I can say this with a fair amount of confidence because they are always running out of supplies and their supervisor is an absolute @sshole. He treats the employees who are doing their best with such disrespect he should be tossed out on his boots. Every time we go here I apologize on his behalf that they deserve better. They clearly haven't been trained properly and don't have what they need to succeed. Please be nice to them and be patient. This location was NOT busy when I walked in at 1646 (4:46pm) this afternoon. There was one order on the board, one person in front of me. There was some big disconnect in the back of the house between what I am assuming is the manager and the front man about the bathroom access and as a result delayed my order being taken for about 8-mins. Once I ordered and got it clarified, my wait for my no frills meal (Tripple Baconator with 4 extra patties, no bun no ketchup) exceeded 25-mins... whilst I waited, the 4 orders behind mine were served as were 3 drve thru orders... not sure WTH was going on but being in house for 33ish-mins awaiting my meal seems excessive. I will say that aside from the snark about my food when it finally arrived, they prepared it very well.. it was tasty and plentiful. read more

On February 2, 2026, around 2:40 PM, I ordered Baconator fries. I discovered multiple hair strands right in the middle of the fries, completely smothered with cheese. Ok, YES, we too waited half an hour in the drive-thru lane. It's ludicrous. One of the worst parts is you and your vehicle are locked in and can't drive off! The other worst part is the woman on the speaker taking our order is terribly incompetent. We said "Not Coke, SPRITE" like 10 times and she just kept saying "ok you want fries" .... No, we want a Sprite. Instead of crying we kind of laughed, it was like being in a SNL skit. We finally get our order, it is at least correct and the food was hot. The fries also hot and crispy. You do have to a request ketchup even if your meal comes with fries, which seems flagrant somehow, but also common these days. I say don't waste your time at this location (next to Northern Lights Fred's). Not really worth it! I am going someplace else next time we're in the area looking for a quick bite, bc this isn't it. read more

What was once merely mediocre was definitely less than more recently. Since I was driving and needed something to snack on while driving, I opted for a meal... soda, no ice. No hello in the drive thru, just 'order when ready'... I placed my order... repeated it and repeated the entire thing again. Three times total. At the window, I was told my total and handed a soda that was filled to the top with ice. I decided to let it go; some things just aren't worth it. I was handed my bag, no words were spoken to me other than telling me how much my total was upon pulling up. I made sure to tell him thank you... have a nice day and of course merry Christmas to boot! Nothing! I've came to this location about three times in total and every single time I either have a bad experience w/ customer service or feel unsafe to eat the food. Some of the workers have stained shirts and it looks like their uniform has been unwashed. Not very sanitary and not washing their hands constantly equals to cross contamination. A lot of the times dining room is always dirty and the self serve is also always dirty and not restocked especially would not busy. Went through the drive-through today and got bacon fries with only one and a half strip of bacon?! I never worked here before, but I know for a fact that it's not their standard procedure. The guy in the drive-through kept mixing up our orders and was in the drive-through speaker for about at least 3 minutes. We waited for our food in the drive-through for about 5 minutes. I live close to this location in front of Fred Meyers so I, for better or for worse, end up defaulting to here for a quick bite -that being said, I take an early lunch so I'm able to beat the rush most of the time, BUT if you want to go here during lunch or dinner rush, you'd be better off going elsewhere, cause even if they're quick it's entirely probable that your order will get messed up in one way or another. Which brings me to the next issue that I have with this location. When I do have a problem with my order, it's almost always a chore to get the problem remedied. The last time I had got a botched burger from the drive through, I tried to go back around to the front door to avoid the line in the drive through, but because the lobby was closed, I was forced to wait in line again, and there was an order that took FOREVER (like 45 minutes) in front of me. Then by the time I got to the window again to get my sandwich fixed, all I got was this ugly stare from the manager at the window, as if she was looking at me like "What do you want?". I then simply asked for my money back and handed her the sandwich as she scowled at me, she closed the window without saying anything, processed the return, then opened the window and handed me my money (again, without saying a word), so I did the same, took the money without saying another word and drove off. Most recently, I went in the restaurant to grab some nuggets really quick around maybe 11am so there was no line inside, and I decided to go inside because there was a couple of people in the drive through. When I went inside, there was a girl with glasses that was kind of just hanging out at the deep fryer while I waited for about five or ten minutes for her to make her way to me at the register. I had assumed that I was waiting on someone that went to the bathroom or something but I guess I was just waiting for her to find the courage to deal with a customer. So, when she eventually decides to turn around and walk the two-foot distance between her and the register, she just walks up, and starts looking at the buttons on the register itself without saying a word. No greeting, no eye contact, and no clue. After standing there awkwardly for about 2 minutes she looks up at me and just gives me a look like "WELL?". I just walked out and went to Qdoba. read more

It may be fast food, but the burgers at Wendy's are just a cut above! Don't know how they manage to make their lettuce and tomatoes so fresh and crisp - especially in Alaska! - but somehow they manage it. I got the new bacon sandwich and the two patties were moist and generously covered in cheese - not to mention some tasty, flavorful bacon. It made the perfect snack on the way home. I also got a chili for lunch the next day -- which, as always, was heavily meat laden with thick delicious sauce. I'd definitely stop in to this location again on my way home when I'm in the area. read more

Not to be too critical but this Wendy's kinda sucks, we've eaten here twice now and neither time was as you would expect even from a fat food restaurant. I would think they should be able to do n even better job, with the dine-in services being shut down due the COVID stupidity. We of course used the drive through and they completely messed up my order the only thing right about it waste Coke and fries, which were almost not even cooked. My wife's order was fine other than the fries. The people we're nice at the window, unlike the last time we were here for breakfast. That time the food was good though. The McDonalds across the street is still closed for remodeling, maybe they'll do better next time. read more
