The place is now too bright to comfortably use laptops and there are fewer electric sockets than before. Even simple things like milk products to put in your coffee have changed for the worse. They now only provide cream, no two percent, skim or alternative milk. Panera is trying very hard to lose my business and they have succeeded. I'm canceling my monthly subscription and patronizing other establishments.

After my previous review, I received the standard apology promising that someone would contact me. Once again, no one ever did. It feels like these responses are nothing more than copy-and-paste messages intended to make unhappy customers go away rather than actually resolve legitimate concerns. A sincere apology means following through. If you're going to tell a customer that someone will reach out, then do it. Otherwise, don't make promises you have no intention of keeping. At this point, I'm more disappointed by the lack of accountability than by the original issue. Customer service isn't just saying "we're sorry"--it's taking action. This location has repeatedly failed to do that. If you're considering this Chipotle, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may receive an apology online, but don't expect anyone to actually follow up. I'll gladly update or remove this review if someone finally honors the commitments that have already been made.
