I've given this Chipotle location at 569 Main St. in Doylestown multiple opportunities to make things right, and nothing changes. After my previous review, I received the standard apology promising that someone would contact me. Once again, no one ever did. It feels like these responses are nothing more than copy-and-paste messages intended to make unhappy customers go away rather than actually resolve legitimate concerns. A sincere apology means following through. If you're going to tell a customer that someone will reach out, then do it. Otherwise, don't make promises you have no intention of keeping. At this point, I'm more disappointed by the lack of accountability than by the original issue. Customer service isn't just saying "we're sorry"--it's taking action. This location has repeatedly failed to do that. If you're considering this Chipotle, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may receive an apology online, but don't expect anyone to actually follow up. I'll gladly update or remove this review if someone finally honors the commitments that have already been made. read more

The last time I went here I thought that this was in fact the superior location however my experience (literally within the hour) changed that! They missed putting an item in my bag- not sure how when I literally went in person! And I got more fat and hard yucky pieces of food than I have in any other chipotle bowl. Not good. Literally the chewiest fattiest pieces with literal visible cartilage. A really hard and brown piece of the end of lettuce. And one small black piece of something I hit down on and was sharp. Chat bot gave me a bogo since they "couldn't" refund my guac. But when this is the quality it's not very enticing to order again. Staff was nice - just a little absent minded. I arrived at 10:55 for my mobile order promised at 10:50, and the online / Togo bar was not even set up. I got my order 15 minutes late, with no apologies or appreciation . This was a waste of money!! My wife and I went there for lunch for the first time and we were really disappointed. Two for lunch costs $35 and for that money, I could have gone someplace else and gotten a much better meal. The restaurant is cold and uninviting and I was really disappointed with the whole package...the food was mediocre, the place was sterile and the cost was way too high for lunch. Had a horrible experience at the Doylestown Pa store just now. Order a salad and went through the line to have the same person who made the salad at the beginning tell me they have no dressing tonight. I asked if I could have a little queso on it since they had no dressing and she told the staff no I could not I would have to pay $2.80 for that in addition. Then the manager yelled out that they are having distribution issues and staffing issues when I told them to keep my dinner and we just got my spouses. What a horrible experience on top of the filthy tables and fools this store had. Not one table in the whole store was clean. There was lettuce, straw wrappers, rice, beans etc all over them and no one noticed even the manager whipping them down for customers. Customers had to take napkins and do it themselves. Worst chipotle around... Ordered online and never got my guacamole. Also, there was no seasoning in the cilantro lime rice, tomato salsa or corn. It was just cut up tomatoes and cold plain corn. I've had chipotle tons of times and I've never experienced the blandness before. I go back to get my guacamole (which is no biggie) and there was a girl in front of me and she asked for half and half rice. The worker proceeded to give her all cilantro lime rice and said " well they are basically both brown rice anyway" and refused to give her both type which is ABSURD. Customers are paying for their order, they at least deserve to get what they ask for. Another issue was the line was back to the door and there was only one person serving and checking customers out while everyone else was cleaning ( it was 9pm, they were open for 2 more hours). This is the second time we have tried this location after a first bad experience (bones in chicken) and we will never try them again. They need a new manager. Waste of money. read more

We usually know better than to go here. Our experience has been consistent with the many other poor reviews, but as of this morning, we've finally come to the end of the road with this location. We walked in 45 minutes after opening, and ordered a chicken salad. Only after paying for the order were we advised that they were "out" of dressing. At 11:30am. This would have been important to know prior to placing the order...as eating a dry salad wasn't at all what we had in mind. Next, we proceeded to the soda machine, from which nothing but uncarbonated discolored water could be dispensed. The machine had obviously not been serviced In some time. Finally, upon arriving home, we uncovered the salad bowl to find that instead of fresh chicken, we were served inedible, hardened, dried out, burnt and blackened chicken dregs and chicken crumbs - clearly remnants from some prior shift. So it appears they just might be serving old food here now. We threw out the entire meal. This is unacceptable on all counts. We're done here. read more

Why is this restaurant even in busines? The staff is awful the store is dirty AF! Read all over cans overflowing on the floor.the acual making of my food was a complete joke inconsistent portions to the point where one burrito had literally 5 pieces of steak. I ordered 3 items with steak 2 of them had next to nothing on it and the customers after me theirs looked like a normal portion. When I asked if they all. look like the same portion the employee said yes. This is almost one of those "if I could give zero stars I would". Why is this location always out of Chips? And when you order online, it makes no mention of being out. So you find out when you arrive to pick up your order AFTER you already paid $8.00 for a Large Queso. Last time I ordered a Steak and Chicken Bowl, I didn't get Chicken... I got Pork. Can you not tell the difference? Are they not labeled? Another problem with online ordering I guess, maybe if you are standing in front of them they'll pick the correct protein. The past few years, every time I go to this Chipotle you are not able to order food. Instead you have to order through their app. It's a whole process to download the app, sign up and then try to make an order. The app doesn't have all the options and part of the appeal of Chipotle is that you can describe to the food preparer how you want your meal made. It's almost impossible when you have to use the app. Also, you need to wait typically another 10 or 15 minutes for them to start working on your food after you make your app order. And that's after you spend 10 minutes downloading, signing up, inputting your credit card info, and trying to find your menu options if they even exist. On top of that, the service is very bad at this Chipotle. Turnover seems high, as there are new, slow employees often that don't know how to do what you ask unless it's the most basic order. The blond manager typically has an attitude and is not accommodating, such as when asking for options that used to be available but have mysteriously disappeared. The food at Chipotle is great, I just wish this location would get their act together. It's supposed to be fast food - I want to drive there, out in and order, and walk out with it 5 minutes later. That is basically impossible at this location and multiple times I've left due to the app situation. read more

Tonight through DoorDash I ordered from chipotle a burrito bowl and was shocked to open my bag and receive a quarter of the bowl filled with beef and nothing, else can you imagine? After an hour on the phone with DoorDash customer service, who finally gave me a refund and could only refer me and transfer to chipotle. Doylestown only to find no one would answer my calls. I was only encountered by an endless diatribe of voicemail and order responses telling me there was nothing they could do that I would have to refer to Jordache. So feeling like a ping pong ball with no one to address my grievances to , I get so frustrated that I just stopped in my tracks. I was Doylestown resident I expect the company like chipotle to respect your company and their residence to offer quality food and to stand behind it and be accessible to account for a kink in the armor. Don't get me wrong I love their food but at the end of the day somebody Hass to be accountable along the line for why I received nothing more than a couple of ounces of beef when I ordered a $12 burrito bowl, which I expected to be filled with all the fixings that I had ordered online. How do you account for that chipotle. Sorry, but it's bad business where I come from. I will never order from them again physically or through DoorDash. And I am also canceling my DoorDash account. I will consider this a major failure on my part to trust local business to look out for my best needs. Please be careful. Thank you. This Chipotle is the nearest one to me, and while I do love Chipotle, this location constantly disappoints. I work long hours, so I order ahead frequently, and several times I've been kept waiting 20-30 minutes. Plus the tables are always dirty. Do not go here unless you enjoy being disappointed. read more

Order for pickup wasn't ready when I arrived 20 minutes after it was supposed to be completed. I asked the cashier who said they were still working on it but I could see their screen and they were working on orders past the time of my order. I had to ask one of the cooks to help me search for the order because the cashier wasn't interested in helping me eventually they found it and started to make it. I ended up with the smallest burrito I've ever had from any Chipotle in my life. It wasn't horrible but I'm still hungry. My wife also got very little rice in her bowl. I would not recommend ordering online from this location unless you want to arrive and wait in line anyway. I can see why it has two stars on Yelp read more

This was our first experience with Chipotle and will probably be our last. Everything about it has been horrible customer service. We cancelled our online order from the Doylestown PA location because after an initial 40-minute wait, we were told it would be another 20-minute wait when we arrived at the restaurant. When we did not get our refund, we reached out to online support and received a response that they gave us a free chip and guac reward but still no refund. We were then met with a very rude location manager with no interest in our terrible experience and was told to call 1-800-Chipotle. On that call we were told that they could only give us rewards because a gift card was used to pay for the order. He then proceeded to offer a free drink reward as compensation for the hassles. I requested to speak with a manager who up the reward to a free entre. After all that, I checked our account and none of the rewards we were promised are there so now I will need to call back. read more

My office ordered Chipotle and had it delivered. The delivery person brought the wrong order. We tried to call the store to let them know and we could not get through and the number connected to cooperate, in which case they apologized and basically could not get us our order. Aside from that anytime I go there for a small order even, they never get our order correct. And what is the deal with not being able to order while in store now. They whole place is a mess. Just when you thought E. Coli was their biggest problem a few years back. They need better management and leadership over there. I clearly starts at cooperative level. The online ordering from here is horrible. The last time I ordered online from here, my order was incorrect and 20 minutes late from my scheduled pick-up time. I just tried to order online from the Doylestown restaurant again and i put my order at 6:40 for a 7 pick-up time, when i got to the restaurant at 7:20, my order wasn't ready. WOW! Now I just went to the Chiplotle in Abington. OMG, it was perfect. The manager at Doylestown kept telling me I couldn't use ANY of the 3 Rewards I had built up. She said they didn't honor the rewards, that you couldn't add them online, and that they were not affiliated with the website. Unhelpful and dismissive. I just happened to stop at a Chipotle in Abington. What a difference!!! The chips were not only fresh (not stale like Doylestown always are!), but they were HOT! Yummy! The girl at the register explained to me in about 30 seconds how to use my Rewards online. THE MANAGER AT DOYLESTOWN HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S TALKING ABOUT. EVERYTHING SHE TOLD ME WAS WRONG. This is the first time I've been to this Chipotle location and I was underwhelmed. The parking lot is very small, about half of the available parking spaces are awkward parallel parking spots along the one-way entrance. While the large windows on either side of the building make the restaurant seem open and airy, they become somewhat problematic when the sun begins to set. The building is positioned such that the sun shines directly through the windows and creates an unbearable glare that renders the seating that faces the sun unusable. The sun is also in your eyes a majority of the time you're on line. It would be incredibly helpful if this store invested in some shades. The staff was helpful, but with the many dining options available in Doylestown, I would rather spend my money at a locally owned restaurant than at another chain. If you're looking for Mexican food, check out Sabrosa Taqueria or Quinoa. read more
