Just a shockingly good experience. Great ambiance, great service. I'm just honestly surprised a restaurant stop IHOP was this amazing. Had an omelette with my wife, and we both raved about how much better this was than most expensive brunch options in our hometown. Highly recommend, you will be amazed. The only downside is that the bathrooms are very clean, but need to be heavily bleached to get rid of the unpleasant smell. read more

The prices at IHOP are crazy now. No way do I feel like i'm getting a $20 value with anything I order. The food's still good, but it's breakfast food. It is not something special to cost that much. We went in to ihop to ask where the bathroom was located and Karen looks at us from the bar. I ordered a T-bone steak and it was not cooked right the first time -- it came out way undercooked. I sent it back, hoping they'd fix it, but when it came back it was still wrong. We politely let the manager know, but instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, he was rude and dismissive. Really disappointing experience. The hostess and workers smiled and graciously showed the way. Seeing how clean the place was and only choice was EZ trip mini mart or JIB decided to grab coffee and a bite here. Okay. Let me start by saying this IHOP has the cleanest bathroom on I-5. Nice, friendly staff. They're open 24/7 and sometimes you don't know what you're going to get with at. But it was clean and the food was great. IHOP is really consistent, so you know what you're going to get in terms of food. The food was good, hot, and came out fast. Stopped in on our way to Arizona and was surprisingly impressed. It's was close to 8 am when we arrived and the place was empty. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and modern. My wife, Nancy and I stopped to charge our Tesla while traveling to and from SoCal via WA state. Both times we ventured into the IHOP restaurant to eat and play mini dominoes while our car, HENRY, was recharging. We ordered and shared the grilled chicken chop salad on both occasions. We both remarked at how fresh and nicely presented the salad was and similarly had Shawna as our server both times. She was energetic, engaging and efficient. 5 stars for a highway road side stop! This is one of THE cleanest and relaxing meal stops ever. I was impressed with our waiter, Jesus. He was nice, friendly and flexible. He and the other waitstaff and kitchen crew were constantly cleaning the counters, the menus, the handle bars etc. The bathroom was fully stocked with not a torn tp square on the floor, not a drop of water not a smear or splash anywhere. IHOP has always been one of my favorite breakfast places for stuffed French toast and pancakes. I was so surprised when I walked into this place, it is brand new (they were building in last year when we came through). It's nIce, clean and the staff was very friendly. I got the split combination, with French toast and cannoli, eggs, bacon and sausages. They also have good options for kids. I ate the food so fast that the only that that I took a picture of was the coffee. Will definitely come by here when driving through. read more

I know that the manager Bobby is going to get a negative comment because a customer was angry at him today, but giving him 5 stars because the customer was a dick, and being the manager at a restaurant is hard. My boyfriend and I found the staff extremely friendly and felt bad for Bobby when the disgruntled customer started getting mean and speaking down to him. we saw Bobby during our meal serving tables and going on with his day and I hope that he doesn't face any repercussions from this because it would be undeserved! aside from this, nothing bad to say, your standard ihop experience : ) read more

My wife and I have stopped here several times on drives up and down the I5 and always had great service whether busy or not, and everyone seems to be conscientious about their jobs and friendly. This IHOP is great! Perfect stop on your road trip. We've stopped here a handful of times and have been greeted by a friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. The food is solid IHOP classics and came out quickly which is always helpful for our family of 4 (2 busy toddlers/2 tired adults). I stop by to charge my tesla. Decided to have a cup of coffee and went to the IHOP. The first thing that impressed me was how courteous and welcoming was the crew. Their restrooms are so well-maintained and clean, it was actually surprising to find some thing so well-maintained off the freeway. The coffee that we ordered was perfect delivered with steamed milk. Looked up a place to double fuel and found this IHOP. It's next door to a Chevron as well as a bank of Tesla Charging Stations. Friendly staff, clean, very good food.
