Stopped here because we wanted something fast for breakfast. Not the greatest reviews but still tried it out. From my visit the worker in the drive thru was nice. The in-store order was fast and easy and we received our dine-in order promptly. Our order was correct and everything actually tasted great, but the reduced star rating is due to the cleanliness of the bathrooms and how it was addressed. The women's bathroom had one broken toilet, one toilet that looked clogged, and there was water and toilet paper all over the floor of the handicap accessible stall, plus the toilet was leaking down it's side. I mentioned to the staff at the counter that the restroom needed attention and the manager on duty sent someone in with a mop. The young lady went into the restroom, moped the floor and then DRAGGED THE MOP ACROSS THE RESTAURANT BEHIND HER as she went back to the front counter when she was done. We Popped in for a quick stop on our road trip, and this place exceeded our expectations at every stage. Service was prompt and polite. Manager was on duty. There's really not too many options when you're driving on the 101 and want some vegetarian options. Carl's Jr. is one of the few big fast food chain that even has vegetarian options, so I was curious to try their beyond meat burgers. Overall my experience was alright! The guy who took my order was super friendly and helpful. But the woman who handed me my order and was walking around the restaurant gave me really weird judgmental looks that made me feel very uncomfortable. The restaurant was pretty empty and looked very clean. The beyond burger was fine. I do feel like the patty was overcooked - it tasted slightly burnt. But the other ingredients were decently fresh. The onion rings were a bit overcooked as well, and weren't as crispy as they should have been. But shoved into the burger, they were definitely decent. Getting my meal wrong happens there is mistakes.(getting a single and not a double that I payed for) but the fact that getting it wrong again after that because they do not follow instructions. We got our cups and number and waited for our food. They only had a single soda dispenser and the line was horrible.
