I'd give this location negative stars if possible. I think this location could be a lot better when it comes to the staff. They are not friendly at all and it took 10 minutes in the drive thru for three tacos. Then when getting my food there was two packets of hot sauce. I sat there for another couple minutes honking and trying to ask for a few more. I was then handed another two. The inside is clean, but the staff here just sucks. Not to mention the prices are high. My total was $4 higher than I usually pay at other locations. A cheesy roll up is $2.79 here when it's usually $1.39. I definitely won't come back here if I can avoid it. Edit to add: I just opened my tacos and there is the tiniest bit of meat in them. So I had to drive back to show them and get them to fix it. When showing the worker the small amount of meat in the taco his smart response was "that's the meat" after asking where the rest of the meat was. If I were you id avoid this Taco Bell all together. Recently, I waited 15 minutes for a cravings menu Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito and soda. This was likely because there were 2 (maybe a 3rd hidden one at best) total staff-members working the kitchen, register, and drive-thru. Upon our arrival, we placed our order on the kiosk and planned to use cash payment at the counter at pickup. While waiting for our food, we entered the restroom and recoiled by the unsanitary disarray, which included paper and water flooding the floor, no toilet paper, trash running over and other disgusting remnants left behind by other users. I knew right away that no one had cleaned or checked on this restroom for a while. Since the food wasn't available, we asked if they received our order. The "Service Champion" told us they haven't made it yet. So while we were were waiting, we noticed one of the Service Champion's, used a ladder and actually stood on the front counter to remove the menu from above. While they were busy working on the menu, we glanced around. The lobby looked just about as worse as the unkept restroom. The tables were dirty, the floors had food and trash, and the trashcan was overfilled. I looked closer at the kitchen and realized there was no way I wanted my granddaughter to ingest any food created from this squalid and filthy environment. Since we had yet to pay, we left. It seems like the owner/management would want to know what's happening. But despite all the reviews citing uncleanliness, it seems like management and staffing, food quality, and lack of customer service are par for the course and nothing seems to change. There were 3 parties (2 of them individual people, not groups) when we came in. 15 minutes into us being there, all of us were still waiting. Each person I saw who finally got their meal had to correct something in their order. The kid handing people their meals had no idea who anyone was, because we all had to talk to a computer screen instead of a human. If all that doesn't matter to you, that's fine. The food was decent. But if you're in a rush or want any sort of good service, stop somewhere else. Horrible, horrible experience. Every customer in this Taco Bell was infuriated. By the time we left (and we sat to eat, so we were there even awhile after finally getting our meal), they sent someone up to take orders. I came across this place through Yelp - I wanted Taco Bell and this location was easy to go to while I was driving from Nor Cal to So Cal. It was easy to locate, Google Map took us right to the location. There is ample amount of parking space available since it has a private parking lot. I came here during lunch time so I went straight to drive thru - it was a pretty long line. The girl that helped me with the order and payment didn't really look like she wanted to be there, there was no excitement in her voice neither did she made an eye contact or smiled at me when she gave me my food. Plenty of choices for fast food at this Interstate 5 exit in Lost Hills. Even at this gas station, one could choose between Taco Bell, Subway, and Pizza Hut. I chose Taco Bell. To my surprise, my wife also chose Taco Bell. Place looked clean, but upon closer inspection was wrong. Most of the tables were either sticky or had lots of crumbs. Food was decent to me. Wife thought opposite and regretted ordering here. After trying both her Steak Flatbread and Chicken Flatbread, I found out why. They were both tasteless. Cannot recommend those two. It's incredible how inefficient the staff is at this location. I was riding an express bus (megabus) to SFo from LA and have not had breakfast. After waiting in line for 8-10mins, I had gone to the bathroom real quick bec of our limited time. My husband dealt with the cashier. I even called out to make sure he ordered coffee but apparently the cashier never even asked him if he wanted a combo, altho he assumed the cashier charged him for combos. My husband had to run to the bus to get his phone, and left me with the receipt. Fine. When I got out of the bathroom, my food was not there. It was - surprise - taken by someone else. I could not wait for a new order bec the bus was going to leave me, and they had no standby food (the food that was left on the counter was prob the other persons, but they wouldnt give it to me). I asked them to refund me, but they were asking for a card, so i said reference the order # and refund the card used before I ran off. Unfortunately, I later learned my husband paid in cash. Worse, I had to endure another 4.5 hours without any food (it was 1020am and I havent had any breakfast - i had been up since 4am). Worst Tacobell experience ever. It must've been a busy day in this area, because it seemed all of the fast food establishments/ gas stations were filled with cars and trucks. I ended up choosing this place because it was something a little different. I ordered my food through the drive-thru, and I must say they operated at a fairly quick pace.
