So my boyfriend and i stopped here after a long day of work and just wanted something quick. When ordering, the young man asked if we wanted everything on our baked potato to which he replied "yes, just no chili". Pulling to the first window it looked like nobody was there until just last second when the line moved and someone then came to take payment. I handed my phone out the window (assuming wendy's had apple pay) and he grabs it and THEN informs me they do not have apple pay? Walks away while my card sits in the reader for an additional 2 minutes. whatever. we get our food and the baked potato has nothing on it except bacon. My boyfriend goes in and the lady tries to say he didn't "charge" us for everything but only for the bacon. It gets to the point of not wanting to argue over cheese and we say just give us sour cream and we'll go. terrible. read more

Never actually a great place, but with a minimum double stack $2.89 and a small coke at $1.99, well, next time I'll just drive home and fix something better and cheaper. I went recently and the doors were locked. An elderly gentlemen waiting in let us in. About 3 minutes later he ordered. I stood in line for 8 minutes. Then another person can to the door and I tried to let him in, But the manager said "Don't let him in!" So I went back in line want waited a little longer. After about 15 minutes total of waiting in line the mane get told us "We can't take your order because we're short staffed." Of course they didn't tell me sooner. read more

Easily the slowest and worst execution Wendy's in the state. This is not based on one or two experiences. This is a consistent disappointment. After giving up completely on this fast food staple, my wife and I decided to try delivery during the pandemic. Worst Wendy's experience ever!! Over 30 min in line. Everywhere is short staffed so we were very patient. Thinking maybe they only have a couple people working tonight. Got to the window at least 8 employees most just standing around like they were waiting for someone else take care of the 9-10 cars in line. I was asked for my receipt at the window to see what we ordered. Another 6 min to get the order put together. The bourbon bacon burger was sad!! A silver of onion half a piece of bacon & a squirt of sauce. I didn't even think it was what I ordered until I tasted a little of the bourbon sauce. Went through drive through about 4:00 today. The girl at the first window was great, polite and efficient. Pulled forward waited a good 5 minutes and the window opened. The young man handed me a crumbled bag and said Thank you and closed the window. I waved and he reopened the window. I said " I ordered a coke with this." He said " huh?" And then when I repeated he said " I know that. I was just waiting on that." He walked away. Meanwhile there are three coke colored beverages poured sitting by the window... I waited for a few minutes, it was apparent he wasn't coming back with a coke. ( the dispenser is right next to where he was standing at the window. I drove off sans beverage. Dropped in for in house dining. Hamburger tasted old as if it had been warmed up. French fries were old again and once again tasted "warmed up". Ate in but my order came in a bag no tray. Food is so-so, pricing seems to be whatever they decide on the spot. Today (Fri 1/25/19) I had the #1 meal and added a small chili which I have had before and liked, BUT this time around they wanted $2.11 for the small size, it should have been 89 cents when ordered with a meal. I just left and went to McDonalds and spent $6.99 for a meal. I see from other reviews (incl one about poor chili) that are mostly 1 star. This was my last visit to Wendy's. read more

I picked up dinner Friday evening. The young man working the drive through was attentive and courteous. Food was hot and reasonably freshly made. Low rating is due to drive through cashier having his mask down off his nose. This made his mask useless as he handled my card and receipt before handing them to me. Seems like each time I've been through the drive thru the service has been fast and I haven't had to wait very long and my order has always been correct; BUT when I go inside to order it seems like the wait is way too long and although I have repeated several times what I wanted each time I get something different from what I actually order.
