I've never had such poor service at Wendy's like I had here. We went on a Sunday evening while traveling through town. There were two cars in front of us at the drive through, so we didn't expect to wait so long for our food. When it was our turn at the ordering window we just sat there for several minutes before we were even greeted. When they finally said something it was, "I promise I didn't forget about you, I'll be with you in a minute." It was another several minutes before we placed our order... I should have known by this point to drive away! When we finally got to the window, paid and got our food we were missing one item. They gave it to us and we pulled away, only to find out that one of our burgers wasn't what we ordered. Normally I wouldn't be the kind of person to turn around and go in, but we paid for a burger that was around $6 and received a value menu burger. When I took the burger inside the staff acted as if I had made the mistake! We won't ever be stopping at this location again. It took a total of 20 minutes in the drive through, not including when we had to turn around after receiving the wrong item. read more

It's disappointing when you walk up to the front door and it's locked before 10pm. The drive thru is opened until 11. There were customers eating inside and the door is locked at 9:52pm? Come on, Wendy's! Do better than that! read more

This was by far the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. Rather than go through the backed up drive in lane we went inside to order. They had 3 employees working. 20 min after ordering we got our bag and left. Everything was cold. Horrible food. Nothing fast about it. This is the slowest fast food place that I've ever experienced. 25 minutes in the drive through and received cold food.

The food was decent, typical Wendy's food. The service was terrible. The staff was exceptionally rude and impatient. Also the soda machines weren't in great shape and were out of a lot, and the drink area was messy. And "unsweet iced tea" in no way indicates the tea is flavored. The only reason I paid a small fortune for a large drink was to take tea to go, so now I paid a small fortune for free water to go. Finally, the dining room was very uncomfortably warm. read more

This place is atrocious! If there was zero stars I would give this place it. When I went there they pretended to close early even though they open till midnight. Also, I figured out that they were out of soda and ice and I still had to pay for the cups. When they gave me the lids of the soda cup they were all sticky and dirty. It seemed like the lids were stepped on by their shoes. Then, I asked for another lid and they finally gave it after a while. As I said earlier, I figured they were out of drinks so those cups were a waste of money. Also, on my tray, they stacked the food in an unorganized way. Because of that, my food fell of the tray and the food went to waste. I also heard them say NO SERVICE to a customer even though the store is open. What rude manners. The customer just came into the store to order food and the workers did not even serve them. The last thing I want to comment about is their restrooms. OMG IT SMELLS LIKE POOP. Overall, I believe that this place does not meet proper standards. And because of that, I recommend all readers to avoid this Wendy's!!! read more

This is absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It was super dirty!! Flys every where. Trash falling out of trash cans. The ceiling was open and water dripping. This Wendy's needs new management fast!!! It's located in such a prime spot, what a shame. read more

Napoolean Dynomight look alike AKA Josh, was so unbelievably rude, it was almost laughable. He turned bright red as he was controlling his anger, while breathing hard because I took too long to order. 30 seconds as opposed to 10 seconds.. I understand this young man is probably unhappy with his job on a Friday night, but he is in the service industry. His female coworker was equally disrespectful, by whistling a tune and rolling her eyes when we asked for something. They were talking loudly about their personal lives, while surrounded by customers. read more

I don't really care for Wendy's that much on a normal basis but usually they're alright. This Wendy's however was pretty disappointing. I decided to order a taco salad (I've never had it and I felt like trying something new) and unbeknownst to me it is apparently a "some assembly required" salad seeing as only the lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes were in the actual salad and I had to add on the chips, salsa, and sour cream myself. Overall the salad wasn't even that great. I know, I know, it's a fast food restaurant what do you expect? But the salsa tasted like the marinara from the lunchables pizza box and completely overwhelmed the salad. If I had wanted to eat a lunchables pizza I would've bought one for $1 and not wasted the $8 on this salad. There were also tomatoes on the salad. I don't particularly like tomatoes and usually ask for none on salads and that's exactly what I did here however either the lady at the front lied when she said they could make the salad without tomatoes or the workers in back were too lazy to read that I wanted no tomatoes. I usually don't mind picking the tomatoes off if I have to but the lady in front could've just told me it's not possible to make the salad without tomatoes and I would've understood (and probably ordered something else). Overall not super impressed with the food or service. Doubt I'll visit any Wendy's ever again. Thanks for continuing to disappoint. read more

We had two families with us and ended up with 4 raw burgers. Took them back and got more raw burgers. This place is sticky and gross. The line to have food re- cooked was just as long as the line ordering. I don't know how they pass inspections. read more

Computers were down so they were manually taking orders which took FOREVER. No credit cards. No ice. Lunch was cold but after waiting half hour to order we just ate and left. I was traveling through Moab today on my way to Oregon and stopped at Wendy's because it was the last fast food on my way through town. It took FOREVER to even order and over a total of 20 minutes (drive thru). When I finally got to the window the woman didnt even look in my direction, she took someone elses order on her headset and walked off without acknowledging me at all. Finally a tall young gentleman with strawberry blonde hair came and said "im sorry for your wait, what was your order? Did you get your drink yet? Did you pay for your meal yet?" He looked like he was preparing food because he had gloves on and he was not informed by the heavy set woman who took my order. Totally unacceptable service besides the gentleman who helped me, poor guy was running around with his head cut off. read more

Went here twice on different days on my trip to Arches and Canyonlands. The service is incredibly slow. The tables didn't look like they are wiped down very often. Both times the drink machines were out of 2/3 of the drinks leaving the ones most people never drink. On the positive side, both orders were prepared accurately. read more

Came into Wendy's after a long day of traveling from Mesa Verde. Ordered food for family of five dine in. Order was taken incorrectly, and a change was requested. Only to find out they were sold out of limeades, after promoting it. Refund took ten minutes. As the serving lady did not speak enough English to assist promptly. Once order was finally received after sitting on bench for 5 minutes, it was wrong again. No organization in the kitchen, with 3 serving girls all standing doing nothing.
