Recently I've seen that it has grown in popularity , so I decided to finally see what it is all about . This was a busy Friday night with lots of people coming. I had no idea the wait time would be that long so we just presented in person. I like the vibe and ambiance here. They have a live DJ playing in the back and sports on the television . Customer service needs room for improvement . Body language, communication both were sub par. Facial expression and the way I got handed the food was received with an attitude . Like I'm the one waiting and paying for the food. Almost felt like they were projecting their feelings towards me. I ordered a burger with side of fries, 10 piece wing(Cajun/lemon pepper). Fries tasted old and dry. Wings were ok. I just feel like I've had better. Burger was more bread than meat. I like the kool aid, sweet but not crazy sweet . For $28 i expected much more . An underwhelming experience. The pros fit this place would be seating, lots of seating, local memorabilia. Cons: food and customer service.

They had way more on the menu than I expected (including sauces and flavors for their wings which is rare for a drive through spot). I tried the buffalo garlic and the hot honey mustard and both hit the spot. I ordered one tender of each flavor and a side of fried pickles and it was the perfect snack that left me wanting to try other flavors. The pickles were fried with a lot of batter (which is okay but I prefer a thinner coat), but they were good. The menu said they come with ranch, but I didn't get any in my bag. The only downfall was the wait - they ushered me ahead to wait in my food when (at the time), no one was behind me and the .e other cars appeared shortly after and they also had to pull forward. My wings were piping hot though so I know the wait was likely related to the freshness, so I'm okay with it! All in all, it was better than I thought it would be! I'd go back.

The man at the front counter Dontavious or something like that was terribly unfriendly, he had a smart attitude, smart remarks when asked questions and it was obvious he did not want to be there. We asked about the toppings, he said "look at the menu, what you see here." I asked him if Military discounts were taken, his response to me was "No and I am good with that" and went on to say "there are other restaurants around here that do, go to one of those." I was shocked at his response. As we dined in and watched, he treated everyone that came to the counter this way and the patrons discussed it amongst ourselves. I do not want anyone to lose their jobs, but he obviously is not suited for customer service.
