Abysmal service just continues to run rampant in "fast food" restaurants. This particular location was visited on the 10th of October in 2025. I ordered a numbered combo from the menu. The next three orders after mine were prepared before mine. A dine-in order no longer gets a tray, even though the stack gleans in the light of day next to the register. Half the soda selections are unavailable. No one knows anything, let alone an answer on what takes a burger joint 10 minutes to make a burger. The ambience is soul-sucking. More white tile. More subway tile. More angular, modern chairs and tables. The homespun feel of this franchise was killed the day Dave died. It's sad, half the reason I come here is because it was a family favorite. It's been tradition for 4 decades. I'm not saying I won't eat Wendy's again, but it won't be by choice ever again. read more

I had recently revisited because the service was consistent there for a while. The regular girl I had been getting most evenings (who was wonderful) seems to be gone now. The food this time was very meh. The fries weren't fresh and the cheeseburger was overcooked and dry. Wendy's just isn't as good as it used to be or at least this location isn't. read more

Went to Wendy's Elida Road store in Lima. Ordered 2 salads to go. Looking at my bill I noticed the young man who was new had indicated "dine in" and charged me $1.33 in tax. I told the young lady standing with him that it was supposed to be to go. When she brought my salads they were in a small bag on their sides and hadn't given me back my overpayment. She said something to someone in the back and he came up front, angrily reached his hand in his pocket and threw a dollar bill at me and walked away. It had nothing to do with the money but correcting their mistake. What a shabby way to treat a customer. The sad thing is I don't think he thought he was doing anything wrong by treating me that way. read more

The cashier was a male with long hair( should have been up or in a hair net) he didn't seem friendly, almost seemed annoyed for us to order. We both ordered the #2 Baconater double and fries. We got cheese fries and bacon fries, the cheese was shredded and not melted (we thought the cheese should have been melted) the burgers were dry, like they had been setting on the grill. Wendy's has always been fresh burgers and fresh fries. The sodas and frostys were great. The restaurant was not busy and there were 2 employees sitting at a table on their phones( they may been on break). There were several tables that were dirty with food on them, the condiment area had food and drink spilled on it, the floors could have used a sweeping and the glass windows and doors were clearly not cleaned. There were employees standing around and not cleaning. Two people came in from the drive-through with orders messed up. As we were leaving a guy pulled up in the parking lot on a motorcycle and three employees went outside to talk with him. It seemed like nobody cared. Dave would not be ok with this. I've always been told, "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean." I realize most places are hiring and can't find good people, but that's not an excuse to not take pride in what you do and in where you work, do the best you can and put forth some effort. The food isn't always made correctly at all. I sometimes order delivery or carry out from this location. Seems like they don't put the correct sauce on the chicken nuggets. I've gotten garlic Parmesan saucy nuggets when they were supposed to be spicy ghost pepper and I've gotten buffalo. I can tell the difference between them both. Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. This one has ruined it for me. Service was shady at best. Employees are more concerned with the gossip in their lives than waiting on customers. If you want to eat inside be prepared to be looked at like you're the devil, and you'll get lots of eye rolls too . Seriously, this place is a total dump and the food is never cooked right. Don't order chili, they're always out of crackers. What a joke. Wendy's should close this location or at least call in a priest with some holy water, not that it would help. Used to eat at Wendy's all the time. The bacon jr cheesburger with fries and a frosty was wonderful. I say WAS because now burger is cold, cheese not melted and the bun, oh god the bun. It falls apart like it's old, not old just very poor quality. Falls apart as you try to eat it! Fries, cold and not a one over 1 inch long. My husband and I both got fries and burgers and drinks all for $14.xx! Wow, I don't mind paying the price for food, IF it's good. This gets worse every time we go. We want to like this sooo bad too. I gave them one star but they don't even deserve that I'm a Door Dasher and I try to avoid going there, A week ago I tried to pick up a order and had to go through the drive thru because the lobby was closed and when I asked how long it would take the girl with a piercing in her nose got rude and nasty and slammed the window in my face and told me to leave but I needed to pick my customers order so I blew my horn and the only three staff members that was there stared getting high rate with me threatening me and dropping the f bomb every where than a another crew person came to the window and I asked him how to get ahold of his boss he said nope and slammed the window in my face and told me to get f out of the drive thru so I took the hit on my rating and today I went in to talk to the store manager and he didn't believe me and they called me a liar on everything I said and assistant manager was being rude and said she don't believe me because I'm a Dasher it was Sun April 16 2023 between 3 and 4 pm and they also called me a liar about the lobby being closed. read more

Since the new "General Manager" Cecily Brown has taken over the location has become a trash hole. Food, if you can call it that, isn't edible and that's if you're lucky enough to not have it spit on. Leadership is so incompetent they hire people before doing background checks and will email complaints telling the customer to stay away. Finally they value the people that work there so little they will email out personally Identifiable information such as associates SSN, DOB, Address, etc. read more

Pull up to the drive thru because the dinning room is closed at 630 and there's no coffee there's no coke and the food I ordered looks like absolute crap completely thrown together by employees who could give a crap less I won't be back to your stores ever again I would give zero stars if that was an option read more

The customer service is not good at all. I've never had any issues with my food really, and if I did I would understand because people make mistakes. But what I cannot deal with is bad customer service. I maybe come once a month but every time I do, I have an awful experience with the person working drive thru. Whether there is a car behind me or not, i'm interrupted or rushed. I worked drive thru at another fast food store when I was a teenagers and I would have never talked to customers that way. I'm also not an inconsiderate person because I understand how it is when you're working drive thru and someone takes too long or doesn't order something fully. I think the management should be a little more strict on how they allow their employees to treat and talk to customers. read more

Horrible customer service. It took them over 45 minutes to get our food out to us due to the fact that they gave our order to someone else. Instead of being apologetic and polite about it, one of the workers decided to become rude and yell at us. We did not get upset with her until she started mouthing off. Ordered my food and pulled up to the window and gave the employee my debit card and she hands me my pop dripping all over my clothes I immediately asked for a napkin the pop is dripping I said to her and she asked for napkins and literally waited until my card ran through and gave me my food in the bag and tossed my napkins in the bag with an attitude! i won't even give them a star. few weeks ago. my daughter and i went to Wendy's to eat lunch after her dentist appointment. they open at ten thirty in the morning so you would figure that ever thing was cook and ready to serve. we got there a little after eleven am to eat lunch. my daughter got what she wanted. i wanted a bake potato and a double cheeseburger. they told me i had to wait 25 min. for the potato so they had to offer me some thing else which i did not really want. so i sent a message to the corporate office on twitter. and told them what happen back in FEB. 27 now this is March 14. which i still have not gotten an email from the district manager for this location. so to me the corporate Wendy's wanted even told them to get a hold of me ASAP which never did. so if you go to this Wendy's Location and you want a bake potato you might want to go later or find some where else to eat. read more

I visited your store, and the kitchen staff was out of control. They were very loud and a lot of cussing (SOB) and many other choice words. I guess the look on my face said it all, because the lady who took my order apologized repeatedly. It was like walking into uncontrolled chaos. I like Wendy's burgers over other fast food, but you need to lay down the law to your night staff, maybe get a manager at night. read more
