I highly recommend that you never come to this Wendy's location if you are wanting actual Wendy's food or service. I've had five similar issues in the past and now I'm finally posting. They will mess up your order, without fail. Attached is a photo of our Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers tonight. No bacon to be found. They will not answer the phone if you have an incorrect order nor will they make good on an incorrect order even if you go to the drive-through. Staff here do not care and management doesn't care to respond. Ultimately my family, 3 kids under the age of 9, are beholden to your terrible operations. My first visit here. I must say the service is terrible. I have eaten at the cedar hill location over 30 times and have always got my food fast and correct. This location is ridiculously slow and the staff all seem to be clueless of what they are doing. I will not be back. What is wrong at this Wendy's? Two people at the counter "busy" putting the paper on the trays. Wanted me to use the kiosk to order guess they were not trained to take orders? Told them I was using cash dude actually sighed and rolled his eyes. Had to walk to back to talk to manager, guess he was told to take the order. 11:30 and fries were cold already. Ketchup packets in tray at counter were all stuck together with I don't know what. This place is sad. Absolutely disappointing and horrible to the point went left without even getting any food. Went thru the drive thru at 8pm on a Sunday night. First of all the sign at the drive up speaker was not lit up at all which makes it extremely hard to see anything, let alone order. When asked if they could turn it on the response was "you could come inside if you want to see." Next we tried to place our order, only to be told there were no medium or large size fries. Only small! How is that even possible, I don't know. They also said they were out of the Cheeseburger deluxe. The last straw was when we tried to order Dr. Pepper and they were out of that as well. Terrible food, the General Manager is a liar and a thief, who employs like minded people. They threw the burger patties in a bucket of water after 9pm and the food you are eating is pulled out of buckets of hot water and slapped on a bun. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to, hands down. Order was sloppy and cold. Fries were less than half full. And one sip into my Sweet Tea and I knew something was off. We were left waiting in drive through for 15 mins thinking that maybe the speaker didn't work we pulled up to the window, the young lady asked what we wanted and when we ordered she didn't seem apologetic or anything of the sort. The line was very slow as the young African America female cashier was posting on TikTok while everyone in line waited. She made a smart comment back when I asked if they were working. If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. The food came out partially cold and some of the toppings weren't even melted on the fries. The frosties were soupy. A milkshake from McDonald's is thicker than the frosties we got. The employees were dancing around in the kitchen and being extremely unprofessional. They're sitting on the counters where you order food. That's disgusting. As they brought us out our food they were on their phone on a video call. Mind you this was the manager. Took them over 30 minutes to bring us our food. There's barely any customers here and almost no one in the drive through. It's not that hard. Just do your job. Just came over for a quick burger. That's it 1 little Burger. When I get there the drive thru line was very long so I thought I'd just go in. I was unable because they have closed the lobby. 2 days ago it was open but not now so I got in line. At this point, I've been in line 26 minutes and have moved up 4 cars. To be honest, I watched 3 cars leave the line so in fairness I've moved up 1 car. I still have not made it past the dining room windows so I estimate I still have 30 minutes to go at lease. The manager at this location is as Awesome as the local people said on our Facebook group. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was not happy with the flavor of the sandwich. She replaced my sandwich with another hot sandwich that tasted delicious. All the staff seemed friendly and happy and the store was really clean and family friendly. No fast food restaurants are perfect and I will return. read more

Horrible customer service! You can tell the employees do not want to be there and are very short with their customers. I ordered a sweet tea with my meal and it tasted like chemicals. Almost like they used mop water to clean the tea pitcher. I circled back around and told them about the chemical taste which only confused the drive thru attendant. I tried handing the tea back and the attendant advised that they can not accept any thing back through the window; which I totally understand. I told her I would like another drink, but she was still oh so confused. I told her that I would like a sprite because the tea tasted bad. I eventually got a sprite, but guess what?! Tastes like chemicals again. My husband tried both my drinks and he agreed that they were both bad and dumped them out so I won't get sick. Food was not that great either and needed salt. I just had the greatest jalapeño bacon burger of my whole life. Except it was made of chicken and had no jalapeños, no bacon, and no beef. I was served a honey bbq chicken sandwich that was bland at best and the spicy chicken sandwich I had ordered as well came out as a regular chicken sandwich that was also blander than a white girls quincinera. Also both orders of fries were extra small in a large container and tasted more stale than a 4 hour conversation with my mother. I could have spent the $20 on an eighth of shitty weed with today's prices and ate cardboard from last nights pizza and been happier. The light skinned honey making herself a strawberry lemonade in the window could have got it so not a total loss. Moral of the story Wendy's is for picking up Wendy's just not burgers. read more

When Logan, the manager finally got on the line he asked me how he could make it right and I told him to call door dash and send me baconators with bacon. He told me he couldn't do that then hung up on me without even offering me a different solution. Oh and each burger cost me $8.09. They stole my money and I didn't get my product. EXCELLENT customer service by management Lucey and her crew!!! I ordered at the Midlothian location today , I tried to redeem book bucks purchased at Halloween time that clearly was expired at the end of the year. After a very respectable voice from behind the drive Thur mic told me that my coupons had expired and she could not honor them. I was suprised, but not discouraged I order one to pay for. The nice voice stated how many do you have , she told me that the manager on duty said to honor them!!! For that I feel a review was warranted. It's nice to see me as the consumer is important!!!
