place with a drive through. I hate that they don't have iced coffee, and when they occasionally do, it's loaded with sugar. Of course, like most things, the chili is nowhere as good as it used to be years ago. read more

Now I know why this place is only 2 Stars, it doesn't deserve 1 Star. I stopped there today at 2:53pm and went through the drive thru. The girl working drive thru was very impatient when I asked her the difference between the Baconator and The Son Baconator. She kept huffing and puffing so I just ordered the Son Baconator with fries and coke, the girl then asked "Is that it?" I said yep and she said pull up. I drove up to the window and a young guy opened the window holding my drink. I asked him what my total was because the girl never told me and while I was getting my money, he just kept holding my drink out the window. My receipt states The Host was Eddie. My friends tasted like either they were sitting for a while or the oil needs to be changed and they should stop putting 2 pounds of salt on them. Once I put more ketchup and mayo on my burger it was delicious. I will never go to this nasty place ever again. read more

Very clean, very friendly staff, and an excellent drive thru. The only drive thru I don't really get mistakes at.

Very fast, clean, which is normally true for most wendys resturantes. The thing that really impressed me about this is the food. The food was actually cooked perfectly. I had the spicy chicken which tends to be dry and overcooked in most cases, I can honestly say this wendys had the best one I've tasted. It was actually tender and juicy. The staff was incredibly friendly. There's maybe 4 or 5 wendys around it to chose from, and I can honestly say this is the best one. I will make it my usual wendys spot. read more

I went there 11:45 PM on 1/5 and like some previous reviewers Wendy's is on my regular rotation, there are some items I really like, and I typically order the same each time. This night the drive-in attendant kept rudely interrupting me before I could get 12 words of my order out - she got it wrong five times based on the screen display and each time I corrected her it was my fault, and in the end she still got it wrong - I got home to discover that my fries were not substituted by chili as I always do. This was absolutely the worst fast food experience I have ever had and so far Wendy's has been totally non-responsive to 2 phone calls and 2 emails to their customer feedback center. I guess they don't care read more

Hi, I am posting this review in the hope that the owner sees and does something about his miserable, rude employee that I see someone else has commented on as well (Warren D on 01/15/16). On 03/13, at 10:50pm, I placed an order at the drive thru. The girl taking the order was trying her hardest to rush me, hence why I ordered more slowly ;), and when I pulled up to the window she basically threw my drink at me and shut the window immediately after. I then overheard her say "ugh whenever I work with you 3, theres always a long line of cars." I then waited in my car patiently for my food for a few minutes. She then opened the window and as quick as she could handed me the 2 bags of food and shut the window right away as quick as she could saying "have a nice day" as rude as she could. Shut the window and walked away as I waited there for another minute for her to realize, I had not paid. She didnt acknowledge me and knew I was sitting there even though she walked away from the window, so I left :). First and foremost I want to thank her for the free food. I already called the number at the bottom of my receipt and left a complaint. My order number was 3259. Her name was Avon. Transaction number 40256. My total was $12.87. Just in case the owner does see this and they delete it from the register and say I cancelled my order, just know I was given the food because she wanted to be rude to a customer. Thanks Avon! Keep up the great work :). read more

I am not entirely sure why I see any good reviews about this particular Wendy's but allow me to chime in on this establishment. Now to give you some context, I consider myself something of a fast food connoisseur. I have built this discriminating ability through decades of enjoying fast food quantitatively and qualitatively. I wouldn't say Wendy's is close to being one of my favorite fast food establishments, but I would say that it's good enough to be in my rotation usually. However this is by far one of the worst Wendy's I have ever eaten at. Now I actually live close to this place (about 4 miles away) and even though I get the occasional craving for a square burger, I refuse to give this place my money. I've been here multiple times and they never put on enough sauce, the fries are always at least an hour old, and the food just always tastes terrible. This place should trouble the corporate head quarters very deeply with the way they are torpedoing their brand. I just pray everyday that this place goes bankrupt. Terrible isn't a strong enough adjective for this place, I wish someone would invent one. read more
