My fiancé were in town for his work and decided to check out 318 restaurant after I perused their menu online. Boy, were we pleased with our meal! I started with a gummy bear cocktail, which was just like drinking a strawberry Jolly Rancher. Then my date & I were served toasted ravioli as our appetizer... they were perfect! Crispy on the outside, soft & tasy on the inside. The marinara complimented the ricotta and breaded pasta well. For my meal, I had some yummy fried shrimp with cocktail sauce. I was very pleased. My curly fried potato wedges (don't call them curly fries!) were crisp on the outside & soft inside. I really enjoyed them. My side of fruit & side salad with balsamic vinaigrette were fine, neither great nor terrible. My fiancé had some delicious chili, though it was cold when served. Out waitress obliged our request to reheat it & when it came back out, it was just right. The cornbread was moist, sweet, and "cakey." I'm from North Carolina &, let me just say, the cornbread was some of the best I've had in ages. The chicken sandwich was good. We ordered some cinnamon caramel pretzel bites (like cinnamon sugar balls) to go & I can attest that they didn't last long the next day when they were warmed up. Overall, this was a nice meal in a quaint Ohio downtown. Should we return to Lima, we'll stop in at 318 again! read more

Stopped by on our way from NC to Michigan for dinner. Doesn't look overly nice from the outside, just like a local bar, and the back patio is nothing fancy, but the food was really good! They have some very interesting creations using peanut butter (siracha infused peanut butter, PB&J burger, etc....). I definitely recommend the 318 burger. read more

Had an early dinner here while visiting for the Pork Congress. The burger was on point as were the onion rings. But none of these would have happened with out the waitstaff and grill master. Great job to all involved!! read more

Yum! We came (4 adults) on a Saturday and had great service and good food. The loaded sweet potato fries are absolutely amazing! The fish is a pretty small plate of food however the other three meals served were of normal size. We have already returned to eat there and were pleased again. read more

Staying in town for a work trip and always make it a point to try new places. We got the Potato Kegs as an app and they were awesome. I got the Burger Bowl and my boyfriend got the Pizza Burger. The Burger Bowl is BIG and could easily feed two people in my opinion. My boyfriend loves the Pizza Burger. We got the Cheesecake as a dessert, it was subpar compared to everything else we order. I was in town visiting a friend and we decided to try someplace new, someplace exciting for dinner. We decided on 318 Restaurant & Bar (or as the locals refer to it: "318") and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere of the bar was fun, upbeat, and casual. The exposed brick walls, televisions playing sports, and a TouchTunes jukebox were all nice touches. For starters, we ordered the pretzel bites with beer cheese and fried pickle spears with sweet chili sauce--an excellent combination. I will try everything at least once, so I decided to get the 318 Burger, featuring a branded pretzel bun topped with siracha-infused peanut butter. Rich and savory all in one bite, I would highly recommend. The beer was cold, the mixed drinks were strong, and there's parking a public parking lot next door for easy access. The 318 has a great atmosphere and a nice comfortable bar for you to be able to sit up and enjoy a drink. I love coming on the weekends and hanging out during karaoke or listening to a live band on the patio. The food is just OK honestly it's not great it's not horrible it'll fill you up but don't get your hopes up too high but overall really great place to come and hang out read more

Awesome food & atmosphere! My husband ordered the 318 burger with Alabama slaw. The slaw is great with a kick of heat. The burger is a great combination of flavors. If you like peanut butter you will love it! I ordered a kids meal which was 2 cheeseburger sliders & a side for $4.99...can't beat that price! We ordered some draft beer too - nice selection to choose from. Our waiter, Jon, was so nice & upbeat. He answered all of our questions & was very attentive. Oh, and we had pumpkin cheesecake for dessert which was delish!! Prices were good overall. We will definitely be back! read more

I really enjoyed this restaurant. My husband and I came for a late lunch with our kids 3 and 8, after a family Mardi Gras event at the Ohio Theater. They didn't have many craft brews on tap, but we ended trying a few new IPAs by the bottle. They didn't have many vegetarian options, which is a problem for us, because we are a whole family of vegetarians. But the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we ended up ordering a selection of appetizers and really good dips and sauces. Just an FYI the loaded potato things are stuffed with bacon inside, which no one knew about until after they were delivered to our table. A total bummer. And that was the only thing standing between a 5 star review. But please don't let it deter you, it was a really cool spot with great atmosphere! read more

Have to appreciate it when people do the things "they" say can't be done. In my college days in the 80s when we use to hang out at Murphys Irish Pub at this location I'd often tell the owners, "you know you'd really be doing yourself a huge favor if you knocked out this wall, took over the forever been empty soce next door and make a giant U Shaped bar !" Couldn't be done. Well it's finally been done by new owners and it's fantastic! Great food! And more importantly than anything... Great service!! Anymore the complete opposite is the norm in most places. read more

Quick Tuesday night stop landed us in Lima, OH. Fully expecting to try the wine bar for a taste of Lima, ended up with us next door to the local bar who would still serve dinner to the late traveling folk. Three Eighteen was amazing!! I will never be sad how our plans changed. The train decor, old brick building, playing great tunes, and greeting us with one of the best smiles, from waiter Jonny, made our night! And the food!! We couldn't believe the quality, class, and taste of the awesome food there! The loaded sidewinder was phenomenal. The owner has done a great job providing a fun environment, meals, and reasonable prices to the community. By far, though, the best part was the very friendly smiles and service we received by Jon. After a long morning of driving on our way up to MI, we were so happy to find 318! The staff was so helpful and understanding when it came to our two-year-old who was full of energy. The cook even came out to talk to our son and give him some ice cream with sprinkles. Even the regulars are super friendly! The food is great and just all around good vibes here. Stopped in at 318 restaurant and bar on a Saturday night with the family six of us. Restaurant has nice Decour and a family atmosphere. Waitress was wonderful very helpful. Had craft beers and everyone had a meal. Food was very good. Sister complained about the onion petals being cold. Waitress immediately brought us out a basket of onion petals. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Prices are not too bad. Will be back. read more

Ate here with friends tonight. In the past, we've only come in later for appetizers and drinks on the patio. Finally tried it for dinner. There is a little bit of inconsistency in the apps, but the food was pretty good. I had the special: buffalo chicken lasagna with antipasto salad and cheese stuffed breadsticks. Wow ! Never even heard of it but it was great. My friend tried the 318 burger, with spicy peanut butter and jalapeno pickles. Very different and tasty. The toasted bun with the 318 logo burned in was a great touch. Loaded Side winders were also inventive. Service was really good tonight. Prices are very fair. read more

The hostess saw us on the sidewalk and talked us into trying 318. The waitress did a good job. However, the music was absolute filth. Horrible lyrics that demeaned women. Not just one song, but repeated songs. We asked for our bill and left immediately. As we were leaving, the waitress said that a guy in their kitchen switched to the filthy music. read more

We went there for lunch recently and had the special, a chicken quesadilla with tomato soup. The food was ok, quesadilla could have used a little more flavor and they didn't have any crackers for the soup. Atmosphere was great and service was great. First time dining here. The building looks really nice on the inside clean and really nice renovations. We ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer which were really good. Everyone enjoyed them. I decided on a burger and twisters. The burger was horrible. I think they put a bbq sauce on it to give it flavor. Definitely a frozen not fresh burger that was so over cooked it was hard and dry. Kinda reminded me of a JTM burger. Doubt if I will rush back anytime soon for another burger. Do yourself a favor 318 and buy fresh burger and not that frozen hockey puck you are serving. Oh yeah maybe add some seasoning to it also. read more

It doesn't matter how good the place looks when you're overcharged for frozen food. The burger itself had no flavor and you can tell it's dry and over cooked even from frozen. read more
