First off let me just say every time I come here my food is cold, stale, or rock hard. Everything is just thrown in the bag with no care or intent. I've had times where food was half wrapped. Whoever takes drive through orders at night sounds like he's suicidal "what do you want" is the only thing he says. Walking into the store isn't any better. Crew members and managers stand in the kitchen cursing, yelling, and vaping. I've watched people eat food as they are making other orders. I've watched people drop burger meat with their bare hands and then make food without changing their gloves or washing hands. The bathroom is always nasty. The coke machines always empty. Homeless people constantly leaving their stuff in the store. This store needs to be shut down. read more

This place is a crapshoot. The management is all out of whack and doesn't put any care into anything. They are also rude and will often be seen yelling and cursing while customers are in front of them. No one has a sense of urgency as well and will take their time to mess up food. I've seen doezens of orders where management and staff see the order is messed up and they still send it out. The standard of what is considered clean is an absolute joke. Food is always stale and old. They meat sitting in the same reused oil all day. No wonder everyone gets sick when they eat here. Workers walk in and out of the kitchen smoking and vaping.
