I usually don't do this sort of thing, but I've had so many bad experiences here. I'm a big Wendy's guy. I go to Wendy's all over the place and this is the only one where I have this problem. They mess up my order almost every time. I'm talking 90% of the time. It's not a crazy order, just a triple baconator combo. I'm 180 lbs I swear I just don't have time to eat at work. Good news is they finally did it; they got my order right. The problem is they defaulted to charging me for a large combo. My thing is why can't they just ask if I "want that medium or large" like literally every other fast food burger joint? You might wonder "well why didn't you clarify you wanted a medium combo?" Well I didn't really get the chance potential Yelp review reader. I get it's fast food, they gotta keep it moving, but I ask for a diet coke. She says "we're out of diet coke". I'm like "oh can I get a coke zer-". She cuts me off. "We're all out of diet soda." She did offer me an "all-natural" lemonade so that's cool. So I told her what drink I wanted and she said "15 blah blah blah at the next window". No chance to clarify anything. I get to the next window. "Hi that'll be 15 blah blah blah." No chance to say hi back. She gives me my food and says "have a nice night" and shuts the window before I can say anything back. So yeah it probably sounds dumb but I work 12 hour days and I'd just gotten back from the gym and I'm tired and I just want a medium triple baconator meal. 2 stars cause they actually gave me what I ordered this time but also 2 stars for bad customer service, charging me for a large without asking, and for getting my order wrong most of the time. read more

Every time I order delivery from this Wendy's I end up with missing items and/or wrong items. It's been impossible to get anyone to even pick up the phone here so I've ended up just eating the cost. A few month will go by and I'll think to myself "maybe they were having an off night" and order again... Tonight I was missing most of my meal and the frosty I ordered for my husband. Half the order missing and paid for. Again, no way to reach out to anyone to get some kind of refund or replacement. I wish I didn't like the chili so much, but considering most of the time, I don't receive it, I may as well forget about it. The problems here are consistent. Lots of money completely wasted. Don't be a sucker like me and keep giving this place another chance. The app is coming off my phone this time. read more

Me and a couple of my buddies went to wendy's to enjoy a nice lunch on this beautiful sunny day. Since the weather was very hot out, my friend wanted to order a frosty to him down on this hot day. In the process of ordering, he was refused of a frosty because they thought he would throw the frosty in the bathroom. My friend was extremely disappointed that he was refused of a frosty. He would never do such a thing or anything close to it. He just wanted to enjoy a nice frosty on this beautiful 4th of July day. Can I give 0 stars? I live around here and not many things are open late, so some nights I'll come to this Wendy's and to say I've ALWAYS been disappointed is an understatement. (By late I mean 10pm --they're supposedly open till 12am midnight but seems their staff shuts down way before that. (They lock the doors) They've forgotten bacon countless amounts of times on a BACON CLASSIC. I've tried ordering through the app 20 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME just to get to the drivethru and for them to say "I'm searching for your order in the system" while you wait I KID YOU NOT 15 minutes for them to make the order that was placed literally ahead of time. All the fast food spots around here suck, they hire very unprofessional untrained undereducated people and it's sad that fast food has become this. Currently been in the line for 30 minutes looping back around because I actually checked my burger this time and realized it was wrong. I went inside to talk to "manager" who took my order for 60 chicken nuggets to be made on a certain day for pick up. She wrote it down informing that she will be working that shift so wont be any issue if I do not follow up. Unfortunately I trusted her and showed up on the day of pick where she was not around and everyone looked at me like I was an alien - telling me they cannot make the order but can do 10 nuggets in 6 bags. I told them it was fine but to see if they can put it in a bigger box since it was for a party. Even though they had a bucket they did not want to pack in it. There was this one guy who understood what I was saying and finally packed my order in 2 tubs/bucket. He saved my day. Therefore drive through proved to be not convenient for people in wheelchairs on Thursday. I had a free drink offer with my purchase on my Wendy's app and they couldn't get the app to come through on the system. The manager offered no concession whatsoever. It was a problem on their end. They could have just given us the drink for free as stated in the offer, but the manager was so unhelpful and refused to give it to us unless the offer registered in their system. I saw that wendys came out with a "classic chicken" sandwich, thought I would give it a try.... TERRIBLE. No lettuce, or pickles as menu shows. Now I understand the beef shortage, but I got a baconator combo which is a double patty. It comes with 2 patties. It only came with 1, but you still CHARGE ME FULL PRICE. The night shift here is rude and condescending. They never get my orders correct. The older woman once argued that she "knows" all the food was in my bag because she remembered making the sandwich, which I then emptied the bag in my car to show that I didn't receive the nuggets I ordered. Another time I was picking up multiple mobile orders and there was a problem with the app in which my sister got charged but the restaurant didn't receive her order, and when I tried explain the situation the older woman again was really rude and stated her order wasn't there and then kept shouting the order names she did have repeatedly until I said ok and pulled up to get the order that had gone through. DON'T EAT FROM HERE!!!!! I ordered the number 3 meal on the breakfast menu and had a reaction. I took a couple of bites from my meal with my vanilla frosty chino. Then drove over to a wawa for gas near by. Immediately after opening my door I threw up everything. I called the location to let them know I had a reaction. They took my information and also stated that a manager would be calling back. Let's just say he never called back. Today I proceeded to call and see what happened. Another manager stated that there was nothing reported. I just left it alone because honestly it was a little under $10 so what can I expect at this point. I am still suffering with stomach pains. For me the perfect fast-food burger combination is a cheeseburger with raw onion, pickles, ketchup and mustard. To achieve this you can order a quarter.pounder at McDonald's, a quarter pounder king at Burger King. To get the equivalent at Wendys you need to customize a Daves Single or Double, leaving off lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise, adding extra pickles and mustard. The staff was accommodating and made the burger. Extra pickles translate into three small dill pickle chips, and mustard was not put on the burger but rather supplied in tiny packets. The result was an epic fail from a place that should be able to make a superior burger. read more

I'm sure the worst run store in the chain. I wanted to give no stars but had to put one to write review. We live close and it was convenient although the food always looked like it was regurgitated from a duck when you unwrapped to eat it. No this review is about our last 2 visits, last week we pulled up to the drive thru and ordered 3 baked potatoes, and were informed they were out of baked potatoes, how is this possible? There's an acme 10 feet away if you see at 4 o'clock your getting low on this rare delicacy. Today we drove up and were greeted by a handwritten note that a small child must have written that informed all customers that they were out of soda.. again how is this possible? You would think with the McDonald's burning down across the street they would try to capitalize and step it up but they actually got worse. It's like the manager has a contest every day with employees to see how many customers they can loose. I go to Wendy's often with my friends and I. My usual location is The Warrington Wendy's. It's 7 minutes farther, but definitely worth the drive. I rather drive an extra 14 minutes to and back then to go back there! I got my usual 4/$4. My food was cold, employees are unfriendly, and they forgot my sauces. Very disappointed. I come here every now and then when I forget my salad for my 30 minute lunch break at work. The service is pretty friendly, I came in one day because I had a little more time on my hands then I normally did for a lunch break (1 hour). The cashier was extremely professional and quick. He asked if I wanted any water also which was very unusual as most fast food restaurants never ask for that. They gave me my food after a minute wait and I seated in the back. Its pretty clean, but it can get really cold in there during the summer. The food was just mediocre, what you would expect from any fast food place. The chicken nuggets I got was fairly dry... If I could give negative stars to this particular Wendy's, I would. This particular location is single-handedly killing the brand's reputation, in my mind. I've had multiple instances where I've gone to get food and they're closed incredibly early (7:30?), including one time where I ordered via mobile, my order was accepted, and when I pulled into the drive-thru minutes later (lights were still on!) I was told that they were closed, they'd already cleaned everything up and put everything away and that my order 'wouldn't be charged'. Thankfully, it wasn't, but when you're arguing with a speaker at a drive-through trying to ensure you're not going to have to try to get a refund the next day for this sort of situation, it sort of grinds your gears. We've had situations via DoorDash from this location that are just laughable -- orders that have been cancelled because despite saying they're open, the doors are all locked and everything is dark and shut down. The unpredictability of the store's schedule and incredibly early closing times (especially on Friday and Saturday evenings) are just confusing. I've written this restaurant off entirely, though it used to be one of my go-tos when I was looking for a decent take-out dinner. To be fair, when I've gotten the food it's been decent, and quickly served -- and the order more or less right -- but you can't plan to go here, and after that mobile order debacle I can't even feel reassured that if the order does get sent in, I'll get my food. It's just very annoying and sort of sad, considering the great service and regular hours the location used to have. read more

Drove through the drive-thru at 11:30 wanting a small frosty. The woman told me they're ice cream machine was broken and just when I was about to probably cry the workers offered me a free cookie. When I got to the window they gave me one of each type of cookie they had as well as offered me nuggets and were so apologetic. They all were so nice and totally made my night. read more

Wendy's is definitely underrated. This one in particular is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, especially for a fast food restaurant. I come here with the kids about once a week rather the other fast food restaurant in town. Tonight, the manager walked around and greeted each guest and asked what he could get them.
