Big bacon classic double, no cheese was filling and the double stack was well seasoned even without cheese. Cold brew is strong. You can choose packets or sugar syrup to sweeten it. Fries seemed to be fried in peanut oil. Their spicy chicken sandwich has good bread, is bigger than expected, and very crispy. read more

Customer service: 3.5 Food: 3.0 (4.5 for the crispy fries) On a busy Sunday late afternoon after Christmas, so everyone was gassing up and finding food, but wife wanted chili so only one place comes to mind that's quick: Wendy's. Luckily I was able to find a parking spot after passing the gas pumps, then quickly run in. Walking in you see two kiosk machines to place your order, pretty simple for those who are willing to navigate the electronic menu, but if you stand in front of the counter a "real" person will take your order, LOL But the young men working the counter were friendly and polite to every customer! After placing my order, no receipt is given but the screen tells you your order number, so I took a picture of the screen. BTW receipt is printed in the back/kitchen. Now it was a waiting game to see whose order comes out but due to the volume of orders and people waiting, the wait time wasn't bad. I felt I hit the lottery when my number was called. So back in the car, our food was prepared correctly and hot. Sorry no pics of our food but it should have been a cup of chili, spicy chicken sandwich and medium fries no salt (& the fries were super crispy too). We'll be back when passing through to gas up! read more

This Wendy's is in one of the nicest gas stations I've been inside. It felt new, clean, bright and smelled like freshly baked Cinnabons. The Wendy's was very fast and the ingredients were FRESH. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice all the workers were. Sweeping floors and wiping the tables. For this gas station it's called Pilot and it is connected to Wendy's. The bathrooms were clean, there were showers and coin operated laundry machines available too. Fresh fruit and fresh sandwiches and cold meats available as well. Love all the coffee options too. Decent prices. read more

Had to write a review purely because of the lady working the register. She was fkin hustling!! Very nice, kept the line moving, very sweet to everyone. The food was fine lol it's a Wendy's, but if you have to stop by I would def recommend chatting w her!! read more

Stopped by on the way to the beach and the service was excellent !! The cashier Itzel was super outgoing , and the way she multitasked was amazing. She definitely made my experience super welcoming and she also prepared my frostys within a timed manner. Kept her station tidy with a positive attitude . read more

I would absolutely recommend stopping here while on the i5. While I wish it didn't rely so heavily on touch screens, I suspect this helps a lot at busy times: the food tasted great, the sandwich bun was soft and quite puffy, the French fries were crispy and not too salty, and the chicken was tender and spicy too. read more

I asked what quantities the tenders were available in and was told a six piece was one of the options. I went ahead and ordered that with the small chocolate shake. When my food was ready, I ended up getting a six piece chicken nugget. I went to the lady that I ordered from and told her that I ordered tenders not nuggets and she kept arguing back-and-forth with me with a disgusting attitude. As if fast food employees are ever obligated to argue back-and-forth with a customer like a child. Just do your job. I spoke with the manager who was kind and she was able to subtract the price of the nuggets from the tenders and fixed my order. But the employee that took my order to begin with kinda screwed up my experience here. I don't like ordering food from people who have disgusting attitudes. Chicken wasn't the best either. 3/10 food. 0/10 customer service. read more

I really enjoyed the customer service yesterday, the cashier Itzel was really kind and helpful when I was ordering my food.

me and my family drove by from the beach yesterday looking for something open late at night and we visited this Wendy's and also I loved that it was 24/7 open. The cashier Itzel was so sweet she needs a raise the bacanotar she recommended to us was amazing with the watermelon lemonade. We will for sure be back to this Wendy's. Perfect atmosphere and very clean lobby 10/10 on the food. read more

A+ Double Cheeseburger and fries. Both were served piping hot and the chicken nuggets were very fresh, hot and delicious too. Keep up that consistency! read more

As always, this specific Wendy's always comes through when it comes to famished bellies and yummy eats [if you're into that kind of fast food typa thing]!! Today's 5 stars is directed toward Miss Amanda!! Thank you to this sweet young lady for being so kind, helpful, and hardworking!! Not only was she juggling between cashier but also jumping into action when her male coworker pushing out orders needed help. When she had some downtime, Amanda tidied up the seating area and wiped down each of the tables + organized all of the messily arranged chairs. Food was taken down according to our requests and the staff made sure to accommodate accordingly. Our meal was made fresh and came out scorching hot. 5/5 stars!! My family and I love this Wendy's. Even with everyone being short staffed, the employees were upbeat and dished out orders promptly! read more

I just want to share a picture of this lady who thinks that the 10 piece chicken nuggets should come with no barbecue because when I asked her to give me two more, she decided to charge me for three when in the bag I checked there's only two of the ones I asked for so thank you so much for giving me a hard time and yourself a hard time you SB read more

Chicken sandwich tastes like shtt. I got a minions meal and they DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME MY MINION TOY?!!?! And they didn't give me sauce i had to pull back around to get it bruh. And they were real stingy with the fries too, I payed for a LARGE fry and the amount they gave was pretty much a small. And the cherry on top: they gave me NO FCKING NAPKINS EITHER!! read more

I have no idea what it is with wendy's but i am never let down. This was our pit stop meal and it was better than expected. I just got a single patty burger and yes it was small but it was filling. Fries are actually pretty good and salted perfectly. The frostys here are always good and pretty cheap, gives just enough energy for the road. read more

This is the worst wendys ever not even kidding I ordered two biggie bags no pickles no mustard add lettuce they put no lettuce and they all had mustard and pickles, they charged extra for lettuce. I was driving to SoCal late at night and needed a place to use the restroom. Luckily I saw this stop had a public restroom so I went to just use the bathroom. On my way out I passed by the Wendy's that's connected and it is 24/7! So I decided ima grab a bite to each before hitting the road again. The person at the front was nice and the service was quick. I was pleasantly surprised the food was hot, crispy, and did not taste stale or over salted. The vibes inside were good and they were cleaning the floors which was nice to see the cleanliness. Definitely will stop by here again during my late night drives up and down I-5 read more

I felt super disrespected because i ordered and asked for ranch , the lady at the register said we might be out but when we got our order my boyfriend asked for ranch they gave him one & i went to go ask for another and the lady said im going to have to charge you as if money was the problem in the first place. She could have said yes we have some but they are 50c . That would have never been a problem to begin with. 0/10. read more

Took almost 30 minutes from when we placed our order at the register til when we got out food, and they didn't give us the ketchup we asked for. Unacceptable time requirement for "fast food." Added 1 star back because the food WAS good. Won't be back next road trip. read more

I'm giving them 5 stars they really deserve 3 but because I love Wendy's I refuse to to put less than 4 stars We called ahead to let them know we were bringing the football team when we got there they were no t ready in fact started making excuses on how long it would take because they were short staffed They could have dropped burgers fries chicken when we called to let them know we were 10 minutes away just a thought they picked my burger up off of the landing set it back down picked up some bag with a fry in it set it back down did this 3 more times as if no one knew what to do or run a order also too many sandwiches on your landing they started mixing them up read more

What's with all of the 1 star reviews? While McDonald's ice cream machine is broken, you can always count on Wendy's to pump out frosties. Was going to get a McDonald's ice cream sundae but their machine was broken so we headed on over here today. From time we ordered to frostie in hand was like 45 seconds. For less than $3 for a medium, it can't be beat. read more

Solid place to get a quick bite on I-5 (Lost Hills) as it is about halfway between SF and LA metro areas. It's connected to the Pilot travel center, which is a family favorite rest stop due to its clean bathrooms. On our most recent visit, we got fries and chicken sandwiches - grilled, classic and spicy. Fries were good. My grilled sandwich was ok, my wife liked the classic one, the spicy one wasn't spicy enough for my mom. Rounding up to three stars because they were kind enough to brew me a fresh pot of coffee. read more

At first, it was like any old Wendy's average restaurant, that was until I was waiting for my food and a European man with little English was trying to order some food that the staff impressed me with their patience and their International relations skills . The man was using Google to try to communicate as the staff was doing the same. The line was getting pretty long, but the staff were trying so hard to get this man's order right. I love seeing that! Shoutout to the lady with pretty glittery eyeshadow and the young man with multiple earrings (sorry I didn't get the names) that was learning the register who kept apologizing to the man and the customer that was waiting. read more

I was jipped! Paid for 6 nuggets and got 5, asked for 2 sauce and got none, got a crispy chicken BLT with no bacon.... and the guy at the front was so slow and my coffee with frosty cream had no cream... I have never experienced something like this where literally every item missed something xD it was... comical actually. Anyway, plus side was that the five nuggets I got were tasty lol read more

This particular Wendy's is attached to the Pilot. In our pantheon of culinary rules this is one you violate at your own risk. However the teenager wanted it so in we went. The service was fast and friendly. The lady manning the front wiped down the surface after we ordered. The food came out hot and quickly. As far as the order. It was quite tasty and the "baconator" lived up to its name as an offensive amount of bacon. Yes its not fine dining, but its clean, quick, and gets you back on the road. read more

For fast food standards it tasted like your average Wendy's. But customer service and cleanliness was excellent!!

Cashier #1166 was coughing into her hands then ran food to the front WITHOUT washing her hands. Think she needs to retake her food handling course. read more

How could I forget to order a Frosty! For some reason, I love that signature light chocolate dairy dessert of theirs. Maybe because it reminds me of my childhood, and nowadays I hardly ever go to a Wendy's. Last month, though, our friends decided to stop by here for lunch with us on our way back from the coast. Lucky for me, but unlucky for my wifey because she is not a fast food fan for the most part. This particular Wendy's is located inside the large Pilot Travel Center in Lost Hills, CA. No dining in was allowed because of covid protocols. That's okay because we enjoyed eating together in the truck. Surprisingly, Wifey thought her salad was quite good. She finished it all! I ordered a Junior Baconator and Fries. The burger was satisfied my hunger and tasted pretty good. Fries were a letdown cause it did not taste fresh. Other than the fries, I have no complaints. Restaurant was clean and service was quick and friendly. Only thing that would have made this visit to Wendy's better is if I had remembered to order a Frosty!! Arghhh!!! read more

I have never had a worse fast food burger. I was taken in by a recent flyer sent in the mail, showing a juicy looking burger. In the far distant past when I ate at Wendy's the burgers were freshly cooked and juicy. There aren't any Wendy stores near me, so I haven't eaten there in years I stopped at this location on the Interstate 5 Fwy going from Southern California to Northern CA. Admittedly, the food on this stretch of the road can be less thst optimal because they have a captive audience - youve gotta eat somewhere in that 200-300 miles. My Baconator double burger had lots of bacon, as promised. U fortunately it was awful. The 2 quarter-pound patties were cooked within an inch ot their lives. I'm not so sure they weren't precooked and then deep-fried. Hard to tell. They were absolutely dry. No juice whatsoever. The bacon was similarly cooked.... precooked and tough, not crispy. This was a $9+ sandwich. Ridiculous. I ended up eating the fries that brought my total to just under $13, and tossing the burger away. read more

This was not where we intended to stop for lunch on the way to socal. We wanted to stop at McD's but the power was out. So then we ended up here which was not bad. The kids had the kids meal which had chicken nuggets, fries and a small drink. They ate it all, which was surprising since sometimes they like nuggets and sometimes they do not. I got the double burger and there was a lettuce shortage, so no lettuce. The burger itself was fine. It was a decent size and quite filling. The wife got a the southwest chicken salad so she shared some greens with me. The salad was a good portion and was not just iceberg lettuce. Overall, I would say this is typical Wendy's so if you like Wendy's, then you'll be fine here. Location is nice since there is a cinnabon in the restaurant along. with a convenience store. read more

First time going to a Wendy's and it was actually pretty good. The chicken at this Wendy's was made pretty well, it was super moist. I got the new hot honey chicken sandwich and the chicken was so juicy when I squeezed it I could see the juice coming out which surprised me for a fast food place. The spicy chicken nuggets were also hot and crunchy. The bathroom in this building is also super clean. Would recommend choosing this spot for your driving to LA food stop. read more
