I'm on a road trip and made a quick stop here because we were starving. Unfortunately they decided to close early. Their posted hours state they close at 12 am. When we arrived at 11:40 pm no one was answering in the speaker. We pulled up to the first window and no one was there, we pulled the car to the 2nd window and a man was there sitting down and shook his head no. I would understand if not one was there, but for an employee to still be there sitting at the window when they are suppose to be open is unprofessional. I worked in the restaurant and even if a customer came in 1 min before closing we still needed to serve them. So being there 20 mins before closing and being denied was disappointing. Placed the order from the app. The food was ready but the customer service person filled all the food in the bag and called out the table number instead of bringing the food to our table. I told him that it was eat in order not to go. He rudely said we are not serving dine in. When I asked why he said they did not have any trays available. We started eating the food and there were no napkins in the bag. We looked around for napkins in the lobby but there were no napkins available. My family and i were drunk up north 11 hours, planned this stop to grab some food for our long drive and stopped by this location around 11 and they showed they were open till 12, and they were already cleaning up. 5 stars because the employees are nice, friendly, and they keep this place super duper clean! During our visit here, the one tall [caucasian] male with parted hair made his way around the establishment TWICE, making sure to push in all chairs and swept up every little spec of trash found on the floor. He was also extremely enthusiastic [in a non annoying way] and smiled regularly which normally isn't something you come across too often. Shout out to you, YOU'S A REAL MVP!!! Food was piping hot, delicious, and was affordably filling. Per usual, McDonald's always comes through when I'm in need of something asap!! This particular location is highly recommended. Max at the breakfast shift on 3/18/25 was terrific! We arrived just at 10:30 and the menu had automatically switched over to lunch but Max got the 4 of us breakfast. He check on our table twice to see if we need anything. He was so pleasant. He made our meal very enjoyable. read more

Team members were prompt and friendly and the drive through service was quick. Would recommend not stopping here this close to closing if you expect the same McDonald's favorites. Yup the bad reviews for this place real. Longest wait I've ever had at a McDonald's and it wasn't even that busy.

I usually do not eat burgers from McDonald's, but dang it I was hungry. Actually I was hangry. So when I stopped to get gas here I decided to eat. I tried to order the least caloric burger, lol , don't laugh, so I went with the quarter pounder with cheese meal. I mean why not get fries while here? And I do love McDonald fries. The burger was honestly really good. It was hot and fresh too. The last fast food burger I had was from a Carl's Jr. And that was awful. The bun was not too heavy either. I hate a doughy bun with a burger, btw. And the fries were hot and fresh too. Anyways...so I ate McDonald's and I'm still alive. Definitelya splurge for my waistline. But no regrets. First to start with how my order began i couldnt even use the new kiosk it didnt even work and i couldnt pay on it, next it took more longer than 30 minutes for 2 mcgriddles a breakfast platter and a frappe in another spot it wouldve taken less then 5 minutes to do so also they didnt even call out my order i had to tell them to give it to me. Another flaw within this hell is while i was eating my undercooked breakfast meal a damm fly landed on it a baby fly even i killed it and threw away my food including the flies flying around me where i was sitting it reeked of uncleaniness the tables were dirty and stained not the mention the workers wont listen and dont care to even pay attention as you speak to them. This is the worst mcdonalds THE worst most pitiful place to ever order at and "eat" to go or there to eat it was the most disgusting place ive ever decided to eat at im never going back and reccommend you to go to carls jr or even wendys for your own health because this place is unnacceptable. read more

I associate the town Lost Hills with the phrase "pit stop". I mean, nobody seems to live there, but the junction of Highway 46 and Interstate 5 is always busy. Fast food, gas, and . . . well that's about it. The McD's on Powers Street is set back about 20 meters from Highway 46, on the south side, but it's quite visible. The service was just a bit slow, but that might be because I was hungry. The McMuffin and coffee were certainly up to corporate standards, as was this location in every respect. I doubt fast food can get any better. read more

They had to dig far back in their cooler to reach one that wasn't spoiled. The sodas did not taste right.. lacking syrup or carbonation? Not sure which, but just not good. The only reason anybody comes here is for convenience of cheap fast food in the middle of the way to and from LA and SF. But the service is horrible, it's dirty and food is bad. My McDouble tasted like they put extra salt. I couldn't even finish it. The floor around the drink area is always wet. The service is only about getting you your food and all the extra stuff you asked for in the beginning (sauce, drink cup), you have to ask them AGAiN when you get your food. It's my 2nd time here. Great road trip pit stop. There's nothing special about it but the dinning room is clean. The staff could be a bit nicer though! The credit card terminal was out of order during both of my visits. Coincidence or not?! It's connected to a convenience store which is perfect to grab a few bags of chips, snacks & drinks before getting back on the road I had a McGriddle which was the most expensive sandwich out of them all. I was not impressed because it was basically a slab of sausage sandwich between 2 blankets of syrup drenched pancakes marked with an M I tried the deluxe breakfast. It came with pancakes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs & hash browns. Eating my pancakes & sausage with syrup tasted just like the McGriddle. You can't go wrong with their hot coffee. They were so bad I could not finish them. They were a bit soggy but the bad part the texture... taste like mashed up cardboard and a funny taste on the outside... probably to do with the oil being too old.
